We had these issues:

"Updating Blocks" >> It is some cache issue and sorted out.

"Immature" takes a while for confirmation. If there is a new Mining tool added or if new miner comes in, it will take some time for getting confirmation from Blockchain. Immediately it will not happen but allow some time and track here http://explorer.bleumintcoin.com:3001/

"Payment not going" It is also rectified and we flushed the DB and restarted it. All payments are settled now. (New Miners Please allow some time, definitely it will happen )

Note: Any new Miners facing these issues, please wait things will happen for SURE.

You just have to create a batch file with the content in the same folder as the client. before you start the batch file, the wallet must be open.

Result
[ blockhashes ]     (array) hashes of blocks generated

Examples:

Generate 11 blocks
> reflect-cli generate 11
 (code -1)
