how much long the hype going to last about this zerocoin zk? i heard it's been on testnet for months already. wait till the whales dumping all their coins then the new round of bagholders come?  it's seem this zerocoin zk hype going to take forever. oh, one more question, what is the different between shadowcash zerocoin zk and monero zk? monero does not have ZK. Shadowcash does not use zerocoin. Seriously does no one read anything?  crytonote ring signatures is zero knowledge(zk). boolbery and monero have this. So, if Monero and Boolbery already have zero knowledge (zk), what makes SDC's upcoming release so groundbreaking?  Why are you three back here trolling a real project? Its individuals you are angry at, not this project. You're pathetic criminals of the highest level. You are no better then the governments we hate so much and the media landscape who is drenching us in misinformation. You want to misinform people in hope to turn them away form this project but you are basically misinforming people in general. This project or not, thats what you're doing and its a trait of a criminal on the highest level; out to deceive people. deceive=deliberately cause (someone) to believe something that is not true, especially for personal gain. They all have "witness indistinguishable" schemes they are not proper Zero knowledge. Hense the excitement and heavy skepticism here durr, hell, its even why you kids are here too! anyone have any doubts on being added to blocknet?
It's hard to say if being a part of the BlockNet would be a good move or not. What we do know is this, all of the coins that are a part of the BlockNet have lost value. XC, being the "leader" of the BlockNet has lost a lot of value! SDC dropped out of the BlockNet and at the moment, is rising in value. I think the BlockNet has a lot of potential, but we'll just have to wait and see how it develops. It would be good in terms of exposure, and that is what ICG needs at the moment. There is a great team here, and as soon as people become aware of it, I believe they will start to invest. Will being a part of the BlockNet bring that awareness? Who knows? |

By using Bitcoin as a keyword, it may attract those that are just getting started in crypto. I don't think that you can go wrong with pairing up with BTC. Litecoin was marketed as the "silver" to Bitcoin's "gold", and that worked out pretty good for LTC.  The K.I.S.S. method usually works pretty good. (Keep It Simple Stupid) Overly complex keywords may confuse those just getting started. If the objective is to target those who are already veterans in the crypto space, then yeah, a different approach may be needed. |

I'm also talking to the people of blocknet. Again, i'll post some more news as soon as I have some.  Be careful with the BlockNet. All of the coins involved have lost value. I'm sure that once development get's underway though, that will reverse. It may be good exposure for ICG though, and that's what this coin needs at the moment. I've contacted a prominent figure in crypto and have told him about the developments that are occurring with ICG. Hopefully, he'll take interest and spread the word. Let's contact those that have a lot of reach (twitter followers ect) and tell them about ICG. |

And what is the benefit of joining the Blocknet? I dont care for most of the coins already on the blocknet. For me they make us look shit (or risk making us look shit) by association. I dont wanna be associated (or risk association) with any shit/scam coins! How do you respond (Emilio or anybody else) to this?
What does XST gain by joining it?
Being a part of the BlockNet isn't going to distract or take away from a coin's individual development. In fact, only coins with unique development will be allowed into the network. It'll be an environment in which coins will be cooperating and sharing technology. All coins will retain their individuality, but it will allow the owners of any particular coin within the network to use the features of all of the other coins within the network. This is a new scenario in crypto...(multiple coins working together for a common cause)...I think that this scares investors, because they think that the coins will no longer have a strong individual value. The value of the coins within the BlockNet may rise a lot though, due to the fact that those coins within the BlockNet can offer a wide range of features that other coins outside of the BlockNet can't. We'll have to wait and see how this will play out, but this type of thing may end up being the norm for crypto in the future. What do you mean XST is the poorest performing blocknet coin that you own? What coins do you own that are "out performing" XST? I'm curious to know how you rank the performance of a coin.
I mean I am losing more bitcoin holding XST than the others. I'm not bothered because I have invested what I'm prepared to lose. However there should be less blocknet talk and more talk about what we actually offer the blocknet. If nobody uses XST on the blocknet then it will be dropped / obsoleted pretty quickly. True innovation takes time. Look at how far we've come since the beginning of XST. If you're talking price, XST was less than half a cent back back around July/August when I bought the majority of my stash. Tech wise, Hondo has always kept us in the know & has stayed pretty much on track with the roadmap. We are a little behind & he has stated this. It is far better to delay something slightly, then to produce something sub-par. We weathered the pump & dump from Bob's group as well as the FUD shitstorm from certain members of the Shadowcash community (from which I got my old account banned for drunkenly retaliating for a night LOL!). All in all, I think we are doing pretty damn well, despite the uphill battle we've faced as a community. I see this as a great time to invest more, as good things are right around the corner. As far as the Blocknet goes, It seems like a good idea... but I'm not planning on dumping any XST into it (even at a 10% discount... maybe a little btc). But yes, I am far more interested in what we've got going on than the blocknet itself. Thanks for your post. All good points. I do disagree with the bolded statement though. This is where I lost 50% of value on my XST investment and IMO it's shown no signs of recovering since. I agree a strong release by the devs would go far but that could be tomorrow, could be 6 months. I think that we've yet to see the all time high for this coin. There is a dedicated team and community, which show no sign of going anywhere anytime soon. We're just going to have to be patient. Once the new tech comes out, the volume will come back and the price will rise. I'm down 30-50% on the Bitcoins that I bought during the summer. That's just how it goes...these markets are volatile. XST and a few others, are coins that will be around for a while. Like CaptainCrapper said...this is a good time to accumulate. Once the price rises, your going to wish that you did. |

So how many ITO for blocknet can be bought for 10000k XST With 10% discount Any idea at current xst value you can buy ~2200 blocknet tokens with 10k xst. NO THANKS. WTF?! Blocknet this and Blocknet that. What makes it diff to Unity (BTCD)? Is it just me or is Dan Metcalf always stealing thunder? The XST blockchain is what interests me, not the BLOCKO blockchain for blcoks P.S Look at BTCD now (-50%). XC soon to follow suit (-20%)? Is this blocknet a gimmick or what? (answers on a postcard) BTCD and supernet are scams. Blocknet is amazing. There are at least three fundamental differences between the Blocknet and Supernet: - XBridge is not an RPC call protocol, it's a true P2P protocol - There's no central or core currency, unlike SuperNET, which uses BTCD for this - Joining the Blocknet does not involve 10% of a coin's money supply being bought and centrally controlled all devs of all coins involved will work together in the development of this project. Let's just let the blocknet evolve. Unfortunately even though it's not out yet there is still a relevant performance metric for the the blocknet: That is, XST is so far the poorest performing blocknet coin I own.
