3902  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: YouTube censura los cripto contenidos on: December 29, 2019, 02:19:30 PM

3903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next Bitcoin Halving will drive the price down... on: December 29, 2019, 02:12:14 PM
If we remember the past halving, the price doesn't crash at all... And i have a theory for this. Miners are the big bulls in the market and they decide the bitcoin price. After each halving, we will see an increment on the price because miners don't want to earn less. This is just my theory and not an absolute truth.
3904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube admits error over Bitcoin video purge on: December 27, 2019, 05:32:38 PM
I haven't try d.tube yet, but i want to. Is nice to have other options now youtube nowadays because that social network has become the monopoly of videos, and their rules become more absurd each time.

I will open a d.tube account right now, thanks for the recommendation.
3905  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ The legend is back! ★★★ Bigger and better than ever! ★★★ on: December 27, 2019, 02:40:36 PM
Will there be something more than just the design and feature type of improvements for the new version of the website?

You guys got a whole new rebranding but looking at the website I don't see any new games for example, as a casino you should focus on getting new games because most of the other places that started back when you did are building on top of the dice game they have (I know yours is plinko, so maybe add dice?) and adding other stuff on top of it as well.

The most common games right now are probably dice and that crash game, some sort of mine sweep is getting a bit more attention as well and of course roullette. I am not saying adding exactly those would help but I am 99% sure adding any new game on top of the plinko you have couldn't possibly hurt you.

Hello el kaka22.

As you know, plinko has been the game of luckybit from the start, but the new engine was designed as a multigame site, so, expect a surprice for this 2020.

Luckybit listen his customers, and we know they want more games.
3906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 26, 2019, 04:17:18 PM
^  That sounds like a rumor made up in some other forum.  McGregor chose Cerrone so that he wouldn't need to pay him to throw the fight cos he's the easy fight.  Lol.

Maybe Cerrone is the easy fight but this could be like when Ronda Rousey comes back just to lose again. Some friends told me Conor will be the easy money bet, but i'm not sure, i feel like Conor already lose his KO super powers.

3907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: December 24, 2019, 03:21:27 PM
The reason is that no altcoin didn't reach the value that Bitcoin has and it's isn't that applicable in real world. Bitcoin maybe has the advantage of being first cryptocurrency but to my opinion no othe altcoin has potential to get even close to Bitcoin, it's hard to compete with it. Probably that wouldn't change in near future.

i do not agree with you, when zcash comes to the markets the starting value was 3000 BTC. That price doesn't last for long... But for a moment things were that way.

And as you say, bitcoins have the advantage of being the first cryptocurrency, That's one of the factors why it is on the top.
3908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would a Crypto Based Economy Make Things Safer? on: December 24, 2019, 03:16:15 PM
I don't think this will work because a crypto-based economy doesn't mean the people will have more access to jobs or more access to money. The ones who work for fiat will be working for cryptos but the ones who decide to take the evil way will stay there.

A crypto-based economy will just substitute crypto for fiat, but think will be the same, the rich would stay rich and the poor will stay poor.
Si tienen algunas recomendaciones me gustaría saber!

3910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Price pressure of exchanges on: December 24, 2019, 12:00:59 AM
I think exchanges like yobit work this way, i can't prove it but one example is clam coin, the exchange lets you sell and buy clams, but they don't let you withdraw, what makes me think they don't really have the coins. And since no one will ask them for proof they will keep operating  this way.

So, if you feel the exchange is playing dirty, the best to do is to stay away from them.

3912  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best wallet on: December 23, 2019, 12:29:30 AM
Hello to everyone. I created account here to ask about the best wallet for LTC and Stellar. Also if you can recommend some physical wallet too.
Thanks
Edit currently I store funds at coinomi

Maybe you can give a try to atomic wallet, A friend recommends me that wallet like a month ago and i still amazed about all the things we can do with this tool. It's a great wallet to hold our coins but at the same time, it has some tools to swap coins. Is like an exchange without KYC.

I will leave the link here: https://atomicwallet.io/

3914  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ The legend is back! ★★★ Bigger and better than ever! ★★★ on: December 22, 2019, 11:46:56 PM
Very weird. Created an account, got credited a few sats. Tried to bet, it was saying my balance is too low, then I managed to press 'Bet' and my balance just vanished.

Also, where is the provably fair information? Cant find anything about it in the faq.

Hello yoloer808, if your balance is too low there is no way that you could press the 'Bet' button. I see your message in the chat and your profile says you haven't made any bet. So, please send an mail to support@luckyb.it with the transaction id of your deposit to see what goes wrong there.

