Ignis had a bit bad luck, because only a few days after it was "liberated" to trade at Bittrex the whole cryptocurrency/altcoin market crashed, and "weak hands" freaked out and dumped. The fact that it was distributed as a kind of "airdrop" didn't help here. There is still a "mini time bomb" because it was still not added/rewarded by Poloniex, until this is not resolved the market has not to be viewed as "fully normalized".
Crazy to me that Poloniex still didn't distribute the IGNIS. I mean... I get that it's more work for them. But surely they can't just wait until people forget about it‽ Just implement it - it's not that hard if you have Ardor running anyways. In my opinion, it will recover when real usage is found. Ignis - because of its superior scalability to other coins - is a good currency for regular payments of goods and services. It is a better alternative to coins like Bitcoin Cash, LTC or Dash. So people who want it to succeed - above all, the Jelurida / ANG team - should try to get it accepted by payment processors. Dominium is pretty interesting. More Coins like that will come ... my bet is that IGNIS will gain usage because it's the network between all those coins. So I consider it vastly undervalued ... it should be higher than Ardor. For example, an addition of AEUR to major exchanges (as a competition to Tether) should also bring new users and could trigger a market recovery. I think the C2C ATMs will use AEUR. Would be great if exchanges would pick it up too. Don't see that anytime soon though.

How do you know for sure that you are on the mainnet and not the testnet? I'm asking because the checkbox under "Device Settings" was checked even tough I specified that I wanted to use the mainnet during the wallet installation process...I have been able to send 1 ARDR to someone on this forum, so it must be OK.
I having a similar problem. I can't log into my Ardor account because it says I'm connected to the testnet, despite the fact that I specifically chose no to the testnet. You installed on windows? Check your nxt.properties file in the conf directory. In there can also be a line that activates testnet. Try maybe deleting(or temporarily renaming) the file, and see if it helps.

Hey, can somebody help me? Hey guys, can somebody reply me my noob question? Never used NXT wallet before, always kept at exchange. Yesterday sent my coins to the wallet but still account balance is 0. Those coins are only shown at Account Ledger. How can I move them to my balance?
Hey. So there are some possible scenarios here: Are you logged in to the correct account? Double check the NXT address it shows in the top corner in the client - is that the same as the one you've sent to? If not, you must have mistyped the password. Also, check the address on a block-explorer for NXT. Was there an incoming transaction from the exchange? If not, then they didn't send it yet - so contact their support. If you see the transaction in the explorer, but not in your wallet (and you're on the correct address) - check if your installation is correct. Maybe your blockchain isn't up to date? If it's not too huge amounts, then you can use the NXT online wallet on Jelurida.com to log in. This will use the chain online, so it will show the same as the blockexplorer. Hope it helps.

Testnet is a net for testing... hence it's not real coins. You don't have to do anything. Your Ardr and Ignis balances will be locked around the 28th of December, and will appear (under the same password) on the Ardor blockchain on the 1st of January.

Check BitCore(BTX) ! It’s the future! Better than Btc with 10 Mb Segwit!
Have you noticed the "future" is down to $17.47 USD from a high of about $46.10 USD in mid November and dropping rather fast. Meanwhile, in the same time period, Bitcoin has gone from $6000 to $16,000 and is still rising. Also in that time period, NXT has gone from $0.06 USD to $0.66 USD and still rising. Oh and ARDR from $0.20 USD to $0.60 USD. I think I'll pass, thanks...

I just downloaded the NXT client/wallet. So I can just put the ARDR and NXT onto it ?
Yes, you can just transfer them to your NXT address. It's anyways always advisable to keep your crypto in wallets, since many exchanges have gone bust, and it will happen again. Platforms mean very little with no parties using it...
Agreed. That is the current weakness of Nxt. There are not enough known projects around it. We'll have to see - but Ardor should make this easier. Today janus team launched a new side business no market movement i feel bad for that team. Something like this happens in any other platform and markets react. Nxt team whales and whoever just cant see the big picture it seems.
Nxt had a ton of projects - it had this huge ICO rush a year before Ethereum started the same. A lot of people got burned... so now there is much less enthusiasm for it. I think the same will happen to Ethereum, but at the moment they have more momentum there.
