It also depends on your ability...very many times, different people have registered into the forum with an intention to make out time to grow a reputable account in the forum but sometimes, it turns out the negative...
On the long, you'll get tired to be sincere and it will sometimes look like you aren't even putting in anything.. then you unluckily fall into the hands of discouraging legendary members, you'll regret why you even started at first but you know what? If you can muster up courage and say to yourself "if others made it out in these forum, then  I will" you'll not even realise when you get to a senior member Cheesy
 Nothing good comes easy
82  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some avoidable forum mistakes of Newbies on: January 29, 2022, 10:40:08 PM
I stumbled on these thread and read thoroughly for some time even though I never had much time to do so..
To be honest, I have learnt alot, yeah Smiley
@lovesmayfamilis, his point about merit distribution is understood and I was expecting you'll go into deep comprehension then maybe suggest something in addition  but you were somewhat absurd.
@kingsden, there is always time for everything no matter how interesting something is; a time will come that a new race of trusted newbies that have built both thier patience and emotions along side with their accounts will emerge and clean up most of the shitty stuffs and stand in the gap for others ...
Lauda' left,
Vod and other reputable members left too, they all had replacements over time...

"These word shall not be forgotten"
83  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question About Blockchain consensus mechanisms on: January 29, 2022, 10:17:44 PM
You're really not getting your own questions seriously...
I think you should know what the word CONSENSUS means before you keep being curious, yeah!
You've explained it below that it's said to trim or reduce the level of block chain spam, yes that's what it does; I'm not really seeing it as being honest anyways, why? The block chain is already very cumbersome, so if unnecessary spam is allowed on it by every shitty head dummy, then it's gonna almost be impossible to download the whole blockchain and this will somehow give rise to reduction in coin value(Bitcoin).
Satisfied with that?
84  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: DeFi the decentralized ways of scam on: January 29, 2022, 10:01:37 PM
The only thing that blockchain or decentralised promises us is that if we want to stay safe, we have to be our own wallet. What might that save us? What do you think CryptopreneurBrainboss am i right?

Using your personal wallet would eliminate the risks of getting scammed but if you buy into all the crabs out there that involves connecting your wallets to anything that comes out and calls themselves decentralised platforms, web 3 etc you're no smarter than those making use of centralized wallets. Your wallet should always stay private and that's only when you'll be secured. If you have interest with interacting with any of the dApp, create a wallet specifically for that purpose. I won't trust any of them to be totally secure not forgetting all the hacks/exploit ongoing.
Yeah but I don't totally agree with your perception here ...
Staying indoors doesn't stop anyone from being robbed, it only reduces the frequency of getting into their traps at all times ..
I'm not saying we should totally get confused with this now but if someone programmed and made syncronized options for your personal wallet then it means it could probably be reversed by some smart cyber theft, with or without your priv keys yeah.
Let's always be alert all the time because I know how it feels when you loose huge coins that you went through alot just to gather up.
85  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How bitcoin has employed more African youths. on: January 28, 2022, 09:09:45 PM
Yes, I agree with you....
Most of us weren't up and doing but this platform has made us out ; for the ones that have made out time to work effortlessly, they've also gotten a few bucks that hasn't totally catered for thier needs but has atleast put a square meal on their tables and supported them in shopping new clothes for themselves.
I'm very grateful for the manifestation of this splendid inventory, all thanks to Satoshi
86  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Free Cryptocurrency Courses for Beginners on: January 28, 2022, 08:57:07 PM
I have heard that and seen different adverts about getting free crypto currencies but I don't know how authentic this informations is and I don't know how the operatees are being manoeuvered.
So I'd like to ask in this thread if it's authentic to participate in these free crypto currency course?
Can anyone get this reward and what does it really take?
Thanks alot
87  Other / Meta / Re: What outsiders know or say about Bitcointalk. on: January 28, 2022, 08:43:27 PM
Many people have said diverse things about the website with which we are today; some have said that it's a scammy website and that people get dubed of thier cash and coins each time the log online to make a trust-trading business.. , some have said that the platform isn't active and is boring ...
I use to ask myself why these people end up saying this things and I discover that this is thier own view in terms of understanding crypto as a platform.
Outsiders might think differently since they ain't involved and registered in here but you're here and you know the achievements  that you've made outta the forum, likewise the forum itself so that's not a problem
88  Other / Meta / Re: Another "Legednary" newbie on: January 28, 2022, 08:31:11 PM
These are set of people that came into the forum just to renounce making quality posts and aspiring on building strong and trusted accounts over bounties and campaign managements .
Well, I'd support mocacines for what he said, we shouldn't just despise them because this forum has been synchronized for very many purposes so anyone that decides to use it on his own discreetion should do so at his own decisions and risks
89  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Privacy is not a crime, learn to do it yourself (DIY) on: January 27, 2022, 10:39:59 PM
I like your own perception when comes to these thread; you see, privacy will only limit you from falling into the wrong hands or making transactions on wrong sites that might cost you the whole bucks you had but it doesn't mean someone can't still look above critics and hack your wallet for some carelessness...
Security is when you set up the few customized options that can't be reset by someone else and also making sure that your priv key stays within you all time.
90  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My new year advice to crypto newbies on: January 27, 2022, 10:28:27 PM
Life is a very complicated procession; they're other people out there that will have these advices as thoughts in thier minds already but will still thing it isn't relevant or he's gonna be careful whenever he's doing something that goes to the contrary of his thoughts, but he messes up everything at the tail end just like what he was avoiding previously Grin
These should be modified and made as an important and compulsory thread to read for newbies.
Diverse things are happening to newbies in crypto everyday because of thier ignorance; this word is not an excuse ..for the ones that have been dubbed already, lessons learnt are very imperative: for the ones that are not dubbedz BEWARE!!

