Publishing a campaign here has nothing to do with resolving the issue at hand; you wanting to publish a campaign here means you are looking for means to increase your issues that are yet to be resolved, as there will be possibilities of many users coming into your casino and their funds getting stock in there. What you need right now is a working team that can be able to fix your withdrawal issue in order for you to keep the system working, because there is no point for anyone to come and play in your casino when they make some honest winnings, and withdrawing their funds now becomes a major problem. This does not really look good for an upcoming casino like yours, as you are already breaking the trust of your customers, which you still don't even have a lot of, and this will also reduce your chances of getting many, unless those who are not aware of your ongoing system error are, if it's not a voluntary action from your own end. I am totally agree. As for now, we are changing a lot of the 3rd services we use (like for email notifications). Also we expanding our team to fix everything what the users have faced. I read that one more bitcointalk user was scammed there, so I'm creating a scam accusation. I want to warn moderators, that this is not classic scam accusation, this is about SHADY casino here. We use 3rd party services for some actions (like email notifications for example) - we faced the issue with those users who haven't received confirmation letter, so now we have to change the service provider. Also about the 1k promocodes: yes, they was used very fast. I believe there was a lot of bonus hunters and multiacc users, so that's why it was so fast. We will provide another promo code after everything is fixed and we will launch a campaign. BTW all of the BTT promotion was postponed because of the issues we faced. I just registered, made a couple of bets, and decided to withdraw funds. I needed to confirm my email, but the letter did not arrive. I wrote to them in the chat and here is their response: “Hello, unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical issues at the moment. Our specialists are doing their best to resolve it as fast as possible. It can take from several hours, we cannot specify the exact time frame at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I don’t know what to say if it takes them several hours, and possibly more, to solve such problems. I wouldn't recommend playing with them

You claim you are Curacao licensed but i only see a philippino license in your casino. If you own a curacao license you should upload a direct link in your casino.

Out of curiosity, if you allow VPN use, how are you going to know if the account got stolen or not? Casinos usually don't allow people to use these services because it allows them to monitor the IPs and lock withdrawals if they're made from a different location than the one a player registered from. no it is a reference to a movie and to "rich" itself I hope the wink doesn't mean "at your own risk"  I hope those who decide to use it won't later get banned for this. Also, what's the reason for blacklisting certain countries if you allow people from these countries as long as they use VPN? Wouldn't it be easier for you not to restrict them at all? You could add a list of countries that are allowed in, because I'm not allowed (UK) and I could try it out with VPN, but I'd have to choose a country first. Making a list of restricted countries would make things easier for people who want to visit your site. Nope we're just trying to be friendly, We have to blacklist certain amount of countries because they prohibit gambling or some other legal things I’m not strong in.
