1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [0.85 BTC / $20K SCAM] Playbetr.com + Betcoin.ag SCAM! Accounts closed, IGNORING on: March 27, 2023, 03:05:36 PM
Hey. Update here from OP. I have made a short video explaining how I first found out about Playbetr, which was the end of last year. This video will show you a conversation with a friend of mine (another bettor) who recommended Playbetr to me. If you choose to believe me, this will prove I never was aware of the site until this date (dec 30 2022) and therefore it would prove that Playbetr have lied about me having used other accounts in the past. Please watch this video with a open mind, I'm aware it is not "proof" of anything, but anyone with reasoning would be aware that I am not lying about this being my first and only account which is explained in the video.

Here is the link, thank you in advance.

To people who do not believe I am innocent, I can prove everything to you in 5 minutes in a call. I can prove to you they are lying and have zero proof of any of their claims, which are all based on fabricated evidence.
Why would someone need to talk to you privately to see the proof you have? If you have proof you are innocent and the casino is lying, make it public. If you don't want to share it because it contains sensitive information, it doesn't make much sense showing it to an unknown internet person behind a forum username.

Soon everyone will see what frauds Playbetr are.
Why soon, why don't we see it already?

Because it obviously takes time to expose a big sportsbook for their scams. Me claiming I've been scammed obviously isn't enough, especially when they are denying it, making up lies & fabricating fake evidence. Just stay updated on this thread and you will soon see.

Any player with a dispute can choose any mediator they want. As far as this player, the matter is closed. He doesnt get to hop from mediator to mediator hoping he finds one that rules in his favor. We spent a month working with this mediator, including countless hours spent researching and providing documentation of his fraud. If he didn't trust this mediator, he shouldve went with someone else. Obviously he wasnt going to choose askgamblers, as they ruled against him previously, as well. These mediators do not make it easy on us. They exist to advocate for players. In this case, we had ample evidence to show abuse. If we didn't, the account wouldnt have been shut down, to begin with. This matter is closed.

Since you guys already spent countless hours researching his fraudulent activities. You must have those documents ready which you provided to thepogg.com. I don't know how thepogg.com mediator works, but I did not see any reply from Playbetr on the complaint thread. The user claims that thepogg.com never asked him anything related to this accusation. Let's say you are right. Do you deny that there could be miss understanding of detecting multiple accounts since this user claims once he used VPN? If VPN is not allowed then that's another case. But this guy claims he never heard of playbetr before, and he did not create multiple accounts. So, I would request you to cooperate with another mediator. This time it won't take that long since the documents are ready.

@OP, can you please stop swearing and come to the point? Your swearing and yelling won't make the difference. Would you mind contact with another mediator and invite playbetr? Would you accept the decision will come from another mediator?

Yes I'm fine with that. Sorry for the language. I am still looking for mediators to contact. Or in some way get in contact with thePogg and ask why playbetr claim we have had contact when that is completely false.

Playbetr also mention arbitrate betting. "This player has been found guilty of arbitrage betting at Playbetr" in the past. First of all. Please show all of my bets. Please show how any of these were "arbitrage" bets. All my bets were NBA bets. Multiple times I've asked you to show my bet history to show the forum how I broke the rules, but again you ignore the request. Still making up new lies every day as the scam goes on.

My guess is they have either 1. Fabricated false evidence which they provided to ThePogg, or 2. Working together with thePogg

So if option 1 is true, which I believe, then it might not matter what mediator I contact. As they will provide the false evidence to that mediator and they will rule in Playbetrs favor again. Despite me being innocent which can be proven by myself.

what other mediation sites can the player use?

Any player with a dispute can choose any mediator they want. As far as this player, the matter is closed. He doesnt get to hop from mediator to mediator hoping he finds one that rules in his favor. To everyone saying I have taken this to mediator. All I did was post the same thing I posted here on there. Not once did I get reached out to by ThePogg, which Playbetr are claiming. They claim we have had contact yet they have never emailed me or messaged me about anything. The only thing I ever heard from ThePogg was this: https://gyazo.com/25773442394a5c6997be0b69bcc3ee81

I was not able to communicate with them at all, but once again Playbetr are making up false lies and accusations. To people who do not believe I am innocent, I can prove everything to you in 5 minutes in a call. I can prove to you they are lying and have zero proof of any of their claims, which are all based on fabricated evidence. Soon everyone will see what frauds Playbetr are.

