Hi OC3K,

my address is wrong. I've sent you a PM last friday with a new address, including the signed message code. It's this message:

Code:
Re: Refund from the BlueFury groupbuy
« Sent to: OutCast3k on: November 01, 2013, 09:17:14 AM »

(just realized the word "refund" is wrong, should be compensation)

However, this wasn't updated in the list you posted. Can you please correct this before paying the compensation?

(and again, I'm "jve83" from the list, I've mailed with you before because I couldn't create a login here. Feel free to verify this with me in any way you like)

Thanks  Cheesy

Done, sorry about that.
262  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: November 03, 2013, 07:40:51 PM
Addresses for compensation

As mentioned earlier in this thread I said I would compile a list of usernames and addresses and publish them ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297320.msg3450353#msg3450353 ) before issuing the compensation that had been set aside.

Please inspect the list below, and check your refund address is listed, and is correct. If everything is fine you do not need to contact me, if it isn't correct, or is missing, contact me as soon as possible. I will likely process the transaction in 48 hours.

263  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: November 01, 2013, 05:36:55 PM
Hi Outcast

Any news on these?

Sorry to ask but it is the first time I have

No problem Smiley Here is the update...

I have a tracking number for shipment one, I believe shipment two is going out today, I've not been told this in so many words but I believe there will also a third and final shipment also to go out next week.

The first shipment is in the country and VAT was paid on it today, but this is where it gets a little confusing, because the on-line tracking system says its in transit and due to be delivered by the end of today, the lady on the phone told me it would be delivered Monday.

My guess is as good as yours.

*Edit* The UPS tracking system just updated to say it will be rescheduled to Monday. *sigh*
264  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 31, 2013, 03:56:37 PM
I've had 6-7 (maybe more) requests via PM today from people asking that I issue their compensation immediately, because they need it to buy something or want to cash out Huh. Some people have even requested that I send their funds to an address other than the "refund address" they originally specified when they ordered. (you'll have to send a signed message later)

There is very little chance in me the compensation now (today), I'm not at home now until this evening, nor do I think its a good idea to complicate things by issuing the compensation to just a handful of people, but I will begin bundling up a transaction to process them all in one go, shortly.

To keep everything open and transparent, I was thinking of posting a list of peoples refund address and username and then allowing 12-24 hours for people to message me if they see anything wrong before I send.

What do you all think? Any objections?
265  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 31, 2013, 10:17:53 AM
OC3k - any chance you could throw in a couple of Block Erupters rather than sending the 0.05BTC refund?

Going by the prices, I'd be happy to "Buy a Bluefurry and get a Block Erupter free"

I'm waiting on block erupter stock, fingers crossed it'll arrive at the same time, so I could try to organise this... Probably best you PM me if you want that deal.
266  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 31, 2013, 09:05:13 AM
Outcast has always said, right from the start, the blues will be sent out in the order of which people paid for them.

First in first out seems the only fair method in this situation.
267  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 30, 2013, 09:26:51 PM
Hey outcast do you have a tracking number, these should have shipped on Tuesday at the latest so a tracking number should be available now. I think everyone has been pretty patient but I would like confirmation that they are now on the way to us.

Yes I received a tracking number. They was shipped yesterday, but I was informed they didn't ship everything. Beastlymac has said that everything else should follow tomorrow or Friday.

FYI Shipped via UPS, tracking says delivery Friday but I wonder if they'll spend any time in customs Huh

I'll see if i can get a couple included within my next shipment Smiley
269  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 29, 2013, 05:36:55 PM
OutCast3k any details of when my 2x units will be refunded you advised me to wait a little longer I have waited over a week now since they where sold  plus you had coins sent from a new buyer. So I don't get what the delay is. I have already confirmed with you to keep the remaining 3 for me and ship them when ready and to process my 1.7BTC I have asked kindly in pms when you will send but you have not responded to my pm.

I will issue the refund for the two units you've sold shortly. Likely when compensation is issued to avoid having to send multiple payments.

Have these units arrived in the UK yet ?

Any updates appreciated.

I believe they shipped today, but I've not received a tracking number yet.

---------------

People posting to sell them, please post elsewhere it'll get way off topic if everyone tries to sell them here. Thanks.

An object normally resident in the sky, currently missing in the uk.
I am reliably informed it is currently available in New Zealand

274  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [EU/UK GROUP BUY] Blue Fury USB miner 2.2 - 2.7 GH/s on: October 22, 2013, 02:49:24 PM

Yes production started today. We expect to be shipping to customers Thursday and Friday this week and the rest of the units the following week.

So not from the factory to group seller this Thursday and Friday, but actually to customers?

No, he means they will be shipped to me this Thursday & Friday.

I'll reship them the day I get them (as I have done in every group buy I've run).

If I don't get them all in one shipment, they will be reshipped in order of payment (see the list).

Changed the shipping prices slightly to reflect the recent rise in price.

can we have a date? will be shipped by ??th because the price is rising fast. and we are losing. so I think the least we should get is a shipping date?

It is getting silly now!  Angry

Please post a estimated date of shipping

I've asked beastlymac to post an update.

*edit*

To those people who want to a refund because their ebay auction has fallen through due to the delays, well unfortunetly you can't. Your payment for the USBs have been sent to beastlymac, I do not have the funds to issue a full refund.

Please do not post on this thread, requesting to cancel or refund, it can't be processed, and your message will be deleted.

I do still get regular requests for bluefurys so may be able to match your request to cancel with someone else, so feel free to PM me - but I can't promise anything.

For those getting concerned about the delayed shipping, and the difficulty rising, beastlymac has said he will organise some compensation.

See the following posts:

and

Unfortunately I don't have any more information right now.
