In the message that we received in the mail we were told to make a post here about the ban appeal. We want to clarify if we can use this account for posts not the previous one as we don't have access to it, and, as I understood, it is inactive anyway because of the ban.

Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the account, as the previous manager can't be reached to provide it.
We are really sorry that there were violations of the rules on our part. We would really appreciate it if you could give us another opportunity to resume our activity here.
