I very often complain here. But I must tell you that I really like this site.
I only have a small problem about the withdrawal. But it's all been completed ^^
Do you sell cloudbet? I really want to have a site like this: D
Kulme, how long did it take your withdrawal "the one that was stuck to sendin" to process

What updates are you intending to fix? and would it hurt to notify us on your twitter page since you say that you always post relevant information there? and also what is the "certain size" to make a payment as I see members here posting their request's for big withdrawals and others small withdrawals but yet both seem to be affected by your snail-paced "auto-withdraw" system, sure it is understandable if you run out of bitcoin because of some big winners but you are a business which means you should always be fully stock with funds (especially in business sector like sports betting/ casino). and also I'm pretty sure that everybody who's having problems with your website already contacted your support team, but go to here to let the other members can see the common problems that are happening with your website. Again you guys seem to always "updating" your website but us as clients never see a difference. I really like your platform but I am not impressed with your performance, I hope you can make me take my words back but until then I will not be placing large amounts of bitcoin on your website just in case it permanently goes down. I hope to hear a response from cloudbet soon (doubt it) with what they have to say.
Hi becapital, Thanks for your message. 1. A number of things are being upgraded. Firstly, our sports trading engine. Secondly, our sports backoffice. Finally, our sportsbook frontend, for both desktop and mobile. An upgrade to our backoffice is not necessarily seen by our players immediately, but it means fewer mistakes, fewer problems, and faster response times. Also, our infrastructure is being upgraded to dynamically scale so that we are not affected by sudden large influxes of new players or betting activity. 2. The withdrawal manual threshold size changes often as it depends on the contents of our hot wallet and transaction volume. Also, we cannot divulge this as if we do it becomes open to abuse. When our hot wallet runs out, it is always refilled within hours. 3. All deposits have been instant for quite some time now, and all withdrawals are instant unless either a) they are very large, or b) our hot wallet is empty. In either case, they will be processed within 24 hours. At least 95+% of player withdrawals are 100% instant. It would be helpful if some players could post reports with their experiences. It seems to be only problems or issues that are posted 4. We sometimes experience situations whereby players will post in forums with a problem, and not contact our support team. Our support team see emails much sooner so please make it a point to send us an email rather than just making a post here. You will see major changes in coming weeks and months - just wait and see We appreciate any feedback so please keep sending it in. Cheers, Cloudbet Okay I understand reasons 1,2, and 4, but with 3 it seems that your either always running out of bitcoins in your hot wallet (therefore increase the capacity) or you use it as an excuse to pay late. Either one I hope the problem will get fixed SOON.

Hi folks, A few updates. 1. We were offline for a few hours on Saturday night. We're all back and healthy now. We will be performing some major upgrades over the next few weeks - some things you will see, and some you won't - so thanks in advance for your support. 2. We will be lowering our casino minimum bets in the next day. 3. All payments are automated unless they exceed a certain size, in which case we process them manually. This takes place within 24 hours. If you are having any issues with your account, please contact our support via email at support@cloudbet.com, rather than posting in this forum. Our customer support team can pick up your inquiry around the clock. We appreciate your feedback and we have a number of very big changes coming soon as a result. We ask that you are patient with us as we roll them out. Thanks in advance! Yes, it is very important to say where you are, because no two countries/states have the same tax laws 100%. There's always something different between them. For example, in the USA on the federal tax return you would have to report the mined bitcoin as of the day you received it as income. So if it was $450 when you received it, you report $450 income and pay regular income tax on that amount. Then if you sell it at $490, since you already paid taxes on the $450 you don't pay taxes on that part but pay cap gains taxes on the profit of $40. I shouldve said where i live earlier but it is in the USA, so then i would have to pay double tax on my bitcoins and i continously mine daily with a pool, but what about if i mined a bitcoin worth $500 one day and then sell it at $450 another day would i have to pay income taxes on the $500 or $450? P.S. I am trying to look for a tax advisor who knows everything about the bitcoin tax but to no avail.

For trading, it should be straight forward. You would have to pay capital gains only on your profit. That might be taxed at some concessional rate or may even be exempt from taxes, depending on your jurisdiction.
That's correct. But note that you must be able to provide evidence that you bought BTC at certain price etc, otherwise they can expect you to pay tax based on total value. In case of any doubts, don't be afraid to ask relevant tax office, as there may still be some uncertainties in interpretation of tax rules. okay that part i got but what about all the other stuff botany said? is he correct?

Hi everybody i really hope someone could help me out with this situation. I know that i have to pay taxes once i cashout my bitcoin (shame i have to do so, I'd rather buy stuff with bitcoin) but do they tax just the capital gain or the whole price of bitcoin? Ex. I bought 1 BTC priced at $400 then i sell said BTC at $450, Do i pay tax on the whole $450 or just the $50 profit i earned?
Also what about mining? like if i mined 1 BTC that was worth $450 the day i mined it, and and then sell it at $490 do i pay the whole $490 as income tax and then another tax for the $40 profit as capital gain?
Someone please help me out as i am confused with all this nonsense.

That might be taxed at some concessional rate or may even be exempt from taxes, depending on your jurisdiction. Mining is different. In your example above, I don't think you should be paying tax on $490 of income and $40 for capital gains, because it is double taxation. Common sense tells me that you should pay income tax on $490, but that would again depend on which country you are in. okay i understand, now another question say i mined 1 bitcoin worth $450 and then a month later i sold it for $400 now would i need to pay income tax on the $450 price or $400 price?

okay now im having another issue. Bitcoin Core is taking too long to confirm my receiving transactions, (from what i understand it takes an hour for the transactions to confirm but i cannot wait an hour) or is there another desktop bitcoin wallet that has the address switching feature of bitcoin core but has the instant confirmation of multibit? P.S. I really appreciate your help.
On average, a bitcoin transaction with standard fee and no unconfirmed inputs should be confirmed in ~10 minutes, but it may also take just 10 seconds or more than an hour for the miners to find the next block. Using different wallet clients won't change the confirmation time, as long as your transaction is broadcast to the network successfully. So i should stick with Bitcoin Core? and it was just bad timing with my transactions? Well, it is up to you. The problem of long confirmation time of your transaction was very likely just bad timing. And if you don't have much problem storing the whole block data in your computer, I would suggest you to stick with Bitcoin Core. thanks ill stick with Bitcoin Core as i heard it helps improves the network (though i dont know if its true)

coinbase was my first wallet too, and i decided to move my bitcoins to my multibit account, however i miss the feature that coinbase had which made a new address for every transaction, do you guys know and desktop wallets that does that because i cant seem to get it working with multibit.
Bitcoin core. is there a way that i can see it happening? because i currently have it and it doesnt show me the transaction. thanks for your help If you don't see this in the bottom, it means that your wallet is not synced yet. There should be a bar showing you the progress of downloading the blockchain. This might take a while depending on your internet connection. Once your wallet is synced, you'll be able to see all incoming transactions. okay now im having another issue. I would like to develop a site similar to bitcoinera.net, i have stable investment opportunities and plan to last forever. However due to the intentions of lasting forever 6% a month is not possible. I intend to have my plan at 2% a month. but what im asking is how can i get started?
