41  Other / Beginners & Help / Why certain cryptocurrencies for future trading? on: March 05, 2022, 04:00:58 AM
Ok this is pretty basic question but surprisingly I tried googling it but didn't find the answer. So like always I turn back to my people for this answer. Why companies like binance choose certain cryptocurrencies for future trading and why they don't provide all cryptocurrencies for future trading.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is going up during war? on: March 01, 2022, 03:23:14 PM
Yeah what I am sort of realised of sudden spike might be because of Ukrainians and who knows Russians too. I had heard that before too that the sudden attitude of Russia was charged towards bitcoin as they started seeing it as alternative to sanctions. And now it might be more true as Russian civilians will be affected by it more so they might come running at crypto. But who knows just few minutes after this post there might be a flash crash. And by the way it is already going down.

But the most convincing argument was by mk4 it is most likely aliens  Cheesy
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Why bitcoin is going up during war? on: March 01, 2022, 01:33:43 PM
Ok first of all I have really given up on trying to understand bitcoin behaviour, I remember so called experts said that bitcoin will touch 100k by the end of 2021 and we all know how much accurate that prediction comes out to be, then there is El Salvador we thought it will touch sky after El Salvador made it legal tender but it crashed.

And now i thought it will go new low and now it is going up, like what is happening, why it is going up in such situation of uncertainty and war?
44  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Need some marketing strategy on: March 01, 2022, 07:05:17 AM
Let me try to simplify marketing as much as I can: Paid and  kinda free. Although to be frank nothing is free in marketing even if you want to go the seo way you have to invest in tools or might have to hire someone. And seo is long term marketing strategy and may not suit everyone to be frank. I would suggest the paid route and that too ppc like AdWords or Microsoft ads. But be very careful with them as there policies are very hard and can ban even for small things. Specially with crypto first clarify everything with them. Why I suggest ppc is because you have a lot of control in it, if you can't make it work then other type of ads will be much more harder to work with.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to be investing in Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2022, 06:59:16 AM
This might sound like the most easy question but believe me this probably the most hardest question you can ask someone. Just today bitcoin suddenly jumps double digits and funny thing is I was just thinking bitcoin is kinda predictable and then bitcoin looked at me and said "nope dude"
46  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: At what time market profit/loss calculations starts? on: February 28, 2022, 04:03:46 AM
Thanks for all your answers, I was thinking too that they follow UTC time as crypto market doesn't close like stock market and they have to follow some sort of time that too universal to avoid confusion.
47  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: At what time market profit/loss calculations starts? on: February 26, 2022, 11:04:34 AM
I am referring to at which time they start calculating the professor or loss percentage, for example when stock market closes the closing price is used for comparison for next day whether it is going on profit or loss. Now crypto market never close, so i meant is at what time the day ends for crypto and new day starts, I mean do binance follows UTC timings for that. I think question should be which time zone does binance, coinmarketcap and coin gecko follows and do they all follow different timezones.
48  Other / Beginners & Help / At what time market profit/loss calculations starts? on: February 25, 2022, 05:23:57 AM
Ok I really don't want to ask this question as it seems so simple but surprisingly I struggle to find its proper answer. Every answer I get just beat around the bush but don't answer correctly/specifically so please no "it depends on" kind of answers. So my question is do binance follows UTC time? Like does it's profit loss calculations starts/ends according to UTC? And does coin gecko/coinmarketcap follows the same rule?
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Man lost everything to Crypto on: February 06, 2022, 12:31:32 PM
Ok so drugs, alcohol and trading hmm i would be more suprised of he haven't lost everything and still doing good.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difficulty of explaining Bitcoin to people is massive on: February 05, 2022, 10:07:11 AM
People get confused by bitcoin dont tell them that there are other thousands of coins with different purpose they will shirt circuit. I don't think you should even focus on explaining to them ask them a little bit and then tell them to watch YouTube videos. If they are really interested in they will learn themselves. It is not something you can explain in just one or two sitting. The only frustrated person who will come out of this everytime will be you.
51  Economy / Economics / Re: One nation one currency... on: February 02, 2022, 03:05:36 PM
Well in a world where there is still so much racism, humans will remain divided no matter what, if racism become irrelevant in future humans will give some other way to discriminate each other. And such species agree to one currency well it is positive thinking but not gonna agree. I mean even so called European union is failing slowly, uk is out other will follow. So yeah good thinking but not gonna happen I mean people will start punching each other if given chance even here over your question.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IMF urges El Salvador to remove Bitcoin as legal tender on: February 01, 2022, 09:51:52 AM
Ofcourse legal bodies like IMF would be scared of that, if something becomes too big it turn into dictatorship. People trusting crypto will be huge backlash for their power so it kinda look natural they will hate  a country legalizing it.
53  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Bulls Are Coming Back Soon, Are You Ready To Ride? on: February 01, 2022, 05:15:08 AM
I just hope that it endup being as accurate as bitcoin touching 100k by the end of 2021. Anyway just kidding but yeah this cycle is so regular by now now I am trying to developed meh attitude with crypto, I mean it crashes even if I sneeze.
54  Other / Meta / Re: Cybersecurity subforum on: February 01, 2022, 05:09:58 AM
I support this idea I think it is important enough to have its own separate section. To be frank it is way too important to have its own section, I think we as a community should be more open minded than start with "I don't think so" mentality.
55  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello I am novice on: January 31, 2022, 04:57:18 AM
So you are ex "bitcoin is scam" guy but still welcome to forum and yeah dude read rules, things are a bit strict here which i can understand as this forum is very important one. But yeah I would say that you watch some YouTube videos to get basics and do go through forum and then ask any question you have.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: January 31, 2022, 04:45:15 AM
My personal feeling this viewpoint is what making crypto more volatile and hence more riskier to invest. It is pretty much fomo like iPhone "hey everyone has iPhone so i gotta have iphone too" so whether they understand it or not they just enter and 5 minutes later they start having loss they withdraw screaming "cryptocurrency is scam"
57  Other / Meta / Re: Studying the activity of Satoshi on the forum! on: January 31, 2022, 04:07:43 AM
I found this topic so fascinating. But damn Satoshi (if it is even a single person) is pretty good at hiding. But to be frank i don't think Satoshi wants even to to found, i mean that is very clear. I wish that satoshi himself will come out. But yeah finding about how he thinks and work will be very informative.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why alt coins don't go up with bitcoin as much they go down with it? on: January 30, 2022, 03:23:51 PM
Ok I really wanted to understand this behaviour of alt coins when recently during this crash many alt coins were double digits down with bitcoin but when it is recovering a lot of them are hardly even moving. And this is really issue with alt coins why is there such behaviour?
Actually this concept is quite prominent in Cryptos, when BTC falls the whole market falls, alts will fall with a larger percentage for sure. But when the market recovers back btc is the first mover and alts move up lesser than it but later on when btc would stabilize there would be an alt season and it will be at this time that the alts will go moon. So basically crux is that it's not that alts won't rise again it's just that market is programmed this way that the bullish volumes doesn't split in all the currencies while the bearish volume does.

