Because I didnt lose all my deposit. I deposited around $400 but lost $200 playing on the site and withdrew the remaining money

As i said, they didnt KYC me but it sounds like they have done with other people. I they need to clarify what conditions they have because a lot of affiliate sites have thsm listed as being no-kyc which isnt strictly true.

I played here and made a withdrawl without kyc (but i did lose money). Its surprising to see they asked for video KYC from someone else, i wonder if they only do it to players who win?

I think they need to clarify this because their site makes a big deal about anonymity which is not true of they are requesting documents.

All sorted now! Was actually resolved very quickly after my post. The live chat staff seemed to not be aware of their updated kyc rules.

I played here the last few days and they requested lots of personal informaton when i tired to withdraw the first time. I filled it all in and resubmitted and now are asking for documents.

I only deposited about $250 and didnt take their welcome bonus.

OP sorted it all quite quickly and they have already sent my funds
