1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Shffle has locked my account and is not allowing me to withdraw the 0.12 ETH on: February 01, 2024, 02:17:32 AM
Hey Theresa (or Preston, or any number of the other usernames you use) - I have no intention of doxxing you and your accounts here, so I'm limited in how much I'll share publicly, but so far we have identified an exorbitantly high number of accounts who:

- use the same device and IP
- bet the same markets with the same betting patterns
- KYC with information that is quite obviously not the real account owner's

As per our Terms of Service:

3.4. You are permitted to have only one Shuffle Account. If you attempt to open more than one Shuffle Account, any and all such accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed, and any sums credited to those accounts will be frozen and may be deducted.

As we have mentioned via support previously; if you continue to open accounts, we will continue to close them. We would not do this unless we had evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that these accounts are owned by the same person and are circumventing our Terms of Service. Please stop wasting support and the community's time, you've been warned multiple times.

Does anyone here using the house blackjack in fast phase game? I’m having trouble on my balance not reflecting properly because the bet deducted on my balance once the game start but it didn’t add up again when I won the bet. It just needs to refresh to reflect my right balance. This happened to me only today and manage to report already on the support.

Is this problem occurring to anyone here?

Hey! That's interesting, did support give you a hand here? Would assume that (provided no server issues which I don't recall us having around the time you posted) it's an issue with your network connection. But support should be able to help!

You did it great, did you announce it before you start this promotion or it is like a surprise giveaway? Means that players got it without knowing it earlier that they will get the t-shirt from playing one of your game (plinko)?

We gave a week or two notice, but it was more of a surprise. Wanted to reward a lot of the players who have been playing a lot since we launched. We're probably going to announce another one soon!

does shuffle have  any plans for improving  esports offerings?  mainly more variety  of handicap and totals bets..?

Yessir, we have a new esports odds provider going live within the next couple of months - it should be in place in time for some of the big CS tournaments early next year. Would love to hear your feedback once they're live, I'll try and run a promo here on Bitcointalk so you guys can try it and get rewarded.

@Ndumm, What will be the blockchain use for the token? I hope it’s BSC to make convenient to transfer in and out of the casino due to cheap fee and fast confirmation.

It'll be an ERC20 token. I understand your feedback around convenience and cost effectiveness, but unfortunately ETH is where everything is. It's where there's the most infrastructure, users, and volume is - I'm sure we could look into a wrapped version if it came to that.

4  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: November 16, 2023, 05:02:46 AM
I'm shocked to see this price. If players can get this t-shirt for free by doing 50k drop with $0.01 ($500 wager) and assuming that the house edge is 1% and with the fact that there is no 0x outcome in plinko, I think spending 10 dollar is enough to wager 500 in plinko.

Yep, that's the point! This is exclusive for anyone who has dropped over 50k balls on plinko - we had about 500 eligible users from the period in question.

Be on the lookout for more merch giveaways like this...

Hello,

it was my first day on shuffle.com. I placed a bet on tennis. It was settled uncorrectly. The match was Elias vs Houkes in the challenger Montevideo. I bet on Gastao Elias. The player Gastao Elias retired but my betting was considered Loss. On every gambling website this bet would be refunded and the match considered voided.

Hey! I bumped this with our Sports Lead, he confirmed that this bet has been voided and you should see the bet amount returned. Thanks for flagging, reach out if you need anything else here.
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: November 06, 2023, 06:33:10 AM
I see a lot of discussion about the token, which is great! I think it'll be the next big phase in the Shuffle.com journey, and at the end of the day, tokens/crypto/exchanges are our bread and butter. It's what most of our backgrounds are on the team (believe it or not, none of us really had crypto gambling experience, we've just been getting up to speed as quickly as possible), as such I have a lot of quiet confidence that we'll be able to deliver a very valuable token experience for all of our users and anyone who wishes to speculate on the future of Shuffle.

Regarding exchanges, of course you want to have as much liquidity for your token as possible, and part of that is listing on as many venues as possible. It's not easy to do, but we'll do our best to make that happen - we're chatting with some reputable exchanges currently, but it's a long process.

It's early days and the proof is in the pudding - we'll do our best!

Op was last active week ago so i am guessing we have to adjust our expectations on answers. At the start OP was answering to anything and fast.

All i care about at the moment is details of the token as all the info i have is "soon". So i keep on waiting. Op seemed to be unusually insightful when it comes to casino announcements. Usually it's pr team giving official statements. Which is just fine, but direct communication is cool.

