1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will "hyperbitcoinization" become a reality? on: November 16, 2022, 10:11:14 AM
Hyperbitcoinization is quite hard, but seeing the trend, it can be said that we are moving towards digital currencies. Right now, there are multiple hurdles present in the way of cryptocurrencies, like, many senior citizens are unaware of the basic and working rules of crypto, so in developing nations, it cannot replace paper money. Also, its decentralised nature makes it more volatile which is the main reason why it hasn’t been fully adopted by the people.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is everyone that got in late last year in the red now ? How bad is it ? on: November 16, 2022, 10:03:40 AM
I think not all but those who just entered the market for investing are in the red. On the other hand, those who were trading from last year had made huge money by using the volatility in the crypto market.
Moreover, these dumps are very common and part of a cyclic move in the market, so the market will rise in the near future.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Really Trustworthy? on: May 25, 2022, 07:02:57 AM
It is quite impossible because bitcoin is not a scam. Such large valuation assets have a significant impact on the world economy.
Moreover, by chance, if it happens do not panic and plan your future moves because ups and downs in trading are very common.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Environmental groups urge US government to take action on crypto miners on: May 24, 2022, 03:56:30 AM
The main problem is with mining of crypto using non-renewable sources of energy, but at present, miners are changing their source of energy to solar or other sources.
But the government should take some serious actions instead of blabbering about saving the environment.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A time people have been waiting for bitcoin to drop on: May 23, 2022, 10:29:41 AM
I predict bitcoin will decline even more to $260k or $28k, at which point we will be able to determine whether now is the correct time to buy. And, yes, the majority of people have been waiting for this to happen again, and I personally know a few folks who are just waiting for this downturn. Though I believe they have some reservations because most of them are predicting a probable 2018 scenario, similar to what most people here are predicting, I believe it is still too early to determine if it will happen or not. We should continually keep an eye on the market to see if the support is broken and the slump continues, as it did in 2018.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know why Bitcoin price is dropping down ? Don't Ask Satoshi ? Just buy ! on: May 20, 2022, 08:25:31 AM
It is just a profit booking from traders because the fed has increased the interest rate  and the market will stabilise in the coming months
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think we should do with our investments in times of uncertainty? on: May 19, 2022, 05:31:25 AM
Assuming I don’t have all my bitcoins in one position, I’d hold it. Of course I would calculate the risk before investing in the first hand. If I can’t handle the risk of that asset, it’s not the right time for me to invest in it. Simple.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to store your keys? on: May 18, 2022, 06:03:59 AM
I mean, I am not sure if I’d trust that with my keys. It is a safe specifically for crypto keys. Plus, I just can’t trust someone else with something that I value. If random robbers check my vault then they wouldn’t care for random papers unless they know about crypto and all. Still, I’d prefer to do it myself. .
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HODL, HODL when can one actually sell Bitcoin? on: May 17, 2022, 04:25:47 AM
You can trade it at any point, just keep a set goal in mind about how much you want to earn, and it should be fine. Remember, you can only sell once.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe it is to invest in cryptocurrency on: May 16, 2022, 06:25:03 AM
Every market comes with its own risks but considerably, it is a lot safer if done right.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women's participation into cryptospace - Increased? on: May 13, 2022, 06:12:03 AM
Kudos to those moms! I do think that there are more women now who are interested in the tech world and as it should be.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are new bitcoin users early or late to the party? on: May 12, 2022, 06:19:52 AM
No doubt, people who joined the crypto market in the last decade made huge profits but if anyone is joining now it is not late because trading is all about your way of trading and analysis. So, do not overthink such baseless quotes, trade with the best strategies and be successful.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Concern of illegal use of crypto on: May 11, 2022, 05:08:39 AM
Illegal use of currency is not only related with crypto currency but it is a general problem with all types of assets. However, the government has full authority to check such problems. So, due to such problems we should not demotivate traders using rumours.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you really believe Satoshi is real?? on: May 10, 2022, 05:25:19 AM
If not Satoshi, who do you think it would be? There has to be someone behind that. Now everyone is talking about Satoshi and his discovery of bitcoin. I don’t think there is anyone else that I can relate to bitcoin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost my bitcoin on: May 09, 2022, 07:32:22 AM
It’s hard to accept that you have lost such a big amount but you should have been careful. I don’t understand why you didn’t keep your password safe when you knew that it’s a lot of money. There is no way you can get your money back now. It would just be a waste of time and money to try to recover the lost funds.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin continues to decline, what causes it? on: May 09, 2022, 07:16:38 AM
Bitcoin is showing serious price movements with every market situation. Some have even started calling it a risky asset. I wonder whether buyers should buy it at a low price or sellers should sell it before the prices drop any further.
17  Other / Archival / Re: Why has bitcoin adoption failed in El Salvador? on: May 06, 2022, 06:22:51 AM
It’s not easy for everyone to believe in something that they can’t see, especially when it is about their money. Moreover, the bitcoin price is not stable and for anyone holding it, there is a risk of losing money because of the declining value.
