6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: December 22, 2017, 10:32:07 AM
Hey guys, i'm having a problem, wondering if anybody ran into this
i'm in the process of building my first nvidia rig, i chose 1080ti's, all my rigs until now were amd

for now i have 1x EVGA SC Black Edition, 1x Gigabyte Aorust and 1x MSI Gaming X with 3 more on the way arriving tomorrow (all 1080ti)
asrock h81 pro btc
EVGA 1600W P2
i3 44xx something idk atm, im not next to my rig, also 8gb of ram, idk what brand atm

at the moment i have 3 gpu's hooked up and i can't get drivers to install on all 3, only 2 at the time
and they all work individually, or when hooked up 2 at a time
but the third one doesn't...

i reinstalled windows at least 5 times, drivers, everything, cant get the fu*kin shit to work

Thoughts?

Do all 3 show up in device manager ?
Or one as an unknown vga device?

all 3 are showing as 1080ti, but one of them is showing it's driver is not installed... i reinstalled both windows and the drivers many times already...

9  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: S9 out of stock? on: October 22, 2017, 12:28:03 PM
Just buy Bitcoin directly. I have s9 and it's almost a year and I still have not ROI yet my initial btc payment.

If this is true... you seriously need to get out of crypto... ASAP!

(reality check) I cannot fathom a situation this is true.

maybe he bought it of ebay... or maybe he paid for it right after a really big price surge... and he is considering the amount paid in crypto, not in fiat counterpart

This is bullshit, isnt it? ^^ Unless you overpaid like a boss.

my guess as well

They usually sell them in batches, so you have to be very careful when they release another one. Take into account that Bitmain only accepts Bitcoin Cash so be prepared.

good luck

how often do batches usually come out?

Would you be interested in traveling? we could meet at an airport or a hotel, you could also first come to meet us and we conduct the transaction the second time at one of the aforementioned locations.
A person hired me to find him where he can privately buy bitcoins as a tax heaven savings, the sum is pretty big, if you're able to prove ownership of bitcoin we can exchange information and maybe have a phone call with him, agree on details
we are willing to pay extra premium on bitcoins if the transaction is 100% private/cash based.
let me know

Best regards

you can try contacting paypal and saying them you were scammed, or that your account has been hacked and you want the payment refunded, i heard it works, i dunno how to do it though, but there must be guides online on how to do it and what to say
19  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC in Europe on: October 03, 2017, 12:39:38 PM
still looking, advice on other places where you might suggest me to look are also welcome, (for now im looking here and on local bitcoin)
an advice that actually ends up finding and succeeding will be reworded very generously in bitcoin or a cryptocurrency of their choice (that is able to get over poloniex)
20  Economy / Currency exchange / Buying BTC in Europe on: October 03, 2017, 09:46:56 AM
Hello, i was hired by a businessman from Europe to buy him some bitcoins without there being a record of the transaction anywhere. aka he wanted it p2p

he would prefer to meet in his home country (wont disclose here for privacy reasons, interested sellers will get all info), as he is a bit older, he prefers face to face meetings, we can meet at an airport or some hotel, all expenses covered

he is also willing to pay an extra premium on the price, not more then 10%, but he wants absolute privacy for that price, plus not being asked to travel to buy (as many sellers asked us until now)

he is also willing of paying using banks, but prefers meeting live with cash, hence we wont be able to pay such a premium on bank transfers, and it would only be accepted with very trusted exchangers, or maybe even with a use of some form of escrow

he is looking to buy at least 5-10 bitcoins, both as an investment and a tax haven, with bigger volumes being welcome

Serious sellers are more then welcome to first come without any bitcoins and have a talk face to face about details of the transaction

and he is also interested in Ethereum and a few other prominent cryptocurrencies

PS. no shitcoins please

if you have any other suggestions feel free to pm me
