2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin as digital currency on: January 16, 2024, 09:13:43 PM
Bitcoin is just a tool for us too possibly reach our dreams of financial freedom but if we are doing nothing about it we won't succeed of course. No matter what will happen "keep calm and buy Bitcoin" that is what other investors will tell you and I think that was proven and tested by many.

Exactly bitcoin is a tool for us to reach our dreams of financial freedom but to fulfill these dreams we must have handsome capital amount to invest in bitcoins, not all people have that much capital but yes bitcoin is profitable and definitely make people financially stable.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet suggestions? on: January 16, 2024, 08:49:00 PM
Hello friends!

I have been keeping my cryptocurrencies (I still don't have many, unfortunately) on the Binance exchange.

What type of virtual wallet do you use? And what are the best ways for me to keep my cryptocurrencies safe?

Sorry if it seems like a stupid question, but even though I reasonably understand crypto, I'm still taking my first steps with Bitcoin.

It depends if you are holding cryptocurrencies for a long period then go with hardware wallets but if you are trading daily then the better option is to keep it in your exchange's wallet.  And one thing more if your capital is high then keep your coins in a wallet outside the exchange which is good for you, you will never lose your money!
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying house rent with bitcoin is it appropriate? on: January 16, 2024, 08:40:28 PM
Glancing through the article https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-rent-agreement-argentina-landlord-tenant one would conclude adoption is striving in Argentina. Paying for a house with bitcoin sounds to me a mistake or lack of financial knowledge. Bitcoin is better than Fiat. Bitcoin increases in value and fiat faces inflation. Why then would one spend Bitcoin instead of fiat on a house rent which may expire in few years? Accommodating the Bitcoin can birth the person more money to pay his next house rent. But fiat wouldn't add any interest in the bank. Moreover the house owner will not hold the Bitcoin.

He is spending bitcoins directly instead of converting them to fiat, which is good for him as his house owner accepts bitcoins as a payment method. How it would be a financial mistake? He is making money from bitcoins to meet their expenses and at the month's end, he is paying through bitcoins. Simple!

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Power Of Bitcoin on: January 04, 2024, 04:02:18 PM
Cryptocurrency is slowly taking over the world and some hotels are now accepting Bitcoin as means of payment and Bulgaria as a country owns the highest Bitcoin as a country.

Nevertheless me falling short of the first opportunity of buying Bitcoin I'm still hoping of an opportunity to present it self so I can get the little bit of Bitcoin to my custody and I also advise both my friends and enemies to buy as much cryptocurrency they can because cryptocurrency is the currency of the future.

You can say people around the world started using bitcoins for different financial purposes but you can’t Say bitcoin is ruling the world. As we see in almost all developed countries bitcoin is banned and they don’t need it and they do payments in their fiat currency. They trust fiat more than bitcoin, Agree to you that there are some stores and hotels that are accepting bitcoins as payment method but it will take time to be accepted worldwide
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin on: January 04, 2024, 03:52:46 PM
What are the most common ways to invest in bitcoin now?

Bitcoin investments are easy and profitable if you wait or hold bitcoins, you can invest in bitcoins itself but only when you have high capital amount. If you have low capital then choose altcoins instead of bitcoins you will get higher profit as compared to bitcoins investment.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoins on: November 29, 2023, 01:12:01 PM
Haha 😅
I don't think Bitcoin should be compared with alt coins. Bitcoin is the OG of the crypto space so if there be any important comparison I think it should be between alt coins only.
Altcoins are mainly suitable for trading not hodling.trading with altcoins also require experience and skills to avoid losses
Honestly  I still wonder why people will be comparing bitcoin the first cryptocurrency, the first decentralized currency to altcoins that are imitation to bitcoin. The value of bitcoin shows that bitcoin is better than altcoins, bitcoin controls and lead the cryptocurrency market.  I don't see what is so special in altcoins that people prefer altcoins to bitcoin or want to compare  bitcoin and altcoins.  Bitcoin remains the best and can't be compared to other cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin’s price is too high so you need higher capital if you want to start trading in bitcoin, but on the other hand the altcoins have low price so the profit margin is high with even low capital investment. But in bitcoin your investment is safe and you will get good profit in longer run!
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adaption in Turkey on: November 13, 2023, 11:56:45 AM
Bitcoin can exchange in turkey through different exchangers and ATMs due to the popularity of bitcoin in turkey but the turkish government is not completely regulated bitcoin as digital currency.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the Choice of Investors on: November 13, 2023, 11:48:12 AM
Bitcoin is the Choice of Investors

