According to the screenshot, your withdrawal is on hold which means there is something they are investigating or need to verify before the approve it. Check your email address and see if there was any message they sent you regarding the withdrawal. 5 days is surely a long time to keep waiting without being told why the withdrawal is on hold. You could alwsys check your bets if they are fair. If you dont trust the onsite provablyfair tool,there are third party verification sites out there. I know and tried in past. UPDATE! https://imgur.com/a/RkJwgydGood news rocketpot has paid out $16k so far. They processed the $6000 withdrawal Sunday and has already paid out the $10000 for this week following their limits. So so far I’ve received $16k of the $170k+. Good news is there was no delay in the $10k payout for this week.
