LOL, the trolls can't troll anymore because they dont know whats going on...awww poor babies.

Let me just say that Dan IS in the group, Dan has already provided us with new information on developing tech, and there is no one to come in and FUD. Just pure facts and information, perfect for most of us that don't have all day to sift through nonsense, and troll posts. Amen to whoever brought up this slack chat idea, perfect environment for investors IMO.

Trolls want exact figures so they can build new arguements to fuel their FUD agenda.

Detailed math?  Who needs it right?  We just need to have faith.  Serious investors just pray.  Praise Jesus.  AMEN.

If Dan is as skilled as he has been made out to be by a few individuals I will not name on these boards , then we don't need go pray. Mind you, Dan could probably just release the rev 2 (or is it 2.5?) code right now  and it would shut people up instantly.

It's actually illegal to do that with things like stocks on investment discussion forums.

So if GM spends all their money without accounting for it and I have invested in Ford (or I'm just a "troll") and I start bringing the subject up with an Internet account (and I have several) the SEC will be more concerned with me than GM not accounting for their funds?

Yeah no.  Not how it works.  Free speech and all ... law is concerned about people who take other people's money ... not "trolls" (I'm still waiting on evidence that I am one)

evidence?!?
so your a troll, not being concerned by law.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=trolling&defid=4250942
goto: 'Signs that your trolling is unsuccesful'

EDIT: i don't need evidence you're a troll. prove that your not by providing previous posts of you that imply that your not.

I don't consider myself a troll and haven't seen anyone point out specific trollish behavior.

But if you want to say anything negative about xc is trolling based on the market cap I would say negative information has been more than successful.

Crashing the price wasn't strict my mission.  Introducing inconvenient truth tends to do that though.
No, if you're a community member saying something negative about development, marketing or what not, is just fine because it's intended to help the team to improve, and potentially make better decisions.

For what I can tell you are not interested in improving anything, you clearly have a different agenda, and answers to your questions here are not relevant to anybody except yourself and maybe some other trolls.

You haven't provided prove that you're interested in this project until now, and to be honest I don't expect you are going to.

Therefor you are just a troll. Unsuccessful troll by definition because no one cares about your 'critical' questions. They have been answered some time ago anyway.

There agenda is to keep pushing that main FUD thread, and when we don't respond to them in the manner that they expect, they continue to flood that thread will more baseless accusations and speculative posts. Unicorn farts is expecting a detailed analysis of the spent premine, I cant think of any other crypto that has sent out a public document of exact amounts. Once again crypto is not the same as a real life business, its more of a currency. Again, the team did address where the premine was spent on, but not in the denominations. For all we know this is better, because showing denominations spent on specific aspects of XC might further fuel more FUD and assumptions to be created by trolls. I think what was provided by the team was sufficient enough for XC investors. Trolls want exact figures so they can build new arguements to fuel their FUD agenda.

If I was a moderator of this thread, I would ban them instantly. It takes 2 seconds to figure out what an account on here is being used for. Some of which have been specifically created to FUD XC/Blocknet. Anyone that has a ban in the BlockNET thread should automatically be banned in this thread as well. Why give the trolls another chance to troll, you know they are eventually going to come over here and do it, just do a double ban and save yourself the hassle.

Oh and btw, someone on the team should really consider using that deletebot app. Im surprised none of you dont have a spare computer that you can keep running all night that will run the bot. If you're not going to run it 24/7, at least run it during the day to prevent shit like what is happening again to this thread again from happening.

still waiting for validation for my XC forum account. Been at least 3 weeks now since I opened it, but I've been too busy to check anyways. I personally think that the admin validation process is stupid, let people join and if they troll, IP ban them.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XSTerminate - To victims of fud and troll from shadowcoin minions: on: November 13, 2014, 12:35:53 AM
You want to fix the FUD problem on bitcointalk ? Easy, just integrate the jail for newbie accounts for 2 weeks like it was the first time. So they have to wait first before they can just make 1 million fake accounts.

But, i think you rather don't want that because you can't hide yourself when they do this.

You have made 3 successive posts, two containing accusations about motives.

Posters like you are the reason I made this utility. If you didn't think you had an audience here, you wouldn't make a post. You are leeching off my work and my product for your soapbox and accusations. Go create your own thread with your own work and then post your rants there once your product drives an audience. You'll see that no one stops you. That's free speech.

