Greetings all,
due to regulatory problems our company cannot sell our bitcoin on an exchange. Thats why we are forced to sell it with contract and invoice from our side and the payment should be via bankwire. Regarding the process of selling, bitcointalk escrow unfortunately is not compliant. We are selling 4 Bitcoins on price of $46312 or 39500 EUR per Bitcoin, EU residents only. Price is negotiable depending of the quantity. The BTC were mined 4 years ago, where there were no regulatory compliance by the NRA and we had mining farms then. Payment via bank transfer is required as the only case we can sell them is considered them as a commodity.

DM for more information.

Do you go first, so I or a other take all coins for a better price (31000 eur)

If you are interested in buying all 4 of them we can sell them on that price

We are not in a hurry, but we need to sell them.

We found a way to get notarization for our wallet where we hold the BTC. Figuring out how to legally sell our Bitcoins was a process that took more than 6 months. The only left thing is to sell them now.

With your description, a lot of questions arise...
Can you name in which country you are and have such a regulatory problem? If your company has such issues, how do you get those BTC in the first place? Payment via bank transfer, doesn't show that you are selling BTC? And why your price is in US Dollars but you ask for EU residents? Undecided
Very fishy and shady thread you got here and in the wrong section as well...

The BTC were mined 4 years ago, where there were no regulatory compliance by the NRA and we had mining farms then. We are located in Bulgaria. The price is in US dollars or 33 243 EUR. Payment via bank transfer is required as the only case we can sell them is considered them as a commodity. Sorry for the wrong section, which is the correct one?
