I've also noticed that my CPU shows I'm only using 1%.  How can I kick that up?

CPU Model: A10-6700 with Radeon HD 8670D
CPU Line: AMD Quad-Core A10-Series APU for Desktops
    CPU Speed: 3.7GHz
    Socket Type: FM2
    Power Wattage: 65

GUIMiner is about all this computer is running, how many MH/s should I be able to get? and how?

what is considered a reasonable speed,  I currently show 75.2 Mh/s and have 4912 (55) accepted.  Is that too slow?  my account page @ mining.bitcoin.cz shows 0 activity across the board.  no estimated payouts or anything.  I even deleted my entire account and reopened it but no change.  I am more new than a newbie so bear with me.

I've noticed on my page on the left in the blue box I've got this programming data:
 <div id='poll'> <form method='post' action='/poll/submit/'> <div class='title'>Which OS do you use for mining?</div> <ul> <li><input type='checkbox' name='answer' id='answer0' value='0' /><label for='answer0'>GNU Linux / UNIX </label></li> </ul> <ul> <li><input type='checkbox' name='answer' id='answer1' value='1' /><label for='answer1'>MS Windows </label></li> </ul> <ul> <li><input type='checkbox' name='answer' id='answer2' value='2' /><label for='answer2'>Apple OS X </label></li> </ul> <ul> <li><input type='checkbox' name='answer' id='answer3' value='3' /><label for='answer3'>No OS / standalone miner </label></li> </ul> <ul> <li><input type='checkbox' name='answer' id='answer4' value='4' /><label for='answer4'>Other</label></li> </ul> <input type='hidden' name='question' value='1' /> <input type='hidden' name='backlink' value='/accounts/profile/' /> <input type='submit' /> </form> </div>
could this be why my data lines are empty and my guiminer show 3500 confirmed.  I thought I was going nuts.