In fact, fork my product if you don't have time to develop your own. It's open source with a very permissive license. You'll find that I won't have any problem with what you do as long as you keep the license intact. I won't even come after you if you forget to put in "(c) 2014, deletebot All rights reserved".

I suggested a community blacklist and did not offer any accounts for the luser list. I singled out no users anywhere. Except for my bias towards XST, I don't show any bias here. I haven't spoken negatively of anyone or any coin. If this was about giving XST some sort of advantage, I would have kept it a secret and shared it with the team instead of making it as open as I could. So please end your accusations and your questions of motives.

If a community makes a black list, it won't hurt free speech. Posters will reform the way they post to avoid getting on a community blacklist. That would promote civil discourse over time, which is something sorely lacking from bitcointalk at the moment.

There ya go now they want to stop people from question to much about a coin with blacklisting accounts.

What will get next ? Coin blacklist ? so you can control who gets your coins and who not ?
How in the world is this decentral if you create blacklists while it will favor scamers more ?

I see what you're saying, and I think it will be used for legitimate and illegitimate reasons. Almost every thread on these boards is moderated to some extent, so alot of legitimate coins will use this to delete or prevent FUD from known trolls. I think that is what is important to outline here, you have members that become thread banned but do not stop posting regardless of their status. A tool like this that will delete their senseless or baseless statements instantly is better than manually deleting them since it seems BTCtalk mods dont even do their jobs to enforce warnings/thread bans. Trolls clog up good discussion and can be tedious to sort out postings.

And like you said, on the other hand their may be scammers that might use this tool to keep hide their true intentions. However, that wont stop the community from opening a speculative thread where they can talk free of moderation. Most scammers delete comments anyways, so having a bot do it for them isnt really changing anything.

Whats ironic here is that most investors are quick to jump to the conclusion that moderated threads = scam, and it is up to the individual to decide whether their is any substance or legitimacy to the circumstances for moderation.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY YOU SHOULD NOT INVEST IN XCurrency on: November 12, 2014, 08:52:51 PM
god, I think this issue has been covered about a dozen times already I'm not even kidding. its that rdjnk loser that keeps making new profiles, as he did with UnicornFarts to bash XC. I wouldn't be surprised if OP was rdjnk (or whatever his name is) because he's been trolling ever since the team told him they couldn't do anything about his problem with Jasin and to take it up with him. The funny thing is, Jasin didnt even contribute a single thing to XC, anyone that has been with XC knows this. People keep leeching off this old FUD, especially people that lost out on the ASIC project thinking somehow its relevant to XC....well guess what its not, and if you think attacking XC is somehow going to get jasin to refund you your money than your shit out of luck. XC has no more affiliation with Jasin and they aren't magically going to get Jasin to refund you whatever money you invested. Because Jasin does not respond to people's claims and accusations, they attack one of the other thing he USED to be associated with in XC.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: XCurrency (XC) BlockNet community thread on: November 09, 2014, 08:07:56 PM
I dont like the validation process on xctalk. It has taken me over a week to sign up there. My application request seem to be filtered out or something.

Yes thats because I do them at the end of the week. I specifically said that if you want to get in faster, let me know.

Most coins that try to move their community away from this board don't do at all well except the very first alts that got some traction before the other 2000 shit clones turned up. Hurry up and open the XC thread again.

i think we need to get a little bit bigger before we can migrate
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The full truth behind ShadowCash/Coin trolls and their attacks on other coins. on: November 08, 2014, 06:21:14 PM
I am sure they will force the SDC dev to redact or delete his post on the whales pull thread so I will preserve it here. It's sad that he is forced to do or not do things he wants with his own coin.

I don't really have a problem with whales, but I definitely think that they shouldn't be able to dictate the priority of development, the development requirements or the future of the coin..

The first few months of shadow I was completely oblivious to the fact that whales.. The more things progressed, the more people were offering funds to hire extra developers, managers, technical writers, journalists, etc.

The team has obviously grown, and it took me a while to realise I'm no longer able to make decisions on my own, but it seems to be moving forward. I really don't like the delayed open source thing, but I guess you need to protect investments for a bit.

The whales also tend to know allot about other whales, and obviously they've been in the game allot longer than late adopters, so they have very valuable input most of the time.

