3  Other / Off-topic / Be a Good Listener on: September 10, 2021, 07:42:01 PM
Being a good listener is underrated. Often, people forget about the fact that they can make big waves provided they learn to listen more and talk less. Being a good listener also includes being able to be on the same page with people burn the bridges in order to be closer. Being a good listener is beyond hardwork or smart work.

Some people don't know how to say I'm sorry. Thanks for speaking your mind. I'd improve the situation"  to be a highly successful and valued person you need to learn to be empathetic through generous Listening to people.

Your break through is hidden in your listening skills, your ability to be in people's good book, your ability to express empathy. I listen to people 98%  of the time, then I decide quietly through actions. You should stay  away from people that argue empty tin milk is noisy.

5  Other / Politics & Society / Feminism in the society on: September 08, 2021, 12:07:31 PM
Most women, ladies, girls thinks feminism is by hating men, that has really affected the society all in the name of equality to men.

Feminism is simply speaking up for the Girl child, giving them opportunities to achieve greater things

In most African homes Girls are not allowed to go to school, the work of the feminists group is to speak up for them, support them, give them free therapy sessions.
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are ghosts real? :o on: September 08, 2021, 11:33:52 AM
I don't believe in ghost, all the stories we hear are fallacies cooked up by people, so let's enjoy the fairies tales by them, I don't think anyone has seen a ghost, no proof yet, so ghost are not real, this ghost thing only happens in movies.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Abortion should be banned. on: September 08, 2021, 09:00:46 AM
Abortion shouldn't be banned even tho it's evil, my reason are;

Instead of a bringing a child to this world that you can't take care of, terminate the baby, people will say you don't know what that child can impact on the society, ask them whether are they ready to care of the child  if you give birth to them.

Some couples that are not ready to have children can agree to abort.
8  Other / Off-topic / What was your dream while growing up on: September 07, 2021, 06:34:27 AM
Take a moment to close your eyes and remember what it was like growing up, having childhood vision of what you wanted to become in life, the happiness and thrill you felt as you were asked the question "what would you like to become in future.

The grim reality is, while a few of us achieved our vision, majority did not.

All my life I've worked hard to ensure no child should ever have to go through what the majority went through

One of the ways I've done this is to have wester field college organized a  free career open day.

10  Other / Off-topic / What do you know about Alsatians Dogs on: September 06, 2021, 06:53:44 PM
Alsatians dogs dont usually grow a lot of hair so  they can be easily maintained, you can feed them like twice a day if they're already grown but if its a puppy it's three times a day. You can feed them Canned food, there are specific can food based on how old they are, There are ones for puppies and grown adult dogs, milk is compulsory to give to a dog when they are just puppies, maybe even golden morn( thats what i gave mine) take them on regular walks to stay fit, Dont give them raw meat. Give them bath once in two weeks, canned food  like pedigree, This pedigree is good for a growing dog, The baths are very important too.
But when they're puppies you can just use a wet towel to clean them up with small soap. There's also a soap for dogs too.

14  Other / Off-topic / Ways of developing a positive mindset on: September 03, 2021, 08:45:35 AM
Be positive, keep moving, you'll get there
A positive mindset is what makes you expect good and desired results.its a positive mindset that makes you expect to be hired after that tiresome interview and that long exams. There's a lot of power in positivity and channeling that power into your life will help bring your dreams into reality ! A positive mind set doesn't make all of your problems disappear magically. No what it does do is make those problems manageable and helps you approach the most difficult times in a positive and productive way.
1) Focus on Good things: we spent so much time focusing on bad things that alone is affecting our mindset at end of the day we end up achieving nothing.

(2) Use positive self Talk : stop being negative to your self, use nice words on your self and hope for a better future

(3) stay around positive people: The one is very important staying around positive people will help you achieve greater things, things that you didn't imagine possible.

16  Other / Off-topic / Growth Process on: September 03, 2021, 07:26:37 AM
A lot of people don't know what it means to grow a lot people think that growth of 0-100 can happen in two months, 3 months. The problem is that people have unrealistic expectations of life,This is why they lose in life and never really reach financial freedom. Growth is like this. You moved from an uncomfortable room to a room apartment,
* Then you moved to a room and parlour
*Then you steadily moved to a 2/3 bedroom
*Then you moved to a duplex
*Then a mansion
