Перспективы работать и зарабатывать, на терминации трафика, мастернодах да и просто использовать дешевую связь, в работе например, когда нужно звонить по телефонам а не в мессенджеры. Очень удобная вещь скажу я. Пользуюсь уже неделю почти.

atcsecure, what's your view on this?
It sounds quite familiar and can we consider this as a competitor?

Yes it is a competitor and a sign that time are changing, big business is getting into "monetizing the node".. IBM has a project in the works as well.

It is a race to the finish at this point while competing against big players

Did you all pass over this?  Worthy of taking a look at.  While everyone else is squabbling about this or that, I'm keeping my eyes on the big picture.

I see that the children are back.  Lol.  Don't sweat them, gentlemen, they'll get it figured out.  It may be next year, or in a couple of years, but they'll figure it out eventually.

Someone please give me 3 reasons to turn some of my XC into Blocknet tomorrow.  Or, if you prefer, give me 3 reasons not to.  Thanks.

Anyone?

Thank you for your welcome.  Its nice to be on-board with this team.  I feel like I have found gold here.

I woke up to this morning and was pleased to see both the news and the price.  I am glad it did not pump up overnight (<16K), much easier to make money in a flat (with swings) or gradual ascending market than a descending market after a bloated pump.  The release has been very well handled over the past few weeks (including on the day).

I imagine on the back of this extraordinary news we shall see a steady incline in price as more people get on board with the vision.  We will need patience as it may take a little while for holders of other currency to properly understand the value of where we are going and to realize that we have the engine-in-place and expertise to deliver the vision. Dan's background in networking is exactly what crypto needs at this point in time.

Lets not forget the hard work of the team in setting up new ways to make, use and spend XC.  At the end of the day this is what will build the base for the currency and give it the support it needs so the development team can continue working on its master plan.

Google started with an obscurely named, under marketed search engine that did the job to absolute perfection.  Hopefully with our bold vision, and the interim value we can add along the way, we have another Google here.  As we have seen with bitcoin, the advantage of a virtual currency over a share or hard asset is that sharing it (splitting an BTC/XC into smaller denominations by increased spending) increases the value of the overall pool.  So if the team continues with its track record in delivering, the final payout could end of being like Google on steroids.  IMHO still early days though we are more like at the front counter checking in (or even leaving homes for the airport), than on-board the rocket ship waiting for take-off.

Spot on, exciting times!

"While “trustless multipath mixing,” as the above is called, has the direct purpose of making transactions truly private, what is of greater value is that it sets new paradigms for distributed content servers, mobile blockchains, and private web browsing. It is the true foundation of XC’s web 3.0 plans."

First time poster in this thread and on this forum.  Just wanted to say hi.  I have been accumulating small amounts of XC over the past few weeks and am excited about today.

I am relatively new to crypto after missing the opportunity to invest in bitcoin a few years ago.  In the past year or so I have been researching alternative currencies for the ONE currency which has the potential to surpass bitcoin.  I don't believe any coin, EXCEPT XC offers this potential at present.

XC offers the ability to privately transact, something obviously bitcoin cannot do without 3rd party mixers.  Some coins offer this but because of their names and connotations will never be accepted by regular vendors, XC will. It processes regular transactions, but offers at a small fee the opportunity for private trustless transactions.  Offering both types of transactions will be essential for mainstream corporate adoption.  Most of the time I probably won't use the privacy function but it is nice to have the option.  Being able to fit in with mainstream also means that regulators will find it hard to justify regulating against it later.

What attracted me initially to the coins was the code of behavior it has for its members (see OP).  It communicates a level of professionalism and confidence, not really seen elsewhere. It made me look further into the coin.

What made look even further into the coin was the long term strategic vision, around not only building a privacy platform but providing everyday products that people can use, online private chat, mobile phone wallets, NFC transactions etc.  This is a coin that is serious about getting ready for the 21st century, true online commerce without boundaries.

What eventually got me to buy the coin was that the developers were actually delivering against their milestones.  Not in a shotgun (public pressure) fashion, but in a carefully considered and strategic manner.  Making sure the fundamentals were in place first, everything was working, before releasing the next stage.  Very very careful and professional.  Full credit to the development team.

