I'm not any expert, but I think $10 is a good number! Even my electricity bill comes down to $25-40 (monthly), and my wifi costs around $8-10, so this is most likely a good deal. Now if you have a good enough desktop, you can reduce the cost of VPS by running your own VPS. Although, the setup would require non-stop internet, electricity and backup power in case of power outage and a bit of technicality, but it's definitely possible. I believe you have already experimented something similar with your mobile device. Am I correct? But again, you already have a good numbers on the cost, and running your own VPS might be a hassle! Anywway, you could always experiment, to quench your curiosity! That door is always open! I just love testing out new things you know. Unlocking the bootloader, flashing custom recovery, then CustomOS, rooting my device via Magisk or KernelSU, even installing Kali Linux one time (on a mobile device). I have tried all sorts of weird things. |

The easier solution would be enforcing the following-
1. Sig campaign can't enforce min number of post in specific board/section.
2. No minimum post for getting paid.
This wouldn’t remove the spam completely but would reduce it in significant numbers IMO.
It can be enforced by campaign manager but as long as no rules are there, it wont be.
There is no post minimum nor any gambling quotas in any of the campaigns Trofo and myself ran. It's the easiest change - so if you like it, just start implementing it. It's us that decide these things - not something the forum higher-ups need to intervene in. Since you guys are the ones deciding on these rules and restrictions, the mins and maxs, now I wonder about the rules regarding posts in certain boards - do these companies ever wants/demands, you do that? Simply put, does the brands asks the CM's that we want this amount of posts in this particular board? Or is it something the CM's came up with on their own? (the do and dont's)... I understand the part, if it's related to gambling, brands would want promotions in the gambling sections. This part, I acknowledge. Btw, cryptofrka, as you said, you guys impose no such rules in your campaigns! So my question is, did it have any negative/positive effects (overall)...? |

I have resorted to the same method you applied. Begging, sorry requesting my friends to test out my app. And then I realised, the importance of testers. Almost immediately, they found many visual bugs, as well as logical faults in the calculation. I literally had to build more than 30+ test builds (give or take some, can't remember the exact number), in order to reach a bug free application, finger crossed.
Can't say about the Google play, as I have never tried publishing anything there, and I heard they charge you an one time fee ($20 something), to be able to publish your apps.
I have already paid the fee, sent them my KYC (ewww) and now they want me to find like 10 more testers for my app, which I've made like 25 builds for at this point. Claude is a great tester, but it can only do so much when you need actual, human testers to make Google happy. Next time if need an additional tester (for Android apk, or anything related to Windows, application, userscript, extension) feel free to knock me. I have a habit of testing new things. I have tested many things over the years (for example Custom ROM's - aka operating systems - LineageOS, NusuntaraOS, PixelOS, and Root/superUser/KernelSU), even installed Kali Linux on my potato phone..lol (yeah it's possible). Claude can fix everything, but at the end of the day, we still need human touch. Imho, there are still many things that an AI cannot detect properly (where human eyes are needed). And, even after explaining multiple times, sometimes the AI would just mess things up. Jokes/sarcasm intended, but when it comes to vibe coding, this meme is so true.  |

How did you find testers for it? I have resorted to begging my friends and people I meet on X to join my app's testing program for Google Play, just so that I can meet the 12 testers testing for 14 days requirement and publish it there. Predictably, it is not working as well as I want it to  I have resorted to the same method you applied. Begging, sorry requesting my friends to test out my app. And then I realised, the importance of testers. Almost immediately, they found many visual bugs, as well as logical faults in the calculation. I literally had to build more than 30+ test builds (give or take some, can't remember the exact number), in order to reach a bug free application, finger crossed. Can't say about the Google play, as I have never tried publishing anything there, and I heard they charge you an one time fee ($20 something), to be able to publish your apps. |

I see other members posting screenshots, so is new BPIP extension version updated or not for Firefox browser? There is no change for me, and on mozilla website page I still see the old version from six years ago: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/bpip-extension/PS Is it possible to create BPIP userscript version as alternative option? I don't think it's updated for Firefox yet…I just removed the old extension and reinstalled it again from the Mozila store (thinking it would be the latest for Firefox), but it's still on the old version (2.2.5). Seems like version 3.1.1 is only available for Chrome store.  Userscripts seems like a good alternative. It's kinda popular among the forum users right now, as everyone is either creating their own userscript or using one from other devs. For example, BRDb from *Ace*. |

What things are you using AI agents for?
I used to use Codex from OpenAi, to build things for me. One of those were an expense manager app (Android apk, build in Dart), you know where you keep track of all of your daily expenses, and it shows you everything catagory wise, organised (for example, grocery, rent, electricity, gas, food, medical etc). The app also works in multiple devices, has data sync across different devices with Firebase for online authentication, has the ability to create multiple profiles/users..as well as join via invite code (in case there are multiple user making the expenses, like in a family or bachalors home). Nowadays, I build nothing as I have ran out of subscription, lol. Now, I just play around with local LLM's via LM studio & Ollama. I have a decent GPU (5060 Ti, 16 GB Vram), so most of the low to mid tier LLM (is low to mid tier even an official catagory? I don't know, lets just call it that, for now), with not many Billion parameter (4B, 8B, 12B) runs without any bottlenecks. |

