1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is everyone that got in late last year in the red now ? How bad is it ? on: November 16, 2022, 10:06:44 AM
Just as everyone I think it depend on the time they bought it. Everybody cannot be in red at the same time , although there is always a regret in crypto but it depend on when you buy it.
2  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why FTX Ended? on: November 12, 2022, 04:39:23 PM
It seems like a ponzi, why will you tell an investor that they will have return on their investment that is larger and you know people are greedy enough to make quick money. Everyone should stay safe
3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: FTX has been hacked, delete the app, don't go to website on: November 12, 2022, 04:32:27 PM
It is a big possibility that the hacking was done by an insider, it can never be done by someone that doesn’t have an insight of the company. And it can also be done by someone that have worked in the company before. Everyone  should stay safe.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Falls To Sub-$17,000 After the FTX Exchange Demise on: November 10, 2022, 08:33:43 PM
This is the worst year in the crypto market and the year is not end yet. Let just hope it doesn’t go deeper than this cause what am looking at is saying crypto still going down.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 10, 2022, 07:48:11 PM
I pray it doesn’t go deeper more than this, although it is a normal thing for crypto to go deep but this is getting too much and the year is not over yet. I had a friend that his crypto worth of 77k drop down to 20k in two months. Let hope it doesn’t go deeper.  Hope I get merit for this😜
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: In your opinion is this the end for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency? on: November 07, 2022, 04:54:46 PM
This can never be the end of bitcoin, because the research says that bitcoin will move to all time higher by 2024 and 2025. This is just normal thing that will always happened in the market for people to buy .
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to crypto exchanges in the future? on: November 06, 2022, 07:45:01 PM
Bitcoin is still the future, many company will still be accepting bitcoin as an exchange. The world is going digital and everything will need stability. Bitcoin is a digital currency that can be use as an exchange.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if she receives Bitcoin as gift on: November 05, 2022, 06:53:59 PM
There is nothing wrong in giving them bitcoin as a gift only if the person you want to give fully understand what bitcoin is all about. Maybe you will have to educate them before you give them the gift. I remember when I told my friend am going to gift her 20$ worth of bitcoin on her birthday I have to educate her on what eth is and told to go and open a wallet so that she can have a wallet address to receive the coin. So education is key before you send bitcoin to someone.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Happens to Our Bitcoin and Other Assets If We Die? on: November 04, 2022, 12:01:49 PM
This is the problem we face with trust issue. I think we should allowed one of our siblings know about our coin because nobody knows when he or she we die. The trusted one should have access to our wallet when we are alive incase of necessity.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2024 Bitcoin Halving - What are Your Expectations!!! on: November 04, 2022, 11:49:49 AM
I see based on the above history which you made an 150 days approximate that it will go further up and that cannot be stopped in any way. However to make a better comparison it is this one I am going to make below:

Halve of 2012
Price of 1.5 year later end of 2013 1100 dollar from a really low one

Halve of 2016
Price 1.5 year later we had the massive first all time high in December 2017 at 20.000 dollars

Halve of 2020
Price 1.5 year later we had another the biggest all time high in October 2021 at near 68.000 dollars

Based on history now after that halve I expect a huge new all time high.
expecting a big all time high in 2024
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would the world be if Bitcoin wasn't created on: October 31, 2022, 03:55:17 PM
Personally if bitcoin didnt exist Im not sure what would be my life. But since I learned and being associated with it, I confirm that its one of the best association or thing that happened to me. I am indeed a professional but doing my thing isnt enough and I have an urge to learn new things and luckily I found about cryptocurrency. Really big help not only on financial but also healthy to adopt new tech in our life.
it has really help me personally in many different ways also. I learn more about blockchain and so on.

13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does everyone want bitcoin to be stable in price? on: October 29, 2022, 12:46:19 PM
I was reading some of the replies in of @mr_jk's thread when he asked what will happen if bitcoin's price became stable?

The replies were unexpected hehehe. Much of them argued why or how can bitcoin be stable? This makes me ask the question do much of the holders of bitcoin want the price to be stable or do they really want it be volatile? I ask this because stability makes bitcoin become a good store of value and medium of exchange. Volatility makes it good for trading and speculation.
In as much as we want bitcoin to be stable it can never be stable cause of its volatility. And the instability make it to be possible for trader to trade on it as at when to buy and when to buy. So I don’t think bitcoin can be stable.
14  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin on: October 29, 2022, 12:38:32 PM
Can bitcoin go down to 10k$ this year. The fluctuation of the crypto space now is dragging the coin, and I think is still going down more before it can regain it strength. So can it still go down or rise back to 60k$ this year? Let discuss
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bear Market More Important Than the Bull Market? on: October 27, 2022, 01:51:36 PM
The importance provided to the bull market should also be given to the bear market. If the market doesn't have bear market, then we miss the opportunity to buy and experience the profit. No investment will have bull market alone and if you find something likewise, then it is complete manipulation and get out of such investment at the earliest.
you are right man both market are both important. Bear market allow us to buy while the bulk market allow us to sell. The cannot just be in a single trend .
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Early Is It Now, For Those Who Missed Bitcoin In Its Early Days? on: October 27, 2022, 07:59:30 AM
It is always easy to look at the past and say 'IF'

- If I have known about Bitcoin in earlier years like 2009 or 2013, I would have invested in Bitcoin.
People said the same IFs in 2013, 2017 and 2020. Now when they are given a great chance to actually invest in Bitcoin at cheap price, they are still saying if about earlier years. But they unfortunately reject to take the chance in this year.

Later, in future, in 2024 or 2028, other people will say the same Ifs
- If I have known about Bitcoin in earlier years like 2022, I would have invested in Bitcoin.
As a newbie that want to join the crypto space, I cannot advice you to jump on bitcoin again if you want to become a millionaire with crypto, simply because bitcoin have gone beyond repair. Bitcoin is not what some can venture into now because of the current price. Altcoin will be the advisable coin to venture into for a newbie, and if you still have it in mind to get a bitcoin, just buy the one your money can afford and you don’t want to put mind in it again. Bitcoin is a good coin but that regret of IF will never leave it. IF I had known in 2010 I should have use my food money to buy it. IF I have known in 2013 I should have use a month salary to buy. IF I have know in 2015 I would have save my 6months salary to buy it. Lol remember there is always a regret in the crypto space. So just get the ones your money can afford on bitcoin and buy some altcoin so that you will not regret on altcoin also later. That is my advice.