After my initial purchase what made me invest even more into the coins was when I started receiving coins for staking.  Its not much 3.3%pa but its better and safer than many bxxks and more flexible / portable.  You get the opportunity to earn capital gains on the coins while they are working for interest, a rare combination.  As the value of these coins increases, previously purchased coins increase exponentially in their return.  Now we have also have the opportunity to earn from mixers as well as shortly in future for delivering content over the platform.  Great for owners of this coin.

I have also been impressed with the professionalism of the communications and how it has been handled to avoid pumping and dumping.  It presents its product in the best possible light but honestly, and also handles FUD constructively and maturely. Most XC holders I believe are long term holders, a little more perceptive and loyal than the average crypto punter.  It is this community that has gained my long term commitment.

I will continue to hold while the developers continue to stick with the game plan and while the product continues to be high quality.  This is the perfect coin for me at this point in time.

So that's my big hello.  Good luck everyone with today.

I believe you have made a great choice and will be glad you decided to purchase XC. We have great things already in place and more coming.

+1 Welcome!

On Monday #XC will complete its Rev 2 privacy tech with a "coinjoin killer".
The competition's about to look pretty dated.

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well.  Hadn't been able to keep up with the thread the past few weeks, been bogged down with work.  I have been able to pick up some cheap XC over the past week on Cryptsy though, someone dumped right into my buys twice Grin

Just wanted to stop in and say hi.  Synechist, congrats on your anniversary, have a great evening with the wife!

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's learn about XC, And why it's the Future of Crypto Currencys on: August 11, 2014, 01:35:21 PM

I'll make a disclaimer: I'm an XC holder.

Just wanted to address one thing, anyone that says XC is just another dime a dozen coin hasn't done any research whatsoever.  The very reason I'm holding my XC is because there's a genuine and open dev and team that have a focused plan, and are consistently and routinely achieving goals on the road map, usually way ahead of schedule.

Unless someone is looking to strictly chase pump and dump coins for fast profit (or, fast loss), they'd be crazy to not hold at least a little XC for the long term.  My 2 cents.

Carry on.

I would think that once the XC app is released for mobile devices, the issue with sending/receiving private transactions on restricted networks would be a non-issue. 3G, 4G, etc. are non-biased Grin

I think we should move on from this, gentlemen.  It sounds like oblox and Dan will be able to take a look at things this afternoon, and until then there's not much discussion to be had.  No sense in rehashing this over and over until there's something to discuss.

Yes, pretty much all the crypto news sites are being contacted.

Basically the crypto world is finally realising that XC is not some marginal and shady project.

We've all known this for months - and for this our investments will be the most profitable - but it takes this long for the word to leak out.

What every bagholder needs to do is market the living daylights out of XC.

Most people in this community have gone all in, and so it's essential that we get new people involved.

If you can't put the price up by buying, put it up by raising awareness of XC's awesome tech!

This is very true, making people aware of the coin is crucial to its adoption.. i did not know about it till i saw synechist post in my thread about the pros and cons of anon coins... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=718489.msg8117485#msg8117485

Hello sir! Welcome to our thread.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop in and say that yesterday's news was excellent!  Great news, great delivery, I wouldn't expect anything less from this team.  The paid PR will help nudge us further in the right direction, making more people aware of XC's steady development.  Not worried about price at the moment, just that we keep progressing forward, and oh how we are!  Keep up the awesome work!

Korecoin seems is going to implement anon voip too.
Who will be the first to release it?
Who is the first who worked on this feature?

+1

Why does it even matter? It's not relevant. XC is building a cohesive, bullet proof privacy platform, that is just one component of it.

But since you Kore pumpers want to discuss it, when it comes to future promises I put my faith a lot more into a team that has a proven track record of delivering the goods time and time again. Empty promises count for little in the crypto world... and the number of scam coins in the last 2 months proves that.  Smiley

+1

My vote of confidence is with XC and its competent team.  Nothing else comes close.
