I got lucky with the ARB airdrop and I know a lot of people who got a decent amount with other airdrops as well. The problem is often finding out exactly what is required to qualify and to distinguish genuine ones from scams.

DeFi has two main components: lending and borrowing. Some people are in it for the passive income that you get from lending, and others may be in it for the benefits you get from borrowing.
I use DeFi on the borrowing side https://rocko.co/, to borrow against my assets and pay down expenses that are on credit cards, or would otherwise be supplemented by credit card use.
DeFi has opened an entirely new avenue in my financial plans and goals that would not be available with traditional banking.

I have downloaded and deleted a lot of medical apps. Most of them slightly useful but lacking in useful updates and therefore get out of date.

Some men can be better parents than women, some women can be better parents than men. The thing is that it's usually women who are expected to take care of children, they usually have and get full custody (for a bunch of reasons, not because courts favor evil women) and there are far more single mothers than single fathers. So my guess is that there are more good mothers than fathers just because there are more involved mothers in general.
