You need to just continue to interact with iGot as best as you can while also lodging reports with law enforcement in your country. This will be all about many people reporting their losses or inability to get their funds back. The more that report and raise awareness, the more the authorities will take an interest and try to force the issue on rectification or liquidation/dissolution of iGot so creditors might have a chance of getting some funds out. Thanks a lot for the suggestion Interacting with iGot is not at all possible, they are not replying to any support tickets for more than months now, neither replying to tweets in their twitter account and not showing up in FB as well, there is no other email id or phone number to reach them, I have asked some of my known people to look for their physical existence in (as listed) Indian cities and await their feedback Local authorities will not be much keen to take part, rather they will make us jump from one desk to another, the system of working followed here in India by local authorities are time consuming, too much time consuming rather. Yes if this would have been a scandal of more than billions or millions even then they would have taken part actively and quickly. Since the main iGot is registered in Australia, hence if the Australian authorities take up complains round the globe and take action then there seems to be a hope else as of now what I can understand is everything is in dark. |

Why do you want to change it anyway ? I like that name somehow  , my username is always the same across the internet since I'm not creative enough to create other nickname  I guess you were trying to type joyleet and not joyjeet? Jr member can be sold for a few cents, try that  dear - I was not trying to type joyleet instead of joyjeet, and my name is joyjeet that is how it is and I like that, I have already stated the fact and reason of why I thought to change it. Why do you want to change your name? I once made a typo in my Username on a forum and I hated it at first... The members on that platform admired my username and they started to copy cat it. I reached lvl 100 in that game and got many comments on the username.. mostly positive. Things happen for a reason sometimes and If you are using the same username for different services, you could easily get targeted. A typo or a wrong username might even be helpful. A recent example was the drug dealer on Silkroad, who used the same username on different platforms and got caught, based on a compromise on another platform. I am registered with many forums and in all my forums I use a specific name, so thought if it is possible here then will change my display name to the same one, so that anyone who knows me in some other forum can understand who I am, as in some forums am a super user but in some just a Jr. User or mid level. It is fine even if I cannot change my username, but thought if that would be possible. Posting a simple question or query will attract so many answers was what I was not aware of Thanks to All for explaining, criticizing and punning over my query. |

Who heads the IGOT in India and is anybody still trading with IGOT?
No One exactly knows about who heads iGot in India, but this guy Rick Day and that email id found with ROC India which has a name of P. Swamy are known to be either from India or Indian origin. What I do not understand is how easily these people flee away with money and there is nothing that we can do at all. Be it India or any other country. There should be some system developed where anyone doing ecommerce business or financial transactions over internet websites either for fiat or for digital crypto currencies should display their photo, ID proof, complete contact details which would be verified by 3 different officials like a police man, a HC judge and a local MLA - all such documents should be present in the website of the holder or in a centralized website made by the govt. |

how I know who's scammer & who's not  The best way is to DIY. - Go to igot's website
- Open up an account with them
- Get your bitcoin wallet address
- Deposit 1 BTC or more or whatever amount you want
- Then try to withdraw the same back to your bank account
Within a week (maximum) you will understand who are the scammers. Then come back to this forum and post your experience to help others beware of the scammers Very Easy .... |

As far as I heard last time their office was located in Delhi. Now this is their Bangalore office. Do check out if office exists on such address. Also why their mail id is private and not of company. Their is no Indian contact number for any support. Highly suspicious .
Wow!!! thanks for the info, I never heard they had an office or existence in Delhi, I knew that they had existence in Hyderabad, but later found out that they are registered as a software and web designing company in Bangalore India. But they hail from Australia. This all in all was a master plan chalked out by iGot probably. When they came into operations they were behaving fine but like I read the whole plan was some kind of PONZI, they were paying older investors / depositor with the money they got from the new investors / depositors and now when they have plenty of investors / traders / depositors they have run away. This idea does makes sense, because previously only fiat withdrawal was having problem but not both fiat withdrawals as well as bitcoin transfers are all pending. They are not replying in their twitter account which again is not updated for a long time now, neither they reply to support tickets. Their blog is not updated, their bitcoin addresses used for cold storing is not traceable. Everyone is just complaining but we need to get to a solution catch this guys and get all the money out be it $0.01 or $10000000000. We all have to collectively and actively take part in this and bring them to the open market. |

So is it an Indian company then? From the company registration details above it seems that way. Maybe they are using mules in Australia (and other places?) to clean the scammed money before it reaches them. I never heard of them before this thread, better to find recommendations round here
No the company is not Indian origin, The owner Rick Day seems to hail from India but staying in Australia, first registered the company in Australia, then in India and other places also - most probably the operations and all site maintenance along with the what so called never act support service takes place from India. |

Saw your calculation, since the lines are jumbled up so am a bit confused with your calculation of profit, it would be nice if you can show the figures in an excel sheet and how you are calculating the profit.
Also I would be interested to invest in bitcoin mining - so wanted to know whether your setup is in India ? You want to share your set up or can you guide me to set up a miner of my own ...