I'll try and be a little more active on here! I read it regularly, will start replying as much as I can though - glad you like the communication style, I would much rather be on the ground chatting with our users than hidden behind a PR team.

Suggestion, I hope you can add other network for USDT such as BSC or TRC to have a cheaper fee instead of only ERC20 while the casino accepts Tron already.

Roger that, will add for you ASAP! More promotions coming soon, we run a lot of promos outside of Bitcointalk but I'll see what we can do in adding some more forum specific ones.
8  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: October 10, 2023, 06:37:38 AM
what i like the most abt this site, its the bets speed, so far im happy with withdrawals and everything

PS : u should make the stats to display in what coin we chose, not only USD

Glad you're enjoying, that's good feedback! I'll chat to the team about making that change.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 25, 2023, 01:37:43 AM
I registered on the site, it was fast and the site UI looks great, but I happen to have trouble finding to enable 2FA. Does anyone know where I can find the 2FA page?

We're in the process of building 2FA functionality, should be on the site very soon. In the meantime, we require email 2FA for most actions (logging in, tipping, withdrawing). I'll update you here once it's added!

I’m not really sure either but Evolution Gaming can be accessed on other casino without this basic KYC maybe you are right that this is an agreement between Evo and Shuffle. I just try the casino and I can't access either pther provider like Ezugi and Pragmatic with my Shuffle account.

You'll need to complete L1 KYC (which is just entering your name and address) before you can access Evolution games - this is unfortunately a requirement for Evolution. Completing L1 KYC should take one minute max though, so hopefully it's not too big of a blocker.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 18, 2023, 04:50:44 AM
100% shilling spotted.

I've seen this pattern over and over again. Who posts the same one-liner promoting a platform? Either you're getting sloppy, or you genuinely believe that repeatedly mentioning shuffle.com's $5 promo is gonna entice us. If you're trying to game the system, you're not even doing it right. LOL. Shuffle.com, if you're listening, you have to work with your so-called "promoters" They're killing your brand, not helpin  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Hey, thanks for pointing this out - I don't know who ZuitaBuild is, he came looking for the $5 bonus which I originally denied him since he was a newbie account, then gave it to him after he plead his case.

We have a signature campaign running here, there is no upside in having one single Newbie account spam this thread for us. Rationally, I think you can probably agree that this isn't us on the other side of it haha

To everyone else, I appreciate the feedback and comments so far. Still plenty to build for you guys!
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 13, 2023, 08:32:06 AM
However when depositing or withdrawing ETH, USDT or USDC. I can only send via Ethereum (ERC20) network. Is there a reason to this because i can't figure out why i couldn't use BEP20, TRC20, Arbitrum One, Polygon (even though you can deposit MAtic with it), or others.

We'll be adding all of these soon, we're slowly rolling out networks and coins as we go - I'll prioritise that for you!
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 12, 2023, 07:04:16 AM
I have one question. What makes you believe that Shuffle.com is "the next generation" of crypto casinos? Shuffle offers pretty much the same things all the other big crypto casinos are offering. Large variety of games, lots of deposit options, generous bonus program. What makes this casino to be "the next generation"? I don't see any innovative and revolutionary features. Maybe this slogan is just lazy marketing. I've seen around 100 crypto casinos on Bitcointalk, claiming to be "the future of gambling" or "the next big thing". Most of them are forgotten.

That's a valid question, it needs some context from us. There is a baseline expectation that's required for crypto casinos that's been set by Stake, Roobet, and the others who have been around far longer than us. This is an expectation that you have certain deposit methods, games, bonusing, promotions, etc. Shuffle as you see it now satisfies pretty much all of those baseline expectations, and we do it in a way that we think is competitive across every single aspect. In short, Shuffle right now could compete on every level (outside of a few sports-side things) with any other casino that has been in the space for 2+ years.

Now that we've reached product parity with everyone else, the innovation can begin. We have a super stacked roadmap around our product suite, bonusing, games, and promotions - the proof is in the pudding and these things take some time to build, so you'll have to give us some time to prove this. If you have any suggestions, we're always happy to take it onboard and build where it makes sense - at our core, we're a casino who listens to our users and builds what the people want.

Keep an eye on Shuffle, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with where we are this time next year. We're here for the long-run!

