Exactly 1K BTC wall on stamp, at $8800. (yes, I made an on-topic post)
The wall didn't last long. The price on stamp is now $8906. It is on the bid side (and still there) Sorry, I didn't bother checking the chart. All the talk of death crosses stopped me believing anyone could put up a bid wall. Is the volume unusually low even for a weekend, or is it just me?
It's a DEATH CROSS breath holding exercise. A game of chicken. Place your bets. Or.... hold.

gawd awful. This is why I loathe this space I'm going to start a conference called "Steve Jobs' Vision". It's going to be all about how Apple has lost it's way, and the NeXT computer was the perfect desktop computer that people should have been using all along. I'll manufacture about 5 new NeXT computers, and take pre-orders for the rest. I'm sure Apple enthusiasts will all trash their Macbooks and iPhones and turn out for my conference by the thousands. Because "hur dur mah vision". They will soon be trashing their Macbooks and iPhones anyway because of the Spectre and Meltdown chip flaws. The patches are crap and as soon as new chips are available most old Macbooks and iPhones are getting trashed, or sold for peanuts on ebay.

What if owners of blacklisted addresses spray satoshis at every address in the blockchain and taint the whole thing? What if they do it quickly before any new rules are in place? Most people haven't got the technical skills to move the clean bitcoins to a new address, and leave the dirty satoshis in the old address. They will just spend the dirty satoshis mixed to together with the clean ones. https://www.coindesk.com/goodbye-fungibility-ofacs-bitcoin-blacklist-remake-crypto/Joe Ciccolo is the president of BitAML, Inc., a compliance service provider. Andrew Hinkes is an adjunct professor at the NYU Stern School of Business and NYU School of Law.
This article is not intended to provide, and should not be taken as, legal advice. Could this backfire? What's the doomsday scenario?
Sure. Operators of listed digital currency addresses could spray satoshis at any address they can find and essentially "taint" the entire blockchain.
After listing addresses and implementing appropriate tracking software, OFAC may find that all addresses are two or three transactions away from a listed address, and the tool becomes essentially worthless.

I'm not really afraid about the security of my funds as I don't store anything on exchanges but It's worth mentioning that I received 3 Fail login attempts and then my account got locked. 15th March - 95.181.176.135 17th March - 73.196.57.191 19th March - 85.102.254.166
The IP addresses are not from the same country so It's most likely an attack with proxies on different accounts and not just mine. I thought I should let you guys know so in case you don't have 2FA enabled or strong password, do it. It's definitely not an accident, definitely planned and the hacker's trying to login from different IPs so that he doesn't get traced down. Probably using a proxy to do so, but it's definitely malicious in intent. I believe that I've heard users at cryptopia being hacked before, though I'm not sure if it's officially confirmed. But as warningsigns said, nobody should store any amount of coins on exchanges. If you have to exchange crypto, then do the exchange and get your money out asap. You never know what goes on in an exchange, you might not even get notified of hackers trying to get into your account. It might not even be hackers, it could be the exchange itself that becomes insolvent which ends up with you losing money. Sometimes an exchange gets hacked then robs its customers to cover its loss. It keeps quiet about the hack, then starts delaying withdrawals and playing dirty tricks to rob its customers of coins. Getting your coins off cryptopia unless necessary for a trade is good advice.

I read posts complaining about failed login attempts using an email address only used for cryptopia. If they are true I can't think of any explanation apart from cryptopia got cracked.

Craig is a clown and best ignored as nothing he has said or done will be shown to be of any consequence.
Oh, there will be a consequence of all this. He will either come out OFFICIALLY as a lier fraudster or a thief fraudster. Or all the above. There's no way out of this for him. The court case will probably drag on for years, and he can keep bullshitting until it's over.
