theory is that the lower price, the less cost of trading,
if the trading funds is fixed, the price is lower, the volume is more.
e.g.
$1000 can trade 10 times at $100/BTC, but it only trade 5 times at $200/BTC
agree you. if bitcoin price is $50, we can create 10 times volume. just like now, all volume is lower below 5,000, but the price is also lower than last month, how do you explain? |

really? this is bitcoin, friend Traditional economics of supply and demand is not applicable to Bitcoin Nah, bitcoin price is still determined by the market forces just like any other products, services, currencies, etc. Exchange is nothing but just a platform for matching buy orders with sell orders. but there are many exchanges manipulate trading behind the scenes which we know nothing |