Yeah I think will be a good thing to observe. I will be looking at this pattern now, in theory it sound good but it is good time to see the pattern in real time which is most likely will happen soon. Anyway thanks for the input.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why pancake performance is so terrible? on: January 30, 2022, 06:18:02 AM
Ok first of all l thought maybe i should give it some time to recover and it will show its power but damn this coin literally angers me.
Why so mad? Im down more than 50% of my portfolios.

When bitcoin coin crashed it was like -22% and one of the worst affected cryptocurrency, I was like ok I will give it some time and it will recover with same speed bit no when bitcoin start recovering the other coins move up to double digit but this guy hardly moving at all.
Just give it more time and you must hope that it will recover later. You can also compare pancake's chart with uniswap's chart and im sure that you will be seeing the same chart between both. I have seen that as well.

I still think it is one of best crypto coin in universe ok at least in Earth it has so many use cases like staking, ico and the team also burn coins from time to time. So what went so wrong is it its unlimited supply or something else? And another thing it is not just performing so terrible with this crash but was going down continuously even before that.
Why do you think like that? It doesn't have unlimited supply. You can check it on CMC. People are just dumping their cake during the bearish market and the pressure was so strong. that makes it so difficult to recover again.

Yeah they are bad too but not that bad and that is what really making me consider is it even worth investing. I understand with crash everything is going down. But my issue is it is performing exceptionally bad. And it is going way down it was in the top coins to go down but when bitcoin recovers it hardly moves like even right now bitcoin is in green reached 38k but this coin pancake is in red and going down and still at terrible $ 7.1
60  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: DeFi the decentralized ways of scam on: January 30, 2022, 04:59:13 AM
History was something like this:
- Bitcoin was created and this invention brought a new technology that was very useful.
- Some developers decided to expand the technology and by changing variables create new cryptocurrencies.
- Bitcoin price kept going up and it attracted a lot of wanna-get-rich-overnight type of people.
- Some of them could code and realized bitcoin is open source so they started copying (forking) bitcoin and creating copycatcoins. These coins took a lot of effort to create and the profit they could make were small since they too had to mine the shitcoin and pump it first then sell it on the market.
- To maximize profit they came up with the idea of premining and that maximized their profit for a short time since people still bought into these shitcoins while ignoring the fact that the dev has a huge supply printed out of thin air in a blinking of an eye and plans on dumping it to  make a ton of money.
- As premine shitcoins started failing they tried hiding the premine, which is where shadow-mine and other methods come in.
- Somewhere in history someone introduced the concept of creating tokens on bitcoin network and a bunch of them were created (referred to as Omni layer). You have heard of at least one called Tether (USDT).
- A developer came alone and took this idea and created a new shitcoin to allow easy creation of tokens, premined the shit out of that shitcoin, started an ICO and make millions overnight.
- Then the idea of creating easy scam coins was expanding and ICOs became very easy for tokens
- As the ICO scam started failing (like all previous scam methods) they started looking for ways to hide the scam so they changed the name to other things including IEO, STO and eventually DeFi and NFT.
-...
- In near future as the token scam is also obsolete, they will come up with a new way to scam people.

This is one of the most valuable reply, you pretty much didn't left anything more to say. Because scammers/hackers target is now nft. Dex is very innovative and something to look after yeah it has lot of flaws but come on generalizing things negatively and ignoring the positive side is very wrong. Scammers will always find a way like even after centuries discrimination, racism still exist terrible human beings will always find a way so it is our duty to try to make things right and find a way to improve things.
