We apologize for the delay it's taking to process, we mention in the last post that it would be finalised last week but due to internal settlements (splits, cold wallets, etc..) only this or max early next week everything will be settled.

I think you are already Late in your claim mate , and that is the sad part here as you have now withdrawing almost MONTH after the declared closure back in September 1.
I thought that update was very clear? I just confirmed that I received the money I withdrew 3 ― weeks ago.