YOU STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS OR EXPLAINED HOW I HAVE OPENED MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. I CAN LITERALLY SHOW YOU FULL PROOF OF EVERYTHING I HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT PLAYBETR UNTIL THE DAY I CREATED MY ACCOUNT. I would not be wasting my time like this if I was multi-accing. Please I promise you there has been a misunderstanding. If you just communicate with me, I will prove everything to you. Jesus Christ how hard can it be man...

Hi OP,
Usually, I always support Users if I see scam accusations against casinos. But I read both cases of yours. One with Betcoin and another with Rolletto Casino. According to thepogg, The casino already submitted enough proof that you have created multiple accounts on their website while they do not allow it.
PlayBetR has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this player has opened multiple accounts in breach of terms and conditions. As such, we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
No further posts will be approved on this thread.
ThePOGG

Still, You are here asking them to provide further information about how you created multiple accounts. The casino may choose not to reveal it because they already submitted the proof where they had to submit it. I can't say that you did not create multiple accounts because you did that at other casinos and it was proven with Ask Gamblers mediator. Why are you asking them to communicate with you so you can prove everything while you can post here? The only exception can be you used a VPN when you signed up. But that's also not allowed if you did it for your purposes, according to the Playbetr TOS
11.14 Playbetr allows VPN used in order to achieve a stronger and more secure connection, however, Playbetr does not allow VPN use to violate any rules in this Playbetr terms of service including but not limited to multi-accounting, website abuse, cheating or accessing the website from a restricted region.

2. https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/rolletto-casino-rolletto-scamming-me-for-14000#
3. https://www.playbetr.com/terms

You are clearly new to this industry. These unregulated sites do this all the time. The "proof" they provide is manifactured and nobody gives a fuck because the mediators don't look into it further than what they are shown on the edge. I can literally show you proof I had never heard of playbetr before the same day I made my account, the only account I have made. Claiming multi-accounting is the easiest way for them to scam someone without being asked any more questions from the outside. In my memory, I only had VPN on once while using playbetr, and that was when logging in from my macbook once. If they show my log history, they will see the same IP logging in every day from my desktop PC. You seriously think I would sit here posting all these threads if I actually wasn't innocent. If I knew I broke their rules and in that case, they would have evidence of it, why would I even bother wasting my fucking time. They did not claim I am multi-accounting. They claimed I was abusing their sportsbook by "cheating". Scroll up to the beginning of the thread, you will see the reasonings they listed in the email they had sent me. None of them included using multiple accounts. They are literally changing up the story as the way it fits them. I was TOLD by a friend that he knew someone who has been using this site for years and always got paid, that was the first time I ever heard of playbetr and signed up straight away. I could show you my conversation with that person but wouldn't change anything. I want Playbetr to tell me what other account I have been using and what the proof is for it. Simple as that. I can do everything to prove I am innocent meanwhile they can't do a single thing to prove I am not.

As it is unlikely the player will return to update with the results of the mediation, we would like to do so at this time:
https://thepogg.com/complaint/playbetr-non-payment/

This player has cost us 10s of thousands of dollars, both in the research done to confirm that he was 100% guilty of abuse, to the many hours spent over the last 4 weeks working with the mediator, to the defamation he has posted about us on no less than 25 additional forums. Interestingly enough, this same player lost a nearly identical mediation at askgamblers around the same time period.
https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/rolletto-casino-rolletto-scamming-me-for-14000

We, and the other reputable casino/sportsbooks, take no joy in withholding an abusive player's funds. It nearly always costs us more to do so than it would have to pay the player and ban him. This is a rare necessity in order to deter abusive players and keep the industry alive and thriving. Over 99% of players are legitimate and our primary focus is on providing them exceptional support, fast withdrawals and innovative promotions. All winners who are not intentionally breaking the rules, in attempt to harm the site, are paid without issue, in minutes. Thanks and best of luck to all!

8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BETCOIN.AG SCAMMING / ~15K$ INCLUDING DEPOSIT SCAMMED on: February 14, 2023, 10:35:02 PM
Syndicate play is defined by the sports betting industry as a person or group of people who continue to create new accounts under different identities to place bets and avoid limits. Once we noticed that the accounts were placing the same bets and we were able to confirm through our security system that the account owners had a relationship, the accounts were closed so that we could have a chat with you. In these cases, it is our obligation to try and find out more about the syndicate, so they do not continue to damage our company. It is also important for us to inform the player in writing that if another account is created, at that time, the funds will be withheld. This prevents the team from continuing to make new accounts, while using forums such as this to garner sympathy on the future accounts.

The message you posted from us was us you was asking for that information, however I am not seeing the additional messages from you in the email. Please check your PMs so we can work this out immediately. Thank you.