Signature has been updated, hope it's okay..
92  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What happens to your network if bitcointalk go offline on: January 26, 2022, 11:26:15 PM
@Lovemayfamilis is really right ...
Some members have contributed greatly in the growth and stability of these forum and you'll always wish to know them in person but finally you realise that they sometimes just gonna disappear without notice; sometimes not even for very important reasons, most of them feel they should go take some break and they end up not coming back.
Lightlord as disappeared for a while and I heard that he needed serious medical attention and since then, I haven't gotten any information of any kind from him..
They're always close associate in everything you do so you can maybe decide to see yourself somewhere outside the wider world.

Question for the poster: why do you panic about the closure of Bitcoin?
What if it doesn't end for another century?
That's shouldn't even be a problem dude ...
Let's get on and allow it to flow as it whishes, if it ends on the way, then that's worth a while... If it doesn't, keep going ....
93  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto faucets (good and bad) on: January 26, 2022, 11:06:29 PM
Faucets is actually paying but in "very small" token as you said..
I understand what you wanna achieve and your level right now; if it's okay for you, go for the best faucet and register then gather these coins in one durable wallet( these is after you've gotten something else to do that will get you alot of cash ) If not, you're still gonna push yourself to a tight corner because this fringe benefits cannot earn you anything to support your up keep.
Freebitco.in is also paying I think; according to mk4
94  Other / Archival / Re: Crypto Scams and Crypto Thefts in 2021 on: January 26, 2022, 10:51:41 PM
There has always been these scamming of a thing right from the inception of Bitcoin and all efforts to abort it has been in vain.... a staff here once said that they should just let them be since every effort to stop them will only worsen everything because these fraudsters have been in deep studies to all night just to conquer cyber securities and make away with trillions of coins globally but these is somehow impossible!
People haven't had the fear for loosing thier coins these time around that's why the have invested enough in it with ultimate confidence.
The barcode chat, as much as I can interpret shows that the rates of theft and internet fraud has increased speedily...
95  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your guidance is needed on: January 26, 2022, 10:34:10 PM
There are very my things you should avoid in my own discreetion..
* You have to understand that these isn't real life stuff or social media that you can easily identify and penalized anyone that frauds you...so for these reason, entrust your valuables only to people that have been rated trust worthy by others already, all to be on the safe side .
* It hurts so much to realise alot of coins gained from crypto in the long run and at the end of the day loosing all to one fraudsters because you wanted to impress someone or yourself;
If you're a gambler, also be careful because they're many gambling sites that can Rob you off your cash and they're also many trust worthy sites that can boost your coins with them and guarantee it safety.
* Avoid altcoins if you don't have patience and also the mind to loose all...... It might not be realiable .
* Trade your coins with website that have been attested by millions.. lastly, read very wide about crypto to be able to understand the T/Cs
96  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there still opportunity here for lower rank? on: January 26, 2022, 10:08:11 PM
How do you really want me to believe what you said buddy, ..
You Stayed in these forum since 2017 till date and you haven't ranked up to hero member? That's very appalling!
You were only too concerned about earning first as a priority and it ended you up in some Fake ass campaign managers that only had you to work for free and swallow the money ... That's very discouraging...
It's fine, you still have a good account, you can build up from your stand now and maybe in the nearest six months- one-year, you should be able to gain yourself some merits to ranks up.
Just keep grinding dude, remember nothing good comes easy:
Make quality posts and contributions and even when it looks as if it isn't noticed, just keep doing it ....
You won't even notice when you rank up
