Lol its sounds like no one in bitcointalk understands what bankruptcy means. I my self run multiple companys and if one of my company would have gone bankrupt that doesnt make me a scammer to my partners and customers, it simply means that the company didnt get to be a success. This is one of the beautiful part of running a business because as a owner you are not liable personally most often times of the company going bankrupt.

The funds and all of the assets will probably go to bancrupcy agent or estate which will handle all of the remaining value of the company in correct order probably, if their is any funds left.

Its sad that betnomi when bankrupt but that doesnt make them autocratically to be scammers. If you have never runned a company i can personally tell you that it is not a ballet. I personally withdrawed over 500k earlier on when they where in their A game with ease. Its sad to see that players have not got their funds back but that doesnt means automaticaly that bankcrupcy is the same as scamming people.

So my account is fully open, verified and the cashout has just been processed.

Cloudbet is defintely a legit site.

So I opened my account and played on cloudbet yesterday.

The site is very good with a large selection of games and easy to navigate.

I deposited around 4ETH. And just played 3 hands in live evolution baccarat with Max bets.

4 to 8

8 to 16

16 to 32ETH

I cashed out 30ETH. Contacted the support there and asked for processing time for withdrawals. Was told that it could take up to 48 hours.

Today i woke up to an email from cloudbet asking for full KYC which is pretty standard. As I am a seasoned gambler i do know that this is a process that casinos have from time to time. I uploaded all the requested documents 10 minutes ago.

It will be interesting to see how quickly cloudbet handles KYC and withdrawal processing as I have never had any issues playing at tons of online casinos. It looks like its standard routine that account gets disabled when in the KYC process as I can't log into my cloudbet account for now.

Sad to hear. I can easily confirm the experience. I have played at numerous crypto casinos and not one of them have transferred my withdrawal back to my player account while waiting for my account to be verified

As soon as a casino does something like this its a HUGE red flag for me. Especially they make you wait for days without the possibility to freeze the withdrawal and just make it available for you.

BC. Game you should be ashamed of yourself. And for the rest of the readers. No this is not normal practise in casinos. KYC is ofcource mandatory in casinos but they dont cancel your withdrawal and make it available on your balance. This is shady/rough casino practise.

I decided to withdraw the amount and now the problem arised. I logged in to my account the next day and saw that my withdrawal was placed back in my account. No notification in email or messages. I had to get in touch with their live chat in order to understand what was happening. And this was what i got:

I have a tendency to be over exited sometimes and this was unfortunatly a result of that, my intentions was in principal good but it has to follow the rules and guidlines of both betnomi and bitcointalk. I can see the sceptisism Darker. Lett me start by telling you who i am. I am a player who has for many years probably played casino for millions of dollars. The reason you are seeing all this positive comments is because of the community. There was an event orchestrated by me in the chat last night. Many of the player do actually love the site and the services but never actualy do take the care to spread the news. This turned out to be a funny event where all wanted to do their part for betnomi.
