I personally don't recall using a VPN that's the reason why I had to contact support without tempering to open another account when I saw that it had told me I was restricted to access my account. I tried sending online support and telegram but to no prevail.
They are purging recently accounts that has a connection with multiple account gang. Do support denied your request or they didn’t answer your issue? Do you still have balance on your account?
Blackjack.fun is recently received an attack from a group of user that potentially violated there terms. Try to create new account and request to them to remove other account connected to you assuming you are not involved on something that violates the ToS.
Yes I still have balance. Probably support is busy so I guess I will have to wait and get here my response since on telegram and chat support I ain't getting anything.