Edit: We are seeing the messages now in spam. These should not have gone without response. You have a PM from us here.

In this case, you are willing to speak to the OP and message them? Why are you ignoring all my emails and messages still..?

I am not the OP of this thread and the alleged cheater. cru7ufy is.

Our sincere apologies. That is not how we intended it to come across! We were clearly referring to the OP in this case.

You have still not explained how I'm "cheating". Being a good bettor = cheating? Is that actually how you define cheating? I'm waiting for an explanation 1 month later. Scared scammers.

I apologize, that issue is about Playbetr. The player in question got their money back from Playbetr after contacting thepogg.com. It wasn't Betcoin. I will edit my previous post to correct the information.

Playbetr has never lost a mediation at ThePogg or anywhere else.

Stop cheating and find a new job. We all know what you are doing and no one is going to succumb to your extortion attempts.

Haha you are disgusting scammers. Don't think you are getting away with this. You still have not came out and explained what rule or term I broke. Nobody is cheating. You are just scumbags who take fair peoples money for no reason. Ruining the crypto betting community. I'm still waiting for an explanation. And you will hear from multiple mediation sites or lawyers soon, don't worry.

If they accept it and it goes public, post a link to it so that the community can follow the developments.

yeah its under review to be posted i think

This is messed up. What is wrong with this and why cant the book address the issue? The player is obviously good at what hes doing and is getting punished for it.

This is what's destroying the crypto online community. We don't need this shit in the space, we need transparency and that good players get their winnings. I'ts ok to get limited, but to get winnings confiscated for some ununderstandable reason is tragic.

Do any of you think big companies like bet365 does this kind of shit? Hell no. They limit you and you just find yourself out and keep moving. This is unacceptable behavior from a "respected" book that we as a community shouldn't tolerate.

Exactly. All good fair and square winnings and they try to find a way to scam me regardless. I'm fine with getting limited, I will move on and stop using the site, simple as that. But confiscating winnings for no legitimate reason is absurd, and they won't even come forward and confront the issue either. Disgusting scammers, I'll do everything in my power to bring them down for this.

Hello, your emails were not ignored. We clearly stated that you are in violation of our terms of service. You were asked to provide a Bitcoin address to return your deposit and have failed to do so. Once you provide the email bitcoin address, these will be sent.
I corrected the mistake for you. @cru7ufy Email them the bitcoin address where they can send your deposits. After that, you can start getting in touch with 3rd-party mediation sites and have them take a look at the case and the evidence that Betcoin has against you. Many casinos don't want to share evidence publicly, so your remaining option is to have someone else mediate the whole process.

I tried askgamblers but betcoin/playbetr isn't even listed there. I can go with SBR, what else? Thanks for the help btw

Hello, your emails were not ignored. We clearly stated that you are in violation of our terms of service. You were asked to provide a Bitcoin address to return your deposit and have failed to do so. Once you provide the bitcoin address, these will be sent. We have no other business with you. If you would like to submit a claim for 3rd party mediation, please feel free to do so. We will provide them with the ample evidence against you and abide by their decision.

If I provide the BTC address, that means I am basically admitting I have broke some rule and do not deserve my profits. Why the F*** would I do that when I know I am fully innocent and you guys are scumbags who do this to everyone. I read new threads about people getting locked and scammed every day with betcoin, it's nothing new. I gave you a month to reply and you didn't give a shit and ignored me. And you expect me to ask for my deposits back which would leave close to 15k profit missing? For no reason? Come out and say what I have done wrong, how about we start with that. Not asking for your evidence, tell me what rule I broke. I will contact 3rd party immediately since talking to ignorant scammers won't lead to anything. Does anyone have recommendation for who to contact that will actually have an effect on these blatant scamming scum.

This is now the second scam accusation I see about Betcoin today. Have you PMed the forum representatives of both casinos to make them aware of this scam accusation? They won't know otherwise. I see from your profile that you haven't posted in their ANN threads.

I hope that whenever the Betcoin and Playbetr reps stop by, they will offer a fair explanation of what happened and not a low-effort post saying player broke the rules, bla bla.

@Betcoin the post I read by you in the other scam accusation thread is the effort you would expect from an 8-year old drawing in school. Do you have any proof that shows your actions are valid?

Hey man, thank you for the reply. I have messaged them both and made them aware of this post. I have also emailed them (but since my emails have been ignored for over a month I don't expect much). Will be interesting to see if they reply.

