How is the v4 Update coming along?

This coin needs to be exposed to a wider audience and in bigger trading platforms else it will die like thousand others have already. It would be a shame though. This is not only the responsibility of the community as a whole as it is often uni-directionally reminded in this thread but also of the funding members and developers who should push the coin as well for wider adoption. I understand this cannot be forced but at present it's not being traded in any significant platform and that's a major drawback. The only platforms trading the coin are tiny ones and nothing moves.

Hopefully the founding members will make a move after the v4 transition else I don't this going anywhere.

2017 dmd made x91 btc made x15 the whole raise of dmd was started with upgrade from v2 to v3. so its no dreaming without any hope to come true its look back on our history and see the possibility that history repeat. no gurantee can be given that it really happens but if u look what great technology leap it is from v3 to v4 its far more impressive then the v2 to v3 2017.

The huge difference beeing that in 2017 it was listed at Bittrex which was one of the biggest excanges back then, but now there is no visibility to make that bigger technology leap even come into play in any way.

Anything happening here anymore?

Any idea why I have no status info or hashrates display for me with 0.4.0 ?

It just says Team Red miner Version 0.4.0 with a blinking cursor behind it.
But mining is working normally in the backround as I can see with my power consumption and with the pool-monitor.

I was using 0.3.7 before that which worked fine.

What's the right blockchain-data at the moment?

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/ or https://masternodes.online/currencies/DMD/ ?

They are both quite a bit apart from another, about 20 blocks or so.

Still zero connections with Vertcoin-qt, any ideas? Impossible to send funds...
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Vertcoin [VTC][ANN] Segwit Activated | ASIC Resistant Decentralized GPU Mining on: October 22, 2017, 02:20:53 PM
Same problem here, it started today, used to work fine, QT wallet won't get connections.

Yes also same problem for weeks now. Just 1 connection that stays up for a couple of miliseconds and nothing else.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: August 11, 2017, 10:59:45 PM
Does someone know if the Message that you can include whilst withdrawing from Poloniex is encrypted or unencrypted?
Since bittrex wants an unencrypted message for depositing I need to know.

Once when withdrawing PASC from Poloniex it encrypted the message which led to problems with another exchange, so I'll better ask this time. Thanks Smiley

Did nobody try to send NEM from poloniex to bittrex yet?

Congratulations to the whole team!

We have successfully passed the fork block.

Now that the fork is done, will you enable payouts from the pool again at some point?

Hi.

Is it intentional that yacoin.club payouts are not working atm?

@presstab
Is there a concrete plan to stop HYP from drifting into obscurity forever after the unwarranted delist from polo?

Verters registers double of your actual hashrate on the pool, so it makes somewhat sense to divide the round-luck-percentage by two in the end.
It would have been nice to clarify that to AikaPool instead of just attacking him Smiley

Why keep the old chain still going, makes no sense.
Somewhere I read someone complaining about cryptsy taking forever for a wallet-update (which is true). Now you even give them incentives to not upgrade at all...
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Lyrabar - Rare bar with Lyra2RE algorithm [CPU / GPU PoW] on: September 02, 2015, 01:19:57 PM
I just noticed that Lyrabar isn't listed on CoinMarketCap.

I sent in the request to add LYB, so hopefully that problem is solved.

Next up, adding LYB to coinpayments.net, and accepting it in my online store with a permanent discount of 25%!

First I have to figure out how to use a coinpayments plugin, which means I'll probably have to move my domain to another webhost because I signed up with Weebly.

Then I'll have to see if I can pay coinpayments $500 to add Lyrabar.

Anyway, one thing at a time, and coinmarketcap is first.  Next stop, the moon!

Honest question:  Why ?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: The Blocks Factory - Multicoin pool on: September 01, 2015, 09:49:44 PM
According to digiexplorer The Blocks Factory is finding a ton of Digibyte blocks, but your pool shows nothing for hours now on qubit and groestl

Is the fork to lyra2reV2 planned for block #50000 ? Also any other interesting things coming up after the halving?
cheers
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zoom - ASIC Resistant Cryptocurrency on: August 07, 2015, 07:06:02 PM
It's very noble of you coinmaster to buy so many of the coins, but you are essentially paying a couple of big miners who are benefiting from the slow diff-retarget.
They are plowing through the blocks and when the diff is finally quite high they leave again, leaving the rest mining with long blocktimes.

Afterwards they/he/she dumps into your (I presume) buy orders for a nice profit, just so you don't wonder why the huge dumping at these prices.

Anyway, I still want to thank you and "upgradeadvice" for a really nice development on this coin. This has really surprised me, as the original structure of this coin is a very typical one for a 2015 scam-altcoin, but you guys have really been a nice positive surprise   Smiley
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Diamond (DMD) Evolution v 2.0 | NEW wallet, 50% POS Active on: July 24, 2015, 07:59:33 PM
Does anyone notice too that the miner "scuzzlebutt" on danbis pool has almost the entire pool-hashrate but doesn't find many blocks?  Looks clearly like fake-hashing to me.