Gold has had hedging functions for many years, while Bitcoin is just getting started, implying that Bitcoin will earn additional value over the next ten years.

  • During the March 2023 regional bank crisis, the value of Bitcoin increased from $18,900 to $30,000. This was a strong indication that Bitcoin is more than just a hedge against inflation; it is also a "Safe Haven."
  • "Transparent and Decentralized" is how Bitcoin describes itself and this has remain true over time.

Bitcoin is considered to be the best in the current economic market.  Because inflation is high, people are paying more attention to Bitcoin because the benefits are more. Especially young people are attracted to this addition of Bitcoin, while the current bank failure rate is high due to the high interest rate of fiat money and especially the current price of Bitcoin is higher than gold.

There is no doubt in that the bitcoin is best for investment as today bitcoin is at it’s lowest price and in future it will go to 50-60K usdt but there is a high risk associated with bitcoin while in case of gold the price is more stable so investor always prefer a stable thing to invest.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember yearn finance (YFI)?? on: October 26, 2023, 08:51:16 AM
YFI was often trending on Twitter when the price could reach more than $82k last May, although the price dropped by more than 50% but I'm optimistic that YFI will shine again, this is because of the large transaction volume of more than $400 million.
The fact that they pumped that much before, I’m sure it can happen again in an instant.
There’s so much manipulation with this project, the risk are high too but if you are optimistic about this project and have some holdings, then maybe its worth to hold until the next bull run. The market is rising again, and its a good time to look back at the projects that we are dealing before because they might also start to pump, its time to revisit our holdings again.

YFI is highly risky coin as there is fluctuations in its price after every 2-5 minutes. We have seen that yearn finance crossed bitcoin in price. And for now I would never suggest anyone to buy yfi because there are high chances of loss associated to it.

12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first Bitcoin on: October 24, 2023, 07:05:23 PM
I got my first Bitcoin just by joining signature campaigns as one of the perks of being a member on this Bitcointalk forum founded by the legendary Satoshi Nakamoto. I also purchased small fractions and even tried mining but unfortunately did not work due to the increasing difficulty and lack of profit in mining.

For me earning Bitcoin through signature campaigns was more convenient and simple. You just need to qualify to the campaign requirements and dedicate your time and effort creating constructive posts to get paid on a weekly basis.

For now, since I have not met the minimum required merits earned for the last 120 days, I am still able to earn through altcoin bounties. But as soon as I got that required merit I will surely apply to Bitcoin paying campaigns.

I encountered and got fractions of Bitcoin before diving myself into Altcoins. This forum really helps me and my family a lot. I learn and earn at the same time which is a perfect combination for me.

How about you guys, did you earn your first Bitcoin through services here on this forum? Are you mining or you bought it as well? Which crypto came to you first, is it Bitcoin or Altcoins? What are your Bitcoin source at the moment if you don't mind me asking?

My story is bit different I remember i earned my first bitcoin by joining a bounty campaign, i was giving translation services to different crypto projects and also i was written blogs and articles. So the collective reward of translation and article campaign made my very first bitcoin.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to invest or trade Bitcoin? on: October 24, 2023, 07:01:06 PM
It depends on the situation of the market, by looking today’s market condition i would suggest you to do trading because there is a fluctuation in the market. Adopt the simple rule buy at dip and sell at pump, by this you can earn an handsome amount on weekly basis!
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I should have taken this risk earlier. on: October 24, 2023, 06:57:56 PM
Education is king.