I would definitely enjoy developing allot more if there wasn't a direct monetary value, and if people didn't care about the price.

Some day people will realise that this is all epic research and experimentation, and that the monetary value is actually curbing the innovation, because they constantly asking are we there yet, and if you miss a deadline or there's a bug or a hack that the developers weren't in control of, the whales can put a massive dent in an entire communities investment.

whats even more sad is that SDC could probably be worth more now if it wasnt for their community. New investors will continue to see the name SDC being brought up and it will not paint a good picture for their coin. I will also try to preserve this thread, for what has happened over the last few weeks is disgusting and a large portion of it originates from SDC. I also see a few members attacking Zerovert now as well. People should know who these scumbags are before they invest in the coin. I dont care if they have tech given to them from God himself, their community is full of bagholders, pumpers, trolls and scammers. You're getting involved with the sleaziest and scummiest individuals in the alt community.

Unlike the shitcoins and scams you invest in Shadow is not impacted by stupid threads like this in fact it gains from them!  Roll Eyes And you wonder why no one takes you seriously! You just don't have a clue what a good project looks like so you try discrediting the entire shadow community..yeah good logic kid!
your responses can't save this coin any longer.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The full truth behind ShadowCash/Coin trolls and their attacks on other coins. on: November 08, 2014, 07:56:38 AM
I am making a goute of a post I made on SDC thread after their bagholders ripped me for good advice and i'm sure they will delete it.

Its a shitcoin and nothing but a shitcoin with a filthy premine. So feel free to check out Shadow to see what a real project looks like but if you're going to just be an abusive little shit then by all means feel free to go back and waste your time and money on something that is going to waste away. By joining the ranks of idiots in the xst crowd, emilio, trangleee and the angry xc group who are also trying to pin this on Shadow!

The SDC "bgholding inverster or whales/pumpers is what ruins this coin for a lot of people. Failure to take constructive criticism and falure to admit when your wrong. Forcing the hand of your dev (blocknet, mergers, and open source) and outright abuse and trolling of anything you might even think as a possible challange to SDC.

Hell even you own dev doesn't like it.

And as for proof on the attacks: here: http://www.cryptoarticles.com/crypto-news/chronology-of-the-smear-campaign-against-the-blocknet

A notable quote from it:

The campaigners’ identities

Later, a Bitcointalk user known as winteriscoming5 leaked a pastebin implicating (but of course not proving) that Mr Boh and Longandshort – two SDC holders – were perpetrators of the campaign:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.msg9418313#msg9418313

This quotes a post by “Tranglee” dated weeks ago warning of this campaign.

The following morning, an opponent of the Blocknet mistakenly validated the authenticity of the leaked pastebin in a combox on Coins Source: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.msg9422059#msg9422059

This pastebin also implicates Trollsroyce and Soepkip, two more SDC holders, in the smear campaign.

The article on Coins Source was subsequently retracted amidst an outcry about its bias.

The smear campaign’s core argument

The smear campaign is based on two false claims:

Dan and Prometheus have an illicit relationship.

This is a false claim. Firstly every single code review or collaboration that Dan has done (whether involving Prometheus or others) has been publicly announced in the XC thread and/or from his personal Twitter account. Secondly Prometheus has been open about the coins he funds. Therefore their working together has been no secret. By making it appear as if it’s an illicit secret, the campaigners were able to appear to “expose” them.

The smear campaign relies on rhetoric (and in the case of 00Smurf’s Skype screenshots, the cropping of context-specifying remarks) to assume a priori that Prometheus is a P&D scammer. This claim is not argued for but simply assumed.

This claim is by no means true, let alone true by default. Prometheus is frank about calling himself a “pumper” but is vocal that this does not make him a “dumper,” as his statement details.

Neither does being a “pumper” make him a scammer. He does not abandon coins after a pump, as is the case with KeyCoin, a coin formerly pumped by him which has just completed KeyTrader with his funding, long after the pump.

Furthermore it is clear from the screenshots that he actively recruits talented developers to create real technology.

So it appears that Prometheus aims, primarily, to profit from his coins, but creates projects with real innovation that outlast a pump and are funded to continue onwards and retain a fair market value. Ultimately Prometheus appears to be an investor who supplies the necessary capital for a coin to gain recognition and the momentum to stand a chance at long-term success. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.msg9422694#msg9422694

With these two falsehoods removed, the resulting scenario is of a business relationship between a coder who is quite free to work for whoever he wants, and a capitalist who does not deceive people into investing into coins with no innovation or future.

