Further messages on the same issue will be ignored." Is this normal? At this point, our trust rating wouldn't allow a senior member to speak positively about 1xBit - it will surely draw him into debates and probably would cost him his rating.

Wrong. Senior members in this forum would definitely support your site as long as you rectified majority of the scam accusations which have piled up regularly over the years. Best example is what happened with Bestchange. They were bombarded with negative trust ratings when they initially began advertising their site in this forum. Most people thought that they were up to no good. However, all of that changed over time since they resolved most accusations against them which resulted in almost all of their negative trust ratings disappearing. It's difficult, but not impossible. This point has often been debated. The 1xbit site is also known to have a lot of cheating related to table tennis and in certain circumstances also tennis through courtsiding. There are several members of the forum who have indicated that they can earn money with this. 1xbit has blocked such accounts and often refunded them. So what do you expect them to pay out to players who got their money unfairly? Perhaps the player in question can post his or her betting history so that we can better assess the situation. I'm afraid that if after 20 attempts to ask the same question again and again, you haven't received an answer, you probably won't get it. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account. I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ". I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail. I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored." Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? I think this is the way it goes with each and every bookie/casino around. Once they gave the answer, they will not repeat it many times. When the case is closed, the case is closed. The problem is that we can learn the truth neither from 1xbit, nor from those guys posting allegations here. We can listen to both sides, but who can guarantee that they are telling truth and in full amount?
Agree with you in general, but what do you say about this bunch of complaints? Why the hell they are not doing anything with this? Guys are posting their complaints here and the administration has nothing to answer. I think it is not the best strategy. Sad to see this drama happening for more than a year now or even more and yet same answer is given, this will never end i guess. I don't think anyone will know the answer unless we just wait for it. I don't know why 1xbit support doesn't answer questions on a regular basis, but I guess they have reasons to just ignore some of the complaints. Well, because if they answered once, why do it again?
