well, i dont know how the time is decided, but uro things are usually released on my afternoons, and its still morning here. your afternoon would mean, Saturday in Australia. duh im in europe not in Australia Edit: understood later your post, i kinda looked at it instead of reading it, sorry for that. i think he doesnt release based on Australia time, last one was at 4PM my time, he release when he feels like releasing. Some things never get released, some little later. But he does not make announcement for CET (central european time). just like some of them are still waiting for the release of Iran video. Due since 2 weeks already. just check the releases on twitter, i think this one was a bit later, maybe DNS took time when he changes the redirection, but now its up. The video is late, obviously, something happened and had to be delayed, in anycase i personally dont care much about it... are you fukkin serious? is this what people was waiting for?? this is a joke!!! some people, sure, but not me... it will be nice to see it, but it wont change anything from my perspective. |

You are claiming that you come here to discuss the idea of a commodity-backed crypto currency. That is exactly why I am here. I come from the Worldcoinforum by the way and have not been active anywhere else. Believe it or not.
in that case we can discuss crypto commodity, to me it was quite an obvious step forward although i didnt expect it so fast (beginning of this year) but when bitcoin becomes more stable, of course this is solved by having the exchanges pair the fiat directly to the commodity, maybe one day it will be migrated into something more traditional, where traders would buy the crypto commodities for their customers, and for the importer this part would be transparent. maybe it will become like airline points, where there are groups of airlines which share one point system and can be exchanged withing the same alliance (star alliance would be an example) |

1 Uro is around $0.50, but 1 ton of urea is around $300 so 1 Uro is worth around 3lbs of urea, but not a whole ton or am I missing something here?

i don't care what they think, please if you are really interested in a discussion, then don't deflect... The risks are: Buying URO is the first one. After this is the freight/logistics company expenses after this, all risks are on yourself; ability to sell, management of bureaucracy and local logistics So don't tell me i don't know the risks, i know them very well, and i manage them in a way i minimize them to the lowest possible denominator(i don't know if this sentence works in English). Until today my risks are exactly 0 and i'm quite advanced in the process, and the last point where an irregularity might happen is the loading of the ship, all the rest is just fud or hype. Last don't buy because of what i'm working on, or what i might or might not release, i will not make a hype or pump and dump, simply work. |

1 URO is worth exactly 1 metric tonne of agricultural prilled urea N46: a fertilizer consisting of white crystalline solids containing 46% nitrogen. 1 metric tonne is approximately 2,204 lb http://uro.io/UroProtocol.pdfSo who has actually traded in their Uro for their fertilizer? The reason the gold standard didn't work is because no one ever came and picked up their gold from the bank. im halfway through, now figuring some logistics. This is good news then.. once you become successful, many likewise will follow your footsteps. i dont think success will be made public, i dont want to help john getting rich after all XD, but if i discover irregularities along the way, they WILL be made public. so far everything has been good, Uro Foundation and GES has been very helpful considering i personally have no experience at all in imports. So many irregularities have already been identified!! Are you going to wait until you've lost all your money to find irregularities?? What difference will it make to reveal even more irregularities public then? They'll just call you FUD & then say, "too bad, you should have done your research & you invest at your own risk, not theirs!" If you already have an inkling of doubt, don't invest & don't encourage others to do so either! Not right that others should lose their money. About the first part of the post, you would have to understand the process that is followed in order to buy UREA with URO and have it shipped somewhere, the "irregularities" you point out are simply some flags that could mean anything, and not real irregularities in the process. -for example, an irregularity would be that i pay with URO and the Urea never arrives to port, or that the Urea is of lesser quality than advertised. do you understand the process and where (in the process) are the risks in order to purchase the UREA. i will leave you unignored for a while waiting for your answer, if you really want to know then write and i will answer you honestly. |