In other words, both claims are false: nothing has been “exposed” and no illicit dealings exist.

The motive for the smear campaign

Metcalf later published a pastebin of a Skype conversation between the XC team and the SDC team. A merge was under discussion. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.msg9422912#msg9422912

As can be seen, the meeting was very positive. However that sentiment changed in the week following it. Some SDC holders were opposed to the merge and managed to dissuade the SDC dev team from it.

This resistance to collaborating with XC extended to the Blocknet, when they successfully persudaded the SDC team to withdraw from the Blocknet prior to launching their smear campaign against it.

In retrospect the smear campaign appears to be an attempt to destroy Dan, XC, and the Blocknet in the hope of attracting users to SDC, a coin with legitimate anonymity features and thus a direct competitor.

Yeah who the hell want s to be apart of that? BTW LXC's pos Android wallet is posted 4 days before SDC's on the Android story. Dates and facts don't lie.
good to see at least some people can see through the bullshit. Like what has been stated before, alot of trolls are regurgitating the same bullshit over and over again. They only see whats on the surface kind of like an iceberg, but dont see the other 80% (XC's past, XC's accomplishments, XC's transparency from the start, constant updates, new tech developments, on-going PR etC)
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains / XBridge / true cross-chain P2P on: November 05, 2014, 07:15:05 PM
This has become, by far, the most POINTLESS announcement thread of all time.

Why is there basically NO information in the OP?  Not even a link to the shitty website...
Still no running total of BTC invested for people to see...

And, best of all, 177 pages of bullshit to read through to find the little information that is actually out there.

You guys have some serious work to do.  Time to get back on track already.

The OP will be updated asap.

In the meantime I encourage you to exercise some sympathetic patience for the team. I've barely slept in the past week. There's been a lot to do.

This act of hard work shows the community that the XC team will do anything to get things tied up. Great work out there!

Dan will blow everyone's mind when the ITO is finished and the ITO funding has been completed. Right now, people are doing as best as they can to still FUD the project but I've heard from more than one source that Dan is a magician when it comes to coding. If you followed the XC thread, he squashed a few Win and OSX bugs with XChat in minutes that some users experienced. If you doubt this project at all then sell off, but just remember you are ditching a project that is backed by probably one of the best devs in crypto ATM. More profit for the rest of us who are support this project.

Bump for response on Multipool as I've XC team in here posting since then.  Still not approved on XC forum to post there.

Once again posting here because main thread os locked AND XC Forum is manually filtering signups so I can't post there even though I've registered(see my aside below the reason for this post).

No payouts on Multipool for a week?

Concerning the forum I think a primary reason why traffic is so low there, especially now that the main thread is locked.  Most people that will go there are people looking to post a question or comment immediately.  They expect to register, but making them wait for manual approval will have a lot of people just saying "fuck it" and not bothering.  If you are going to lock the main thread then take the manual approvals off the forum so people can get in there and talk.  You already have control enough to manage what's posted no need to set roadblocks for people wanting to get involved there.

I've asked Dan about this.

I've also messaged Teka to ask him to approve you.

I'll get back to you on both of these. :-)

i also sent u a pm regarding the forums. I dont live the idea of manual validation, if someone isn't going to be doing it regularly or your request is filtered apart from the others because you're using a different username.

alessandro should be fired for what he has done. Purely unprofessional what he did, and it doesn't help the fact that a cryoto news website also became a medium for spreading FUD which should have never happened without looking at all the facts and information. Not only did the FUD put a bad taste in people's mouth on BTC talk, but now even the casual players in crypto may think wrongly of XC and BlockNET. Extremely disappointed in coin source, its lost all its legitimacy for news at this point. I know things have been made right, but I don't understand how that could even be accepted onto the website. You guys do have a review process dont you??

Arlyn when will the xc thread be up again. guess you wanna restart with some news. Smiley

I think it is safe to reopen the BTC talk thread again. The fud storm is over.

lol thats ironic because SDC looks like a copy paste coin.

OH but ZK, ZK we have ZK!!!!

SDC a copy paste coin?...haha. All the other coins are forking SDC to get SDC's stealth, EM, lite...ect. Holy shit you are an idiot.
