5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Joe Biden is a senile, old Bitch on: November 13, 2023, 06:01:43 PM
In Belgium, this is the case. The counterargument is that this way, people who have no clue about what's happening in the world will go to vote. Unfortunately, these are perhaps the individuals who are awake but just want nothing to do with politics, and as a result, we get a skewed election outcome that doesn't reflect what the citizens actually want.

Then there are the non-voters because they believe that no one, absolutely no one, is trustworthy in politics.

This issue has been resolved, assistance was provided through external channels, outside the forum. But thanks to that I was able to ask for a small favor over here without getting roasted. (yet)

EDIT:
A bit of background: A very beloved person wanted to have a magic mushroom experience just once in her life. She doesn't live in the ideal location and isn't in the ideal circumstances to have such an experience. However, it was successful, and so far, her experiences have been very positive.

8  Economy / Lending / [Loan Request] Seeking mini Short-Term Loan of 0.0018 BTC. (SOLVED) on: October 09, 2023, 06:31:09 PM
Hello Bitcointalk Community,

I hope everyone is doing well. I find myself in a situation where I need a mini loan of 0.0018 BTC for a small, but very, time-sensitive payment.

Loan Details:

Amount Needed: 0.0018 BTC
Repayment Amount: 0.0020 BTC
Repayment Date: Within 48 hours from the time the loan is received.

Why Trust Me? Or collateral?/

I think it will work out here and an added benefit is that my reputation here will improve as well after repaying the loan. I understand that trust is a valuable commodity here, and I'm willing to discuss any additional terms or verification methods, that are reasonable for this loan, you might require.
If you're interested in helping me out, please reply to this thread or send me a private message so I can provide you with what is considered good collateral for this small loan. I own an established website which adds another layer of credibility to my online presence.

BTCest regards!

A scammer called one of my friend with one number claiming to be me and possibly mimicked my voice using A1 or whatever. He claimed that his phone was off because he slept in the hospital. for my friend I was the one talking. He told him that my mother was at hospital laying critically sick and  ask for financial support.

He told him  that he needed $2000 to make initial deposit to  enable the doctors commerce treatment. He was sounding very pitiable and helpless. my friend thought I was truly the one calling and had sympathy and pity and requested for account details but surprisingly the account details the scammer sent wasn't beering my name. my friend called me and it rang. He was surprised and asked if I had charged my phone. I told him my phone has been on. He ask about my mother , I told him my mother was good at home He ask me my location and I told him I was at work. He then told me what is happening. I quickly called him on WhatsApp video to show him it was a scam and that neither my mother nor myself was in the hospital.

scammers have deviced another means of scamming and defrauding people. thank God my friend didn't transfered money to the thief. we have been calling the number since then but switched off. A lot of things are happening.
please, if You received a distress text message or call from your friends or relatives asking for financial help , verify before you  send the money especially if the account details and phone number is not that of your relatives or friend in questions.

what can we do, to avoid being a victim.

This seems to be happening worldwide now. I also know someone who has experienced this. Her family was called by a voice identical to hers, asking to transfer money to an ATM so that the scammer could withdraw it using a code. The story was that she had lost her debit card.

They didn't fall for it because she always pays with her mobile phone and therefore doesn't need a card.

Bizarre experience.

I have multiple reasons for coming here. I am looking for business opportunities, and I also hope to make useful contacts during the winter, a period of 5 months when I will have a lot of time. I plan to take advantage of the various services offered later on.

I am also working on setting up 'something' that I hope will be successful.

And I totally agree.

I never understood why they allow people to sell their accounts to each other here. It's indefensible. Or maybe I am missing something here? Inform me about it. I want to know both arguments.

The market isn't completely saturated, but you need to identify very specific niches or engage in extensive bulk uploading. If you concentrate on the numerous non-English speaking countries, you'll find opportunities. I conducted extensive keyword research today across various platforms.

For instance, I noticed that in my country, this trend hasn't really taken off yet, especially in the online marketplaces where locals typically shop.

Hi,

Are you still buying EU accounts, verified with history?
16  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] sepa instant [W] BTC/USDT/USDC/Other on: August 06, 2023, 03:26:30 PM
If I may respond to this, and I'm not defending anyone here, it's about my experiences with SEPA transfers. These are not reversible. I can only talk about my own experience and note that the amounts were much smaller and I live in the EU but I don´t think bothmake any difference.

I myself have run into trouble a number of times. Two small amounts and one larger amount of €1,100. Once the transaction was processed (it was to a foreign account), there was no way to reverse the transaction.

What the bank could do for me was to contact the bank of the person I should not have sent money to (but found out a bit too late). Indeed, I found out that the €1,100 was temporarily blocked for him after my complaint, but the recipient was called by the bank about the complaint and all they had to do was to say that they did not accept the return of the money.

