They are scammers and its confirmed, I talked about it few months ago and I warned moderators and users here that more and more threads about Betcoin and Playbetr will be pilling up, no-one is taking any measurements, books have same ownership, same support service and they often make misleading IP proofs taking informations from both sites and just close accounts and never even return deposit.

Yes, cloudbet will decline your selfie. I live in a condo and there is no street sign on the street with the name and I sent them selfie from my balcony with newspaper and today date and ID, and still they declined. Cloudbet is simply joke, and all that for funny amount of money to be mentioned

Cloudbet is doing kyc and its joke, they ask you to make selfie outside with street sign saying your address, in same time holding today's date newspape + write "Cloudbet *and today date*" and in same time holding ID card
I think next thing they ask is nudes from my wife
about Playbetr no idea how they are A rated bookmaker.. probably they pay someone on this thread good money, there are numerous complaints against them everywhere and on every platform their review numbers are so low.
duelbits and nitrobetting are the best so far from my own personal experience

This doesnt changes the fact that you never provided full details here or to me. That doesnt change the fact that you still have almost every week new user complaining from you.
and of course it doesnt change the fact that your turnover is getting smaller and your reviews everywhere is below 5.00 (below 5/10).. curacao licensed bookies scams are coming to an end once the new legislation come to power.
and most of all it doesnt change the fact that no where in your rules you have stated that you can confiscate funds of player without reasoning but the fact you are curacao licensed is enough for everybody to know who is the cheater in the situation

No they never paid, after my complaint there were dozens of others complaining but noone's case got solved

Read all the messages, full support for the OP and this casino should be BLACKLISTED. I simply cant understand how someone is siding with the scammers, i guess you get support from them for the times when ur bookmaker makes scam, nice cooperation.
also from what i noticed they pay bots to open accounts and rate them star5 on casinoguru/askgamblers and trustpilot, pathetic

Submitted complaint with Pogg before few days. I am 100% sure PlayBetr will not answer them nor provide any details and profs, same as they didnt answer SBR and CasinoGuru

Once again, we have already responded to a complaint from an industry leading mediator, chosen by the player, unrelated to the licensor. We provided details to the mediator and they chose not to pursue the case further. The player continues to intentionally leave out this information in any of his comments here, but we have shown the details of this privately to a trusted forum member here and he has confirmed this on the thread. We have completed our involvement here. This player is a proven abusive multi-accounter, who was fortunate enough to have received the full amount on his first account (a much larger amount). At that time, he was warned about creating additional accounts. We do not take this sort of thing lightly and would never seize funds without 100% confirmation of abuse. He can continue to make noise but we are done responding for good. We are looking forward to many exciting promos and updates for our many legitimate players to enjoy!
Can you name the mediator please? I contacted Curacao EGaming, as that is the only Logo on their site for complaints. On PlayBetr terms of conditions they have this Making a complaint - Second Level 17.5 If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by Playbetr, you may report a complaint to the Curacao Gaming Authority info@gaming-curacao.com and please reference Playbetr.com licensed by Dutch Antilles Management N.V.. License GLH-OCCHKTW0706262018. - I dont know if Curacao EGaming and Curacao Gaming Authority is same thing... This is from their Terms of Conditions btw18.4 Immediately following the cancellation of this Agreement by either party, Playbetr will return the amount in your Player Account subject to any withdrawal fees. Mate, go ahead and post your complaint at thepogg or any other of those mediators mentioned earlier. No book can force you to use a certain mediator and tbf, Playbetr already wrote that you were free to contact a mediator of your choice. If i was you, i would post my case at thepogg and i would mention that i already contacted Curacao Egaming without getting a response. If Playbetr statement that Curacao Egaming already voted for them, they will be free to sent thepogg all necessary proofs and as long as thepogg accepts them, they will vote for them as well. I expect that both of you will agree that my proposal looks fair for all. I agree totally on this, I will do it tomorrow, the problem is that Curacao EGaming didnt give me official response yet about their decision (of course I dont have hopes on them to rule in my favour, or even answer me because they never answered anyone) so maybe thepogg will not want to get involve until I get official respond from Curacao EGaming. SUMMARY of all this is Playbetr do not respond mails, cooperate with mediators who are their license suppliers (by license supplier this means they pay 10 000 - 15 000 a year to get a license in Curacao by a firm who operates that for them because such license in Europe is very expensive and they cant run their dirty schemes with MGA or other license providers), refuse to answer questions which I posted them here, provided 0 evidence, refused to allow me make KYC and finally decided to keep all my money and not returning deposit even thought they have that nowhere in their rules.
You can see who is on the right side here by seeing their last few posts when I post proofs, they just say "You are a liar" "You lie" , I post proof again and post question, they again go "You lie" thats an argument we usually see from a person who steal and can't continue a debate cuz they have no facts and evidence.
Also its very interesting fact that after I got scammed the numbers of complaints against them raised on many other forums and review sites.

When I wrote about Playbetr being scam before 1 month nobody cared, I informed moderators here to put this bookmaker on black list and not allow them to promote because they will just start stealing more and more money because their site is decreasing, only thing that can stop them probably is collective push against them on court so that they can go bankrupt and not be able to pay their own lawyers

Just a update on the situation after 1.5 months of waiting PLAYBETR still haven't responded the e-mails I wrote them, the only 3rd party mediator that they accept to talk with is also not responding and I guess they just decided to STEAL the money and not respond anything anywhere, still this will hurt the bad because I informed all possible review sites and their popularity is decreasing as we can see in their site visits number so it is good, and they will anyhow return this money on court after the 3rd party mediator response