About the provably fair, you can verify each one of your bets in the 'Bets browser' https://luckyb.it/bet_browser if you click over a bet you will get the PF info of that bet as you can see in the next image:

Hi. The page "Terms of service" actually has a name without an "s" both on the main page and when you push on it. I also think it would be easier if this page included the website's logo so that one can easily go back after reading the terms. Oh, and I could not register on the website, supposedly because I did not have the signup token... I typed my email, username, and password, but the 'create account' button simply wasn't working. The sign-in option does not seem to have a problem with the button if something is typed into the username and password space, though.
I think you should work on this issue.

Hello kryptqnick, thanks for your feedback.

I will give your message to devs about the typo and about the link to get back after reading the terms.

About the creation of the account, it looks like we have a bug there too, i just try and it asked for a token while that should be optional. I will talk with devs about this issue.

Wow I recall this gambling site with a lot of good features inside by the way I want to tell you welcome back to crypto gambling world I hope you will gives us a good promotion after a long break. Do you plan to run a marketing strategy like campaign or a welcome back bonus to everyone.

I didn't knew any site which exists before named luckybit. Even if it exists what was the reason it was closed ?
The first thing which I note when i open the site is to accept the cookies. I am not sure why they focus so much on this cookies thing ? They want to prevent multiple accounts ?

The site was onchain, that means each bitcoin transaction on the site was a bet, but the past year bitcoin fees goes crazy as you can see in the next graph:

That way was complex to run an onchain game because users and the casino were wasting money on each bet. LB tries to adapt making the min bet bigger but users weren't happy at all with that solution. Now fees are back to normal and LB brings an ofchain engine to offer the users a better experience.

About the cookies, they are necessary for a users' system, without cookies the site can't give a token to each user... That's why they are necessary.

That's very good news indeed! I remember playing for hours here when I was new in the gambling and to the forum. I also recollect LuckyBit hosting nice contests and distributed their Silver coins. Are you guys planning to do something like that again?

I'm not sure about the silver coins yet, as you mentioned LB use to make this kind of giveaways, maybe for special events they will do it again but i'm not sure.

...
If I may ask, why did you lie low in the past years?
...

What do you mean with lie low? The provably fair engine was always as clear as water.
3918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which game is most fair in Online Casino. on: December 20, 2019, 05:24:59 PM
...
If sellcted others, clarify which game and why?

I like the provably fair of Plinko in Luckyb.it and i will explain why...

The bet result comes from the bitcoin transaction and the secret key

Quote
<tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key>

As they explain in their site:

Quote
<tx_id> is the transaction id of your bet as assigned by your wallet. (This data is controlled by you.)

<vout_id> is the rank of the output of your bet within the transaction's list of outputs. (Rank starts at 0 and is controlled by you.) This produces different lucky moves for each bet if you play several bets within a single transaction.

<secret_key> is the secret key of the day. It is unknown to you at the time of playing, but the hashes of all keys have been are published in advance, so nobody can modify these keys. The day of your bet is determined by the moment LuckyBit receives your bet's transaction. (Typically 1 to 10 seconds after you sent it.)

From the hash of <tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key>, LuckyBit takes the binary representation of the last 2 bytes and read it from the left side. The bits determine your lucky moves: A 1 translates to a right move, a 0 to a left move. For instance, if the hexadecimal hash ends with ffff, your coin would always go right as the binary string would contain sixteen 1 and no 0

I haven't see another PF engine like this, and i love how the bet result comes from the TX id.

^ Welcome back to the crypto gambling community, I remember this gambling site before and so far this is a good and reputable gambling site. Is there any promotions or contest upon returning this gambling site? Just a suggestion I think it would better if you also include the old ANN thread you have, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=757624.0. I am sure there are treasurable conversations there that we should know. Nevertheless, promotion is a great way to spread again regarding your brand name here. Once again welcome back.

Hello DoublerHunter, we would like to leave the old thread for Luckybit Classic. As you know whe keep the old Onchain game in https://classic.luckyb.it/ and we will use the old thread for it.

Your site is nicely done, I would hope the first thing I read isn’t that I need to trust you with cookies though

Since it is an off-chain game, we need cookies for the users token. There is no way to have a user system without cookies on a off-chain game.

Wow I recall this gambling site with a lot of good features inside by the way I want to tell you welcome back to crypto gambling world I hope you will gives us a good promotion after a long break. Do you plan to run a marketing strategy like campaign or a welcome back bonus to everyone.

Our marketing area is working hard on it. Expect some promotions soon dark08 Wink