13  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 12, 2023, 06:02:07 AM
So i am assuming you did you know the people running shuffle before you applied? Can you share anything about the team? And is your job desctiption in there helpdesk and PR? Or are you even the owner of this casino? Reason why i am asking is that most of the time normal bitcoin announcement accounts don't give answers in similiar way. You have a different, closer touch to it and i like it.

I am one of the owners of Shuffle. I know a lot of the other announcement accounts on here are fairly formal, but I'd rather keep it real. We're pretty transparent about Shuffle, we want people to know we're here for real and have no intention of leaving!

I sent a PM the day it was announced and got no reply, even asked support about it and they say that i'm farming the bonus for no reason at all. I know another person that sent a PM and he didn't heard from him.

Your account was seemingly a duplicate of a previous account, and so deemed you ineligible in the interest of allowing genuine people to use the site and play around. If you have a different bitcointalk account with activity that you'd like to PM me with, I'd be happy to give you the $5 to try it out. I have no other PMs from new Shuffle players that are waiting on the bonus, but if I've missed any I'd invite them to reach out again!

May i ask what was your job at Alameda Research and how did you end up with Shuffle casino?

I was managing the OTC desk there and at FTX - I'm sure you can guess some of the reasons why I left in mid-2021. It was a lesson in the dos and don'ts of how to run a consumer-focused platform. I ended up working on Shuffle because I've always loved games and betting, started with chess and moved into poker later on. There's a lot of similarities between crypto casinos and exchanges (my forte) so I want to do for crypto casinos what I've done for crypto exchanges.

15  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 06, 2023, 02:05:41 AM
Yes it is a great way of promotion and introduction to start in this forum, at least see the response of this forum community how to test game on this site with free money, but I don't see any sign below that there is free $5 from OP for new users, but is it just bonus money and cannot be withdrawn at the end if used and win in the game.

This is a free $5, no strings attached - if you choose to withdraw it immediately then that works as well, I'll consider it you testing our withdrawals. Ideally you use it to play around on the site and see how everything works, but that's up to you!

We plan on running plenty more promotions for Bitcointalk specifically, be on the lookout for those
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 05, 2023, 08:10:30 AM
I see quite a few questions about requiring KYC L1 before depositing - this was a conscious choice from our team, we want to have some level of checks before we allow users to send us money as per the regulatory responsibility we have with our license. You can update your L1 KYC if ever you decided you wanted to go further and complete full ID verification with our L2 verification.

From your terms of service:
Quote
7.4. Any attempt to conceal your true location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar service or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence or location will constitute a breach of these Terms of Service.
How about if we only use it to play other games unavailable to our region? I mean, we use our original IP addresses in registration, and probably most of the time. Will that be allowed?

Absolutely, a ToS breach would only come if you were using the VPN to obfuscate your location in the interest of bypassing our jurisdiction restrictions. But using a VPN for ordinary traffic is totally fine, I use one myself everyday and we understand that it's a staple of using the Internet for a lot of people. Glad you're enjoying Shuffle so far!
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 05, 2023, 08:02:05 AM
And i don't have yet enough information that would justify a kyc and grinding slot machines for something that might have value, but years in this scene have made me cynical and odds are it's just another pointless token.

This cynicism is valid, I've been in crypto for a long time and have had significant exposure to tokens through my time at Alameda Research, so you're preaching to the choir here - I'm very wary that most tokens do not actually have any utility, I'm confident we'll have a new angle on that. But the proof is in the pudding, I'll update the forum when our whitepaper releases and we can chat further in-depth then!
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 04, 2023, 09:09:20 AM
That platform token interests me. I am assuming i am "mining" it by gambling? Does the size of my airdrop depend on how much i gamble and on which games?
Also it would be nice to read a whitepaper, or any paper about tokenomics and everything about it to make a decision if it's good enough reason to gamble in your casino before it launches.

More details will be released soon, it's safe to assume that your play on Shuffle will contribute directly to the size of your airdrop. Updates will be announced on our Twitter.

Deleted my post because you have a reserved post.

Legend, I appreciate that - you replied faster than my Copper membership would allow haha

Is that Calum here? I had a chat earlier with him. Good to see that you are here.
What I really liked the most about shuffle is- the UI. It's pretty much cool.

No Calum, just me for now! Glad you like the UI, we're only just getting started...
20  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 04, 2023, 04:44:28 AM
We've been live since February but were adding some final touches before our bitcointalk thread - let us know your thoughts, we're always keen to build what the people want!

Feel free to PM me your Shuffle username here and I'll give you $5 to try out the site for a more in-depth review. Valid for the first 50!
