Summing up my complaints, I must say with sadness that no one began to check my documents. The regulator trusts the casino verification service. And from CG I got this answer: "As you have confirmed that the regulator decided in favor of the casino, and as we do respect such decisions, I'm afraid there is nothing more that can be achieved here. I only recommend you collect your deposits back and let us know afterwards, so we can close this case accordingly." Unfortunately, I never found out why I did not pass verification. I'll have to put up with it and collect the deposit.

If I may give another suggestion, rather separate from the main concern right now but would probably be useful in the future, suppose Tomas asked Maverick to submit all of the KYC document you sent to Maverick before so they can check it themselves, offer to Tomas if you could also re-submit the document yourself to Tomas so CG will have two sources and wider possibility to crosscheck the data. Another thing that I have to point out, as both parties agreed to take the dispute to an ADR, CasinoGuru, the verdict given by CG will be final and both parties should honor and accept it.
