We have released a new update.
In this update, we have released the following features;
Lottery
Players can buy lottery tickets with star tokens and 5 lucky winners will share a prize in BTC every round. Rounds will last 6 hours. Star tokens will be burned.
Email 2FA
All users will be required to enter a 6digit code for withdrawal and optionally for login. The code is either sent by email or generated by the google authenticator app. These settings can be configured on the security page.
Minimum deposit
Please review the minimum deposit amounts for each currency.

Lower deposits will not be credited to the account.
The mining price for live casinos and table games is now double. We did not want to disable it completely as other sites do, but to keep the platform fair we increased the price for these game categories.

I have been in online gambling since 2006 and I am very well aware of "Anti Money Laundering" - you seem to miss the point and I am not going to argue with you about it on here - you should probably talk with the person named Paul on Telegram, he should be able to explain what happened. I am also not going to elaborate on how numerous casinos take advantage of "things" such as AML to not pay out people. Nb. Neither am I going to elaborate on how funny it is when we are talking about AML in the crypto gambling space - even more so when there is not even the classic (and worthless) Curacao license in place.  Well, I understand. I know you for a long time from this forum. I am one of the Bitcointalk Forum members who active in forum and work with this casino. I appreciate you have tried StarBets and left your honest opinion. We know that we have a lot of things to improve. As I already said before, I don't want to share the mechanism of how your withdrawal was sent for a manual check. The casinos are not mixers and we don't want to allow users to use us for other purposes except gambling. I hope you got it. Still, if you have suggestions, You're welcome.
I'm glad you added more deposit options but when are you going to add USDT or other stable coins? I am sorry, I cannot give you exact ETA. But, we will announce one we started working on it. It seems to be the most preferred choice for betting today. Since you already support TRC-20 and BEP-20, users won't have to worry about transaction fees when transferring to their account.
Please don't misunderstand the system. We didn't add multiple chains for a single token/Coin yet. Right now, we only support native chains. TRC-20 for Tron (TRX) and BEP-20 For Binance Coin(BNB).

I could get into more detail about the situation and how their argumentation did not make any sense at all but most importantly, in the end, they paid out.
I am not sure if he was able to tell you the exact reason or you may miss understood. The system is called the "Anti-Money Laundering" check which sends a few withdrawals for manual check. After checking the transactions, We release the withdrawal manually. We do not want to share the mechanism because of security reasons. We are live for 7 months so far. We didn't block a single account and didn't confiscate a single penny yet. I tried registering a couple of days ago, did not work - some "too many requests" error ...
Here it is also happen like that. And this site is not supported on my location also. my location is restricted for this casino site. But i tryed many time to registering here by using vpn. But i fail to do that. maybe they have some bugs on there logon pages. that's why database didn’t work as well The error may happen because of too much traffic at the same time. For Your kind information. We do not restrict any county at this moment. The providers have some restrictions. But we allow registrations from all over the world at this moment. Using a VPN is not allowed.

@Starbets, It will be better if you can show the total amount wagered by the participants on your daily wagered contest rather than just the ranking so that participants knew how much wager they need to beat the players on top spot.
Just recently discover your casino on twitter and I'm surprised that you have already a Bitcointalk announcement that I'm not aware.
If I am not wrong, You are not logged in when you are viewing the event page. The leaderboard has Ranking, Wager amount, and Prize amount as well.

We do not have a plan to add a faucet to try out the games. A lot of casinos started with the faucet and ended up badly.
Unless the casino has effective measures to combat multiaccounting, there will always be people who will try to abuse it, especially when there is free money involved. The only way to avoid that, is by using robust anti - cheating policies in the casino. But this is not always easy to enforce, since there are always some idiots who'll try to beat the system, no matter what they have to do, and that's not going to change. I totally agree with you, anything that has to do with free money usually invites spams and multi accounting if a proper measure or strict rule is not put in place, and like I mentioned in one of my previous posts, this is one of the benefits of kyc, but unfortunately, not every body smiles at this and most especially, when a platform that is yet to build any reputation or prove its legitimacy is the one asking users to pass kyc verification, that will automatically turn a lot of potential users off. You guys got a lot of good points. Not only those, we saw when that abuser creates scam accusations against the casino, but some other abusers also support them and not the casino. It's hampered the casino's Reputation.