A good education can open your doors nothing else can.
With investments it's the same as with life, you never know what's coming.
All of crypto might crash in a second or it might go to the moon, who knows. A good education and degree is forever.

So don't have any regrets. It's never too late

After completing your education you have to work to earn money to meet your expenses. What if you can start earning during your studies so when your educatIon will complete you will become financially stable. So EducatIon is necessary but along with bitcoin as we seen many people make their life easy with bitcoin. So No regrets on what happened in past. Buy now and wait for the price to reach its all time high again.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice on: October 23, 2023, 03:30:14 PM
Hi everyone

I just need some advice. Huh

I run a small business and have customers who want to pay in TruefreedomCoins (TFC)

I'm searching everywhere but can find a way to get it to pay out.

Is there anyone who has experience who can assist.

Don't consider it as a payment method it is a shitcoin and it is not listed on any exchange. Only trade in BTC, ETH, or USDT for such payment purposes. You are newbie so only take payments in the coins i have mentioned above.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: October 23, 2023, 03:21:05 PM
If I were you, then I would not invest in this coin, especially if you are afraid of losing your money, so of course it is not the right choice to invest in this coin, because this coin that you want to invest is meme coin,

Totally agree with this opinion. It's better not to invest in a project like this or other projects that are similar to this, especially this one. The risks are too high. Meanwhile, the OP himself has experienced a lot of loss from previous investments... That should be a very valuable lesson.

Do not invest your capital in meme-coins and in the projects that have just launched and haven't listed their coins on any exchange. The investment in such coins will result into a big loss for you. Only invest in the coins that are listed on big exchanges with high 24 hour volume to save yourselves from loss. And the coin you guys were talking about is a shitcoin so don't dare to invest in it.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which old coin do you prefer? Litecoin or Dogecoin? on: October 23, 2023, 03:14:09 PM
I prefer Litecoin rather than Dogecoin, because Dogecoin was originally created just for meme coin, so that's what makes me not interested to investing in Dogecoin and prefer Litecoin, because I think meme coin is an investment that has a big risk, but if I could choose an old coin that I like to invest in, then I would definitely still choose Ethereum, because Ethereum is a worthy investment for the long term.

Dogecoin is backed by Elon Musk as we all know and currently, Elon is the richest man in the world. Don't you think he will have a plan to double his investment in Dogecoin. For me dogecoin is best as the future for dogecoin is very bright and in future we will see many millionaires who will become millionaire by dogecoin.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Did You Meet Bitcoin? on: October 22, 2023, 07:27:35 PM
I was introduced to bitcoin back in 2014 by a good friend of mine, He was working on this forum and after few years in 2014 we were sitting in a university he told me about this forum and told me to work in bounty section of this forum.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you ever feel tired of waiting? on: October 22, 2023, 07:22:22 PM
I agree, we are getting exhausted of waiting and Im not to confident in the strenght of the next bull run either.

The reason why most people are exausted ot waiting because they all bought coins at high price when market is at all time high price. Now market is at its lowest price now we have to wait at least 1-2 months, in 2024 market will again start growing.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin for everyone? on: October 22, 2023, 07:15:48 PM
I am asking this because not everyone has made tangible profit for holding. Just like myself I end up selling at a loss most times just to solve a problem. Some might be lucky to buy at a low rate and within few weeks or months the price just pumps to their favour. This kept me wondering if Bitcoin is actually for every one or it is a scheme for selected individuals..

Invest your spare amount in crypto and always buy at dip when market is red and sell at high. If you invested an amount and market drops due to some reason then hold your coins and wait for market to grow, market drops and after some days market again start growing!