I made my betcoin.ag account on march 2nd 2022 (almost a year ago). Deposited $1000 at first. I've been betting on sports (football or basketball) ever since, on and off for about a year. The limits on this website were not very high, and I found playbetr.com (sister website to betcoin.ag) with higher limits. Made my Playbetr.com account end of last year, 31st december 2022. My first deposit on playbetr was $4k. Then later on I deposited another $1000-2000 not sure exactly. Same with betcoin.ag, I deposited another $1000 ish. So in total, I had deposited around $7000-8000 somewhere total on betcoin.ag/ playbetr, all in BTC. Never had any issues. I had only been betting on NBA at playbetr, was losing at first. Then I win some bets (NBA basketball) on both sites. Did not bet same selections on both sides, was completely different bets (if that has any relevance). I had been previously losing and that was apparently fine for them.

Anyway, after winning - I tried to withdraw my balances from both websites realizing I had been limited down to less than $10 stakes on NBA etc. The total withdrawals were 0.65 BTC from playbetr and almost 0.21 BTC from betcoin. I got emails from both sites asking me for KYC. Uploaded full KYC to both sites, including pictures of my driving license + selfies, and address proof etc. My account was fully verified and I was waiting for my withdrawals. Next day, I try to log in and see it doesn't let me. On neither website I was able to log in, or when I could, I had no access to any features of the account. Basically they blocked my playbetr and betcoin accounts both at once for no reason. I get an email from both sites saying this: gyazo.com/2cce2f6e291bab297c8dbf9e2940b321

Basically they claim I have been guilty of fraudulent actions and they had the right to terminate my account and suspend payouts. What's most funny, is they offered to return my deposit. (FYI, I don't give a F*** about getting my deposit back). This is literally laughable. I'm seeing this happen to more people. They just close my accounts for no reason, not providing any form of explanation or evidence and then ignoring me for weeks. I have been emailing them ever since I got these emails (3rd january 2023), and there has now been over a month since without getting a reply. I try to speak to them through live chat and get the same reply everytime ("email for more information sir").

I have seen them (playbetr specifically) reply to many threads on this forum and most of the times they claim to be very transparent and fair. It actually amazes me how well-knowledged they are and the fact they always reply to complaints is kind of surprising. Now I would really love to know why I have been scammed out of 0.85 btc, which at the moment is almost $20k. These are the types of fraudulent actions they listed (they have not explained how I broke any of them - I OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT):

These actions include, but are not limited to:
Syndicate play or participating in any type of collusion with other
players
Match fixing
Late betting
Development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings or advantage
play, which is detrimental to our business
Arbitrage/corridor betting, use of forking services, use of surebet or
valuebet services or steam chasing
Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
Chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments made
Other types of cheating
Providing incorrect information about personal data during registration
Is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence
Suspicion of money laundering or funds having been obtained by illegal
activity
Use of a device, bot or software to place bets or interfere with any
transactions occurring at Betcoin.ag

They have not explained how I have done any of this. I am 100% sure I have not. All I have been betting on is NBA bets (one of the biggest markets in the world) and it would be impossible to cheat on these markets. NBA is the #1 league of a top 3 sport in the world, which has huge limits on every known sportsbook. It is a false claim that "I cheated" and they are fully ignoring me and many others. I refuse to let this be ignored and will do anything in my power to take it the next step. What's laughable is the fact they claimed they would repay my deposits, I wouldn't accept them, but still ignored me when I mention it. I have seen other users contact Curacao courts and lawyers. I am willing to pay any amount of money or do anything to get this sorted straight. Not letting these scumbags get away with scamming innocent fair players for absolutely no reason.

Here are some links proving my claims:
- Proof of my withdrawal requests -> (proves me having 0.85 BTC total in both accounts): gyazo.com/f533fc1c7d0aeba74d3d3712af182607    ,    gyazo.com/926be95773b34264446e8b34c3e5fec1
- Screenshots of bets I won on playbetr (FAIR, NORMAL NBA BETS) -> gyazo.com/4b63d3944ac2d84db543a2525d4d0b0c    ,     gyazo.com/67e5543813e5880dfb159204511e06dc
- Video of me trying to access my playbetr account after getting the emails (now I can't even log in) -> https://youtu.be/GJzYonxiCYc
- Video of me showing conversation with friend -> "proof" I did not use playbetr until before 30 dec 2022: https://youtu.be/uR_jA9dxfiQ

Long story short:
- total amount 0.85 BTC (deposits + profits)
- accounts were randomly blocked 3rd jan 2023 after requesting withdrawals (over a month ago)
- did not break any rules
- no reply on live chat or email (getting ignored)
- no explanation or evidence to back anything up

Looking forward to a reply from Betcoin.ag and / or Playbetr.com. Thank you in advance.
