Hi Dev, is it possible that you can upload a new, most recent bootstrap file?
My wallet has been working fine with the latest bootstrap in February, up until last week it is now stuck on a block and wont update, I tried restart the wallet many times with no luck. I've even tried to sync from scratch and import again from the old bootstrap but nothing seems to work.

Your best bet is to wipe you appdata/roaming/bitswift folder (backup your wallet.dat first) and sync from scratch. We have 4 dedicated seed nodes online to help the sync process. Estimated time to achieve full sync is 1-2 days (depending on your speed of course). If you are launching an old wallet, you are probably not getting peers because the old wallets are not built with the source that includes the new seed nodes. You will need to rebuild the latest version from source or add the nodes in your bitswift config (bitswift.conf). We no longer publicly support the mac or windows wallets until the next versions come out. I know some tokens are usually reserved for the development team, but for me Stratis seems to be outperforming projects like Waves and Lisk that received huge BTC during ICO. How is Stratis funding this platform because I know the ICO funding is just 900+BTC They are funding it with 915 BTC. And the good part most of that fund isn't used yet. Don't know the exact amount though. Waves and Lisk got overfunded. Stratis aim was 1.000 BTC, with that they could complete the roadmap. And this was at the time when btc was $600. So they probably even have more money now. The team is a big reason why they are outperforming others. A solid, hardworking and really professional team. I couldn't agree more, one of the best team in crypto I have seen always work hard and progress, very active in slack if you have any questions or concerns, Stratis future is bright one of the most undervalued, extremely under value platform out there right now, 9m marketcap ?? wtf?? soon this will be in the 100millions mcap. |

Ok guys i just sold my NMC for STRATIS. good or bad ? i don't see anything positive going on with NMC and and STRATIS looks like it has alot going on.

Yeah, the average Blitz investor would be rightly pissed-off at these execs who passed up the swap, and Chris looks like he made a good offer, so if they declined the swap then the blitz bagholders under 30K who didn'y know about this should blame the blitz whales for that. BUT it does look like the blitz execs and Chris agreed to this option, and unless Chris is going to deny this happened, looks like the blitz guys have some % in Stratis. That means all Stratis investors here are going to get (100% - blitz %) as there return, so this discussion is very relevant to THIS community, right? Option B:
We keep Blitzcoin as is. We make the new blockchain its own Bitalize project that pays a % to Blitz Rewards. This would mean the BAAS platform is isolated from Blitz. The new platform and blockchain will be developed in an open source manner. so some of the development could flow back into the Blitz Blockchain.
We can infer the Blitz % from the proposal document, we know from Option A that Chris was offering the Blitz executives 4M coins out of 24M, so that's 1/6, or 16.67%, so assuming Chris was offering two options that he thought were valued approx the same, and the blitz execs chose option B, we can therefore assume blitz execs agreed to a 16.67% share in stratis. Option A:
The new blockchain would have 24 million coins. The existing 4 million Blitzcoin would be exchanged for the IPO token. Then the other 20 million coins would be sold during the IPO. All of the funds raised would go into the development of this new parent blockchain, platform development and marketing. This platform will require elected nodes to secure the side chains, Blitz execs will have the first choice for operating one of these nodes, if option a is selected.
Please note these are example figures and this new blockchain is likely to have a higher coin supply.

kind of a noob question. after I downloaded the wallet, do I want to keep it locked or unlocked for staking purposes?
You need to encrypt your wallet with a password, then unlock it and make sure to check 'for staking' only. and leave wallet open 24/7 |