4. Well, this is exactly why you should give it a try. The address in the screenshot has always linked directly to the specific TXID URL. I intentionally made the TXID text clickable for cases where a user might have only copied that part.
Ok here is my review (after using it for a day). It works that's for sure.. The outgoing notifications? I can't tell for sure, as I haven't sent anything yet. But the incoming one works as intended. As for the total balance and receiving/sending amounts in USD they are still not present. But I'm not bothered by it since you said, it's gonna be there on the next update. Lastly, I'm not sure whether you understood my 4th request! Yes the hash is clickable but that's it. What I proposed is that, it directly sends you to a blockchain explorer as you click on it (say mempool). So far, it's not that bad. |

ছয় বছর আগে এনআইডি কার্ড বানিয়ে রেখেছি এখনো পর্যন্ত স্মার্ট এনআইডি কার্ডের কোন খবর পাইনি। আমি শিওর আমার মতন আরও দুই তিন কোটি লোক রয়েছে বা তারও বেশি থাকতে পারে।
যদিও সরকার যদি সৎ ইচ্ছা লাগতো তাহলে এই স্মার্ট এনআইডি কার্ড সবার আগে তৈরি করত এবং তারপর এটার দ্বারাই সমস্ত কিছু পরিচালনা করতে পারতো।
কিন্তু তা করবে কেন?
এটা যদি করেই ফেলে তাহলে ৬০০০ কোটি টাকার মধ্যে তিন চার হাজার কোটি টাকা তো নিজেরা খেতে পারবেন না।

শুনেছিলাম তারাও নাকি এই ধরনের কার্ড সিস্টেম করার চিন্তাভাবনা করেছিল হয়তোবা তারা বুঝতে পেরেছে এটার কোন ভালো দিক নাই তাই সেই কার্যক্রম আর করেই নাই।
আমার মতে সেই লেভেলের বলদ। টাকা দিয়ে সব বলদ পোসে। বিএনপি আগের বার যে কারণে ক্ষমতা হারাইছিলো ঠিক সেই কারণেই আবারো ক্ষমতা হারাবে (যদি এভাবে চলতে থাকে)।
এই কার্ড সিস্টেম যদি আরো পাঁচ বছর আগে কেউ করত তাইলে মানুষ খুশি হইত কিন্তু মানুষ এখন যথেষ্ট আপডেট হয়েছে তাই এই কার্ড ফার্ট নিয়া মানুষ উৎসাহী না। প্রথমে ফ্যামিলি কার্ড এর কথা বলছিল সেটা সবার মধ্যে গ্রহণযোগ্য হয়েছিল এরপর নিয়ে আসলো কৃষক কার্ড এটা নিয়েও খুব বেশি কথা হয় নাই কিন্তু যেইভাবে প্রত্যেকটা সেক্টরের জন্য আলাদা আলাদা কার্ড ছাপাইতেছে এইগুলা আসলে জনগণের কাছে বিরক্তির কারণ হইতেছে। মানুষ ঠিকমতো খাইতে পায় না আর সরকার যদি হাজার হাজার কোটি টাকা কার্ড ছাপাইয়া নষ্ট করে তাইলে সেইটা সরকারের জন্য একটা চ্যালেঞ্জিং বিষয় হইতে পারে। এই বিভিন্ন জিনিসপত্রের দাম বাড়তেছে যেভাবে যারা প্রথমদিকে ফ্যামিলি কার্ডের মাসে ২৫০০ টাকা এর কথা শুনে লাফাইছে তারাও এখন বুঝতাছে যে ২৫০০ টাকা দিবে কিন্তু এই দিকে মাসে ৫০০০ টাকা অতিরিক্ত খরচ বানিয়ে দিতেছে সরকার। মানে তাদের টাকাই তাদের দিবে মাঝখান থেকে সরকার ক্রেডিট নিবে বহির বিশ্বে দেখাবে যে বাংলাদেশ কত উন্নত হইতেছে। আসলে ব্যাপারটা হইতেছে বাংলাদেশে যে পরিমাণে বেকারত্ব এইখানে এই ধরনের সরকারের উদ্যোগ কেউ পছন্দ করবে না তার নিজের দলের লোক কয়দিন পরে বিরক্ত হইবো এইসব কার্যক্রম দেখতে দেখতে।
ভাই এই কার্ড ফার্ড কোনো বিষয়ই না। প্রথমত সরকারের একটা স্টেবল আয়ের উৎস দরকার, যত রকম কার্ড বের করা যাবে তত ইনকাম। মজা করেই বলতেছি, দুইদিন পর দেখবো চান্দা কার্ড (কর্মসংস্থান), আর চান্দা না দিলে যে হামলা করে বিম্পির পোলাপাইনে, তার জন্য (ক্ষতিপূরণ কার্ড), UNO রিভার্স। এই আমাদের বাংলাদেশ। আরেকটা বিষয় বিশ্ববাজারে যখন তেলের দাম কমে তখন বাংলাদেশে দাম উল্টো ২০ টাকা লিটার প্রতি বাড়বে কেনো! এর মেইন কারন হলো ১. কার্ড বাবার ফান্ডে টান পড়ছে, তেলের দাম বাড়ায়ে যে বাড়তি আয় হবে সেটা কার্ড প্রোজেক্টে ঢুকাবে, ২. নতুন পে-স্কেলের কারনে যে বাড়তি খরচ বাড়তেছে তার যোগান দেয়া। সামনাসামনি যুদ্ধ, তেলের দাম বেশি এগুলো বল্লেও, ভেতরে ভেতরে উপরের প্রোজেক্টে টাকা ঢুকানার জন্য এই দাম বৃদ্ধি। |
