Ok, So I bought some voot, nothing major, and before I sent it to my "wallet", I didn't notice it was not syncing. But I did the steps adding the nodes in the appdata/roaming folder and it's still not syncing. I have been at this on and off for a few hours now - what is the nodes? Becuase the ones I have aren't connecting.
DL tor from OP>> run tor.exe then in Vootcoin > option > network > enabled proxy 127.0.0.1 port 9050 ok restart voot wallet Tried that and still nothing. I have 4 wallets staked - I don't want to restart my comp, should I. server=1 listen=1 rpcuser=USERNAME rpcpassword=PASSWORD rpcport=23521 addnode=108.61.103.23 addnode=209.73.144.179 addnode=37.187.27.4 addnode=115.28.162.137 addnode=192.99.3.15 addnode=46.4.94.47 addnode=162.243.57.246 hmm... check if your conf file is the same as mine Wooo Wooo get a ride on the lollerskates. pump and dump coin, another shitcoin with !!!!!!!!PREMINE!!!!!!!
So , how do you actually know this. What is this conclusion based on? 1: 60Gh/s NETWORK speed without an exchange. Or this is a big error in the network itself, or this is just another shitcoin. No, its simple math, 60GH/ means there are a lot of people mining the coin!2: This idea is clearly stolen from IcebergCoin, a GOOD coin using the NIST5 algo. This chinese shitdev just copied the idea, and launced without thinking about it. No again, im not Chinese, im from the UK. No it wasn't stolen. It came about because of wanting to launch a new coin that has long term goals, nothing more nothing less. We could have chosen Scrypt, X11, X13, X15, X17 etc etc... but we chose NIST5 because that is the current trend, not because Iceberg is about to launch it!3: Just look at the "exchange" we have now. All dumps. Nobody cares to buy this coin, we have icebergcoin on our watchlist ! You use the word 'We' in your reply as if you have something to do with N5 or you have some interest? Basically we don't come over to your thread and start spouting off crap in there. If N5 was a crappy copy and paste then we would have listed it as 'N5coin The First Ever Mine able NIST5 PoW+PoS coin!'Well said. +1

As there is already an amount that dev has for the charity foundation, it would be best if he can set it up for them (wallets) and get them to post up something on their site. With the public donation address and a dev funded donation address (for visibility) Maybe this is already in the pipeline? =)
Maybe reach out to Mentelity's sponsors and tell them about our future plans. Perhaps one of them can back us up.

This is a great idea. Or at least a mention on their web site about the Bitstarcoin donation would really be invaluable. Heck, they could even post up their own BITS wallet address for extra donations. Dev could also send them a certain amount (e.g. 10k) to their confirmed donation address on a weekly basis which people can see publicly. This would also prevent a single sell that could hurt the price while reassuring it's investors that they are receiving the donation on a regular basis. It would feel great supporting a coin that actually does some good and can see it actually happening regularly. Maybe we can go a step further and reach out to the forums and ask for support? Anything for charity is a +1 in my book. Once it's setup and confirmed with the foundation and everyone can see that, then it wouldn't be a problem asking for more support. Maybe start a kickstarter or something equivalent... just an idea. The website is a must. https://www.startjoin.com/Perfect. Let's wait for Dev's input.

We're now working on a new unseen feature, should have more news in the next week or so. But won't announce it until it is ready.
Unseen feature is slightly delayed due to a dev pc dyeing and this chain sync issue, still expect 1-2 weeks before I'm ready to announce, not going to let on what it is early and risk somebody else doing it too though.
I have thought about anon, but i have put that on hold for now as it seems like another "me too" feature, I'll reconsider it after the feature I'm working on now is complete if the community still really wants it.
I'll just leave this here.... ... more info coming soonsneak peak.. It may not be a "game changer" (is anything so far really?), it does make the wallet a whole lot more professional and useful in the real world applications which is the whole point, we can then start pushing it to be taken as a real world payment and it also hooks in to a lot of new plans we have coming not too far in the future.
tim14 has suggested incorporating a community donation function in the wallet to cover rewards, bounties and project costs.
Is it something you can fit in with your current schedule Dev? He mentions that Heavycoin had something that could be used from their wallet involving a voting method that could be adapted to create a system whereby we commit funds that allow people to 'green light' spending based on approval of disbursements being issued, as opposed to simply sending it all to a single person to manage.
I already have something better planned for phase 2

Morning everyone. We've had a few comments and PM in over night so want to give you a little update of what is happening in the short term..
- Mac wallet will be ready - We'll change the font color for the OP. (Yeah white is not the easiest to see) - Starting the promotion drive
We will soon publish plans and long term goals for N5coin.
We want to assure you all that we are in this for the long term. In this Crypto business, strategic launches are important and the way that they are done has an impact on how successful they will be. It is very important at the start that the coding is sound and that the launch goes smoothly. The launch last night was amazing, within 15 minutes we had 3Gh/s of mining power in the network! And now less than 12 hours later that has risen to nearly 30Gh!
Wait to hear Dev's plans before jumping to conclusion.

If we can get more people to start noticing this coin... it'll be a start. I've been doing my best to get the words out of Bitstar's "sneak peek" wallet in chatbox

60 GH/s on the network, and we've not even been running for 24 hours yet
136,000 coins have been created so far, once PoS blocks start being created later today, that 1 million coins estimate will be much lower.. Finger in the air, i'll take a guess at about 800,000 coins total. WTF really!! i'm back in.. again This coin need to get an exchange ASAP better get on the train... chooooo chooo!!!! Someone hashing at 18 Gh/s. Dammed, seems like a heavy investement for a coin without exchange... there are only 800,000 coins in POW... This is a great investment especially once this coin gets added to an exchange.
