Actually, you're rolling on the floor being an asshole. We're not demanding a refund because of the difficulty. We're demanding a refund because the miners were ordered MONTHS after they were supposed to be, and because the GB owner won't come online. |

I'm on danieldaniel's list already, but just in case I state again, I also want in on the full refund.
And you really don't need to ask for everyone's permission, just do it.
This "project" is just not going to happen anymore, so kill it.
And prodigits, about the matter of BTC for your effort, I'll tip you 10% of the BTC you recover for me.
I'll tip 5% if he recovers it. Also, prodigits: The person that you PM'd me about is listed as 3 BTC, not 3.4 BTC. Anyways, you can probably just merge the two lists. If you can't, I want to request a refund as well (to be put on your list). |

Can someone, maybe danieldaniel or prodigit, explain to me what's going on here? I've been away and just came back today and found that this GB is a mess? Has Rag paid for the 12 kncminers or not? Is he still planning on mining on behalf of us or not? I had a strange feeling from the day 1 about this GB, but I never thought it would come to this???
James, I'm just trying to mediate here along with daniel's help. So far, Ragin has paid for 11 machines and he gave JohnK his KnCMiner account password and JohnK went in and verified all orders had been placed and due for delivery in the next 4 weeks. Since the 12th machine was never completed, as a result, it was never ordered. So for those people who started paying for the 12th, they are due for a refund. As it stands now, some have gotten their refunds but most haven't. But all will get it eventually. The refund process has been a mess but it's starting, albeit very slowly and painfully and I feel for those who are still waiting. I'm trying hard to get everything moving faster but the truth is that people that got impatient and filed disputes with Paypal, actually threw a wrench in the whole refunding process now. So that's where we stand. I have a scheduled conf call with KnCMiner in two hours, I've notified JohnK and Daniel as well. Will post results soon after... Sorry, I was asleep when you PM'd me about it. How did it go? Nobody got back to me with confirmations, so it got postponed. Right now I need you daniel, along with JohnK and Ragin to be available for me tomorrow at 10am. I don't want to have to reschedule this yet again, so don't let it get to that point by confirming with me ASAP. Thanks. Damn, that's not going to work for me... In a class then. Maybe Saturday at 10AM? If I can't do it, then I think everyone will be fine if it's just JohnK. |

To do so you should: 1) finish the google docs spreadsheet 2) update every bought shares 3) complete the spreadsheet with all the refunds 4) add "shipping days" to every selling (if available by now) 5) whats the status of that company you were talking about? One solution to the refunds gaps on every selling is to include the people waiting for jupiter2, if they agree of course. This is first on my list to do thanks. So far prodigits7 and I are just doing damage control etc Yes due to life changing events I did cause trouble and distress but so far I have done nothing wrong. So what would you guys like me to do? There's no btc left. Everything is in USD. If you sent .7btc at the time it was worth $50, I can only send you $50 because I have no other funds. I don't even have enough in the bank to cover increased value of bitcoin. We need to fix this before btc skyrockets to $500. Then I will be screwed. But for now if you want refund in btc I think the best case is for me to owe you btc until I can mine with asic machines... And you completely ignored what I said. You do realize that we know what you're saying (that you converted the BTC) is an outright lie, right? You just sent the BTC out from your address on the 20th. |