The only option left for me was to try to get my money back through legal means. This was in 2021.

Another experience was someone from the same country I am rightout scammed me and let me pay an amount of $100+ in his bankaccount. I had it back in a few days. You can put so much pressure on that person that took advantage of you.
Another experience I had involved someone from the same country as me outright scamming me, leading me to deposit an amount of over $100 into their bank account. I managed to get it back within a few days. You can exert a significant amount of pressure on the person who took advantage of you. Just step into an office of his bank. With evidence ofcourse.

I saw many small startups growing based on crypto themes. Several groups create crypto merchandise to sell on platforms like Instagram profiles and websites.
Some examples are
https://www.etsy.com/market/crypto_merchandise
https://cryptogoodies.shop/
https://cryptowardrobe.com/

Now I'm thinking that I'm gonna make these kinds of merchandise and sell these platforms. But don't know about the market potential. Is the people of crypto ecosystem are really interest to buy crypto merchandise stuff?

The process is quite straightforward. First, create your crypto design and utilize platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and others to sell your goods. You can use Printify or Printful for print-on-demand services. Alternatively, you can search for lesser-known but more affordable and superior options and connect them to Etsy or Shopify. While it may seem challenging at first, you'll quickly adapt and be able to sell your products.

Next, conducting keyword research is crucial. There are numerous tools available to help you optimize your SEO, making it easier for people to find your product.

If you prefer a simpler approach, consider using Spreadshirt. This platform allows you to directly place your design on a multitude of different products for sale. They handle everything, from production to shipping, and you get paid every 15th of the month. All you need to do is specify how much you want to earn from each product.

However, there are a few drawbacks. For instance, it takes at least a month to receive your first payment. In my experience, Etsy withheld 75% of my first payout, which I hadn't factored into my calculations.

That sucked horseballs for me. But I´m used to it. Have been in this kind of situations so many times. A lot of ups and a lot of downs.

But I think you have a good niche, I did some reseacrh and if you want to I can help a bit.

Unless we're completely misunderstanding each other and talking about two different things. That happens to me here sometimes.

Why am I rude?
I am not rude at all.

You decide.

I´m just expressing that I find it a bit annoying people attacking me for applying to something I am free to apply for. But my answers were not meant to be rude.

But if one has to be a full member then you could consider to change your own rules for applying.

« 1 »
How much can I borrow?
Maximum lend amount is 0.003BTC

« 2 »
How much to pay back?
Borrowed amount + interest

« 3 »
More then one loan active?
It´s not okay to have another loan active with another lender.

« 4 »
Why did I get denied?
I don't need to give a specific reason why an application get rejected, if something don't feel good i wont accept a application no matter ranking/feedback.

« 5 »
I DON'T LEND OUT MONEY FOR PURPOSE OF GAMBLING

« 6 »
NO NEWBIES
no applies in dm.

I guess you just changed rule number 6. From "no newbies" to "no newbies and junior members". But how could I know?

Good luck with your service. Sincerely.

KYC is not that big of a problem (for me at least) when we talk about ptivacy.

I am not a real gambler, I played poker in my younger days and sometimes I like to play some live Stud Poker (-EV, I know).

What is annoying is that you have the feeling Big Brother watches every spin or call you make.
They decide how much you can spend a day. If you want to spend more then €1000 a month you need to fill in documents. Emails from the governemnt "concerned" about your gambling behaviour if you never gamble and then suddenly decide to play for 8 hours straight during the night for whatever reason..

At least that´s how people experience it here.

And that's something that is really scary, at least for me. Imagine them always knowing how you spend, where you spend, and what to spend. They really 'control' your spending, and even your activities indirectly. I gamble a lot previously, though not as big of a spender compared to most of us here, but there's a certain feeling that I think one day, the tax man will just knock at my door and ask why am I not reporting everything to them. It might even be a reason, sooner or later, for me to get declined in some services but that's just my anxiety kicking.
There are still many of us who also feel the same way as you. Sometimes I also think like you when a tax official comes to my house and shows me a tax report that I have spent a lot of money and have to pay a lot of taxes. The current government is really monitoring all its citizens. However, they need to pay attention to the people who work in the government first because there are still many corruption cases that have not been resolved. And they only arrest people who "don't pay too much tax" compared to the corruptors. But we as ordinary citizens also can't do anything if one day it happens, and we can't defend it either.

Noo, you understand Biden wrong. He hired 84.000 more armed IRS agents to go after the rich! The government loves you, the middle man. Cheesy:D
What I mean is that you are absolutely right. And I think it is even worse over there in the US then here.
