Whatever measures you put in place to try stop terrorism they will just either stop using those methods or find new ones. Many of us haven't been cautious either. Most of us don't listen to nonsense about dumps that aren't going to happen and can see the bigger picture any way. Personally I buy coins every month regardless of coins and I think the price today will be irrelevant to the future potential value of btc.
