I've try to contact Bittrex but for some reason they ignored my messages. Please send me our GRK amount and a screenshot of that amount. I believe there is a problem with sending coins out of Bittrex, but they don't answer, so i will swap it myself. I've contacted allcoin.com to add profitcoin, yes, it is a small exchange but that doesn't mean that it cannot move higher. I've contacted Bittrex, but no response... the old wallet will be available and you will have to send your coins to a dummy address, and tell me your tx .
