No problem  Here is the update... I have a tracking number for shipment one, I believe shipment two is going out today, I've not been told this in so many words but I believe there will also a third and final shipment also to go out next week. The first shipment is in the country and VAT was paid on it today, but this is where it gets a little confusing, because the on-line tracking system says its in transit and due to be delivered by the end of today, the lady on the phone told me it would be delivered Monday. My guess is as good as yours. *Edit* The UPS tracking system just updated to say it will be rescheduled to Monday. *sigh* |

I've had 6-7 (maybe more) requests via PM today from people asking that I issue their compensation immediately, because they need it to buy something or want to cash out  . Some people have even requested that I send their funds to an address other than the "refund address" they originally specified when they ordered. (you'll have to send a signed message later) There is very little chance in me the compensation now (today), I'm not at home now until this evening, nor do I think its a good idea to complicate things by issuing the compensation to just a handful of people, but I will begin bundling up a transaction to process them all in one go, shortly. To keep everything open and transparent, I was thinking of posting a list of peoples refund address and username and then allowing 12-24 hours for people to message me if they see anything wrong before I send. What do you all think? Any objections? |

Hey outcast do you have a tracking number, these should have shipped on Tuesday at the latest so a tracking number should be available now. I think everyone has been pretty patient but I would like confirmation that they are now on the way to us.
Yes I received a tracking number. They was shipped yesterday, but I was informed they didn't ship everything. Beastlymac has said that everything else should follow tomorrow or Friday. FYI Shipped via UPS, tracking says delivery Friday but I wonder if they'll spend any time in customs |

OutCast3k any details of when my 2x units will be refunded you advised me to wait a little longer I have waited over a week now since they where sold plus you had coins sent from a new buyer. So I don't get what the delay is. I have already confirmed with you to keep the remaining 3 for me and ship them when ready and to process my 1.7BTC I have asked kindly in pms when you will send but you have not responded to my pm.
I will issue the refund for the two units you've sold shortly. Likely when compensation is issued to avoid having to send multiple payments. Have these units arrived in the UK yet ?

Yes production started today. We expect to be shipping to customers Thursday and Friday this week and the rest of the units the following week.
So not from the factory to group seller this Thursday and Friday, but actually to customers? No, he means they will be shipped to me this Thursday & Friday. I'll reship them the day I get them (as I have done in every group buy I've run). If I don't get them all in one shipment, they will be reshipped in order of payment (see the list). |

*edit* To those people who want to a refund because their ebay auction has fallen through due to the delays, well unfortunetly you can't. Your payment for the USBs have been sent to beastlymac, I do not have the funds to issue a full refund. Please do not post on this thread, requesting to cancel or refund, it can't be processed, and your message will be deleted. I do still get regular requests for bluefurys so may be able to match your request to cancel with someone else, so feel free to PM me - but I can't promise anything. For those getting concerned about the delayed shipping, and the difficulty rising, beastlymac has said he will organise some compensation.
