Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is This Bitcoin Weekly Comic Crap?

Excellent, can your thread be deleted now?
If you ever eat breakfast with this guy, don't turn your back on him for a second. He would probably take a crap in your cornflakes. I am totally aggree with RchGrav. I like your comic OP I know its hard to make a good one, but still you are doing great. While I won't be near as mean about it as Synaptic and others have been - you really do need to come up with storylines that don't just amount to giant pats on the back, or circle-jerking about the future uses of it. My only problem with that (and where the "constructive" part of my criticism ends) is that I honestly have no idea what you could make a comic about Bitcoin that doesn't involve either patting one's own back or circle-jerking.
Maybe something more technical, explaining how the things work? I think it was your site that had the "eat this carrot" comic which was getting towards what I think would be useful. I guess it's tough to do - explain an aspect of Bitcoin in 6~12 frames, but honestly squirrels dropping bombs on windmills made of fiat currency isn't really helping anything (unless you're speculating on the number of times in a day people will say "what the fuck?") regardless of how awesome the frame with Gavin riding the Alpaca is for those of us in on the joke.
And don't listen to cynically bullshit crap. I enjoy your comic OP, Thanks. Keep up the good works, keep 'em coming

...the fuck are you talking about?
More specifically how did you interpret what I said to even think that a response such as yours is even remotely congruent? It wasn't a call to action or anything of that nature, just a snarky comment about how the letters B, T, and C may not even be usable in the future regardless.
if that cocksucker lawyer and shitty countries that allow you to patent someone else's non-physical invention get their way. childish, baseless and imbecile cheap crap post.

XCN - The "x" coin or, The "x" cartoon network. I leave that up to user interpretation.
We might be calling them "XCoins" or something anyway if that cocksucker lawyer and shitty countries that allow you to patent someone else's non-physical invention get their way. Still need a paperworks and money to implement it. Your "we might..." bullshit way ain't gonna do it right. Talk is cheap.

what is gonna happen if us debt > us gdp ? japan looks ok to me any thoughts ? It's already happened twice in recent history. During World War II and the 2008 financial crisis. so US is never gonna pass 100% because US is the printer machine ? = usd inflation ? Iam not accountant so really don't know. is my conclusion correct ?

because lots of peoples comparing btc with usd why not compared btc to something else more valueable ? witch is i don't know either and it's hard todo because international transactions is done by us-dollar for yearsss until someday it may change... maybe each country must have their own btc-exchange is good, but compared to what ? Helium-3 price replacing usd as international currency makes headcache using usd as international currency is dangerous right now, us @ 95% of its gdp iam not accountant so don't know what is going to happen if us pass 100% japan looks ok to me. but US is the printer, so confusing

Pooped my pants a little. I wonder how many Bitcoins they hold (held?) in their many, many wallets.
Calm down. "They" is actually "him". He is not very likely to run with your measly bitcents. It was always clearly stated by instawallet that it is a "fun" project, not a venture for profit. "Instawallet is not a bank", so you should not have used it to store larger assets with it anyway. Wait until it comes back up, withdraw the majority of your assets and leave only what you are willing to / can afford to lose. It is a highly useful service and a great contribution to the community, but always keep in mind: instawallet.org is not a bankis there any ways to store medium assets online (not storring wallet.dat) ? witch site can be trusted ? thanks.
