If you don't know a way to contact him out of this forum I would suggest you to wait until he's back or send the payment to a trusted escrow so they can hold it until Watoshi-Dimobuto is back.

@OP: When you get back your account don't forget to check the trust page and remove the feedback's posted by the hacker.
Currently there seems to be a positive trust posted to francisdean(Another hacked account) from your account.

I think we are no longer being attacked. Why do the news still speculate there may be periodic downtime?
Maybe theymos forget to remove it from the News section. IIRC, I saw that message a few times too. EDIT: I saw the message again and got a chance to copy it. ;p "Due to DDoS attacks, there may be periodic downtime." |

Ok thanks for the responses, im trying to chargeback from the option of unauthorized transaction
If you used the machine that you regularly use to access paypal they won't reverse the transaction due to unauthorized access. |

This guy scammed me $49.5 papal too.......Why he can start new trade thread and without any problem?  sorry for both of your loses. actually it's simple, it's because he always make a self moderated topic so after he scam, he will delete all of his victim's post/msg, or start the new one. But if someone who has been scammed open a thread using the Scam Accusation format his account will be tagged by DT which will serve as a warning to anyone trading with him. |

That account had a negative feedback regarding a paypal scam before you did your trade.
If this deal was over and the user is asking for another payment its most probably a scam attempt and he won't refund after you make another payment.

I was reading all over facebook groups that Zarfund is having problems with their business. Also you are using as escrow probably a website which you have relations with so it's very difficult you will get a loan here. Last but not least the golden rule on this section is : NO COLLATERAL, NO LOAN. He doesn't have any collateral for this loan. Even if Zarfund was the escrow for this loan what would they hold? How does it secure the lender? Dude, he owns Zarfund. Check his trust page. Edit: I don't know if he owns Zarfund, but he is VERY affiliated with them. I am 99% sure he is affiliated with them in one way or another but that wasn't the point I was trying to bring attention to.  Lets say he uses monbox's escrow service, What will the escrow hold and how will it secure the lender? |

Likely being paid by the very money he failed to safeguard. Just when you think you've seen the depth of this scam. Good catch, they did a poor job of removing the evidence of their scam. It's like they don't even care. Most scammers who leave multiple evidence of their scams live in countries that makes it very hard/expensive to pursue legal action. Also there needs to be a handful of investors who lost an amount that justifies the cost and time required to pursue legal action. |

Start reading what is the topic all about. And if you are a good commentor. Comment on the thread base on the topic so it will be a quality statement by the thread. Also you need some knowledge in english language to avoid wrong grammar. Reading your statement also is needed to avoid wrong spelling. I mean check your statement before you post.

You don't have a valid collateral and also have a negative trust.
If you need this loan you will need to offer a valid collateral.
If you don't have any lock this thread to avoid further negative trust.
