If you cannot provide some evidence your allegations will not be taken seriously. Can you post the blockchain tx id URL along with any screenshots?

Did you lost your funds, before your account will be closed you have done what is wrong and what is not suppose happen in your platform, i know 1xbit and they will respond for you and explain your default before the account blocked, may be you have settled your Matter before i see this post but what i suggest here is what i have
