Finally, I got resolved!
after days of escalating my concerns, it became clear that the delay had been caused by an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance issue. OxaPay had flagged the transaction for internal review, which is standard procedure for transactions of such value. Once the review process concluded, their team contacted me to explain the situation.
they resolved the issue completely, restoring my funds and ensuring that my BTC was accounted for. Additionally, they apologized for the inconvenience and delay, making me feel valued as a customer.
I would like to thank the OxaPay team for resolving the issue promptly once the AML process was complete and for compensating me appropriately. This incident has reinforced my trust in their platform and reassured me of their commitment to providing safe and transparent services for users.
For anyone using OxaPay or considering it, I can confidently say that they take customer concerns seriously. If you ever encounter delays, I encourage you to stay patient and work with their team, they will handle things professionally and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

I would advise you to find experts in the field of cryptocurrency crime investigation to help you block the funds before the attackers withdraw them from the exchange. I used some OSINT to find the info: Their usernames: @AlexGamnit @Sara_opy @danielsup @Aaron_supp The first contact is the channel administrator https://t.me/chatbotsbusiness, because he can be found in members with the badge "Oxypay Support". Also I know that @AlexGamnit uses a Telegram private number that starts +888, it can be checked on Fragment. His number is +88802570961, you can add him to the contacts and check that this number binded to @AlexGamnit profile. Hello pakito111 and sorry for this. I hope this will be solved for you, seing BC.Game in a new issue each day now and this starts to get really frustrated. I'm seriously wonder how many of this cases that exists never reach the light of this forum. I been thinking for a while that BC.GAME have some kind of strategy to try to tired out customers with all kind of made up bullshit when they want to withdrawal and let them wait and wait, why? because guarantee some of them get tired of the BS and just quit the process and give up the money. This is not a nice behavior! How can they still have a license? The biggest question is how someone even can think of promoting this website? It's unreal for me. I think they are putting this behavior in some kind of system and I am pretty sure the cases we see on the forum is only the top of a very big ice berg. I will look into this further and maybe come back with a thread about it, but something needs to be done, this cant continue.

I got no agenda against BC.GAME or any other casino.
But I am a very exp gambler and I get so tired of casinos taking advantaged of their players when they already making millions of millions anyway.

Website and API is down, I didn't say the money is gone. We have hundreds, if not thousands of customers who place orders on our website and we use OxaPay.
Tell "Daniel" to send bhashana his funds and stop trying to switch focus. |

This is such a heartbreaking story. People have lost their moral these days, such a sad and greedy world we living in.
$200,000 is life changing money for almost everyone I guess they couldn't resist to steal it if all this is true, very sad. But since the amount is so high it should be a reason for a good investigation form some authorities. People should not just get away with everything, also if many people get along and make it annoying for this "Daniel" maybe he will return the money.
I really feel sorry for you OP but I admire your psychological strength.

Rollbit Razer seems like under the spotlight these days. There are a few unsolved accusations on bitcointalk alone, imagine how many people are running into problems. Razar should own up some responsibility and actually help these users. This answer example is unacceptable and dehumanizing to the user. I have supported the flag against razer started by that maintenance scam guy. I hope that becomes active soon, so he gets flagged and probably starts thinking differently. Don’t act God Razar, you don’t have a right to talk this disrespectfully against your own customer. Am not suprised, you also stole money from that guy and gave reason as his trade was bad, but the maintenance was done by you. People should think 3-4 times before depositing to this company again.
Bitcointalk cases is not even 5% of the total cases. It's sick how this online casinos behave when they don't have an address where they can be found. And people actually support these scumbags on the forum for like $50 a week! They sold their souls to the devil. I don't understand how you can promote a online casino, even tho I gamble on them I would NEVER promote them for all the money in the world and on this forum people promote them for $50 a week, embarrassing. |

This is very concerning and scary to say the least and its very good you aware us of this OP even if the amount you bet is small because who knows how often this have happen or will happen again? I wonder what the reason for this if its just a mistake or maybe someone did bet a extremely high amount and the casino trying to do you guys dirty (who placed bets on black).
Also its very strange that it seems to take so long time to solve, like they don't care or take this seriously, IMO this is something that should get full attention and license should be withdrawal until this issue is solved and they can presented what have actually happen.

I been seeing many threads about stake in this scam accusations. Is stake reliable to play? Thinking of dumping Rollbit and joining stake. Does anyone have recommendation as a site for a big player?
I would say Stake is much safer then Rollbit if you bet big, Rollbit has much more accusations against them compared to Stake. I only play sports betting and the bad thing is that Stake has pretty bad odds but I never had any issue there (at Stake). Also IMO I think Stakes bonus program is so much better then Rollbits because you get weekly and monthly and don't risk to miss any bonus while at Rollbit its so complicated like you get daily, weekly and monthly so many times I missed to claim bonuses there also instead of get one good bonus you can get like $3 daily for weeks, its bothering and you will miss some payouts. But this is only my personal experience and opinion and I cant speak for others. |

Update 23th December: Finally a bigger correction has happened, as I been waiting! Had this feeling for a long time and swapped to USDC at $220 and will play it safe and buy back now again at $180,79.
Down 29.3% last month - Down 22.3% last 7 days , and standing pretty strong at $180,79.

This is very sad, and as long people don't dare to speak up against such behavior it will continue, online casinos think they stand above the law and are gods.
People choose to look the other way because they get like $50 a week from them, its awful and disgusting. Regarding this case its one of the sickest and craziest stories I ever heard regarding an online casino and I using them a lot but only for sports betting and lucky for me I never had a issue so far.
But this take the top prize of them all as regarding greed and awful behavior.
Shocking how people actually can choose to support these gangsters for this coffee money, wheres the moral?? For $50 bucks....
People have no moral and selling their souls for nothing these days.

One of the biggest scams 2024! Now its a new scam out there with the exact same website and how they tweet on X called Rexas. So it was a huge scam sadly for the investors, my self was stupid enough too do an investment but nothing that wont hurt my economy so that's fine. And yes it was probably bigger scams but please lets try to stick to the topic. And now a couple of months later its a new project that is exactly the same like Retik with the name Rexas. I am 99% sure it's the same people behind this project and and i am 100% sure this also will end up being a scam. Make your own research and look for yourself and make your own decision! I am only here to warn everyone to not invest in this Rexas because I assure you it will end up in you losing your money and I can guarantee you that! However I think they did dig their own grave now with starting another project, but we all know greed is a very strong and powerful thing right? Probably the money is all gone already (From RETIK) drugs and hookers isn't cheap and now they are desperate and trying this cheap and obvious last pull. I see that more people that me has noticed this also already on X and I hope this will get reported so they can get tracked down once for all. Roobet doesnt have option to self exclude yourself like take a break or anyting ban your account forever or anyting
And i didnt know how to properly do it and thats why i have asked the ban to be pernament one
And on the second account after reading complaint online i have clearly stated that im gambling addicted and please ban me no matter i did this they still allowed me to create a third and play again under same kyc details
they are only willing to refund the third account but i ask for the second and third
I'm really sorry to hear about your gambling addiction, addiction is not fun for anyone and I hope you get help with your addiction. If I was you I should focus less on getting my money back and be happy that they are ready to refund your deposits from the third account. Then you should try to get help with your gambling addiction and really try to quit once for all so problems like this not occurs in the future.
