I apologize SmartIphone, I had to go with escrow.ms fast as I was on a strict deadline. I apologize for the inconvenience but the escrow replied very late. Please leave me a bitcoin address to send you a tip for the inconvenience, I hope this is enough for your trouble.

msdnsupplier actually did try to scam me:))

6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scammed on: October 17, 2015, 09:25:52 AM
I think he tried to scam me but I'm not sure:)) He didn't provide the purchase code. If you provide it and I can check if it works I will send the bitcoin first. Or we can use escrow.

15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good ways to invest Bitcoins on: June 01, 2015, 06:18:03 PM
Investing in Bitcoin is most easily and directly done by buying BTC units however you can then storing them offline. If you are investing more than $5k - $10k, you might want to divert a small amount to developers of open source projects for Bitcoin or to tipping. If you want more leverage, you can invest a similarly small amount in one or two of the altcoins since these tend to rise and fall more than Bitcoin in the case of a genuine, new money bubble.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Was Bitcoin actually just a Pump and Dump? on: May 28, 2015, 02:35:33 PM
You can say that, bitcoin it's notorious for volatility, but if you are in the right place and the right time you can earn a lot of money form BTC.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think quantum computers would break Bitcoin's security? on: May 20, 2015, 12:43:24 PM
You'll know once a quantum hack is underway when all banks lose their account balances, and all military secrets are disclosed. BTC loss will be the least of your problems Smiley
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [AMHASH] 10 BTC REWARD FOR INFO ABOUT AMHASH OWNERS on: March 03, 2015, 06:38:07 PM
Names and contacts of their friends? Bit harsh i think, might wanna remove that part

That is how it worked in the past.
It didn't help with PB Mining..
The opposite actually happened with PB mining. The owners of PB mining were doxxed and then shortly thereafter they stopped paying out/mining for their customers. With amhash, the owners stopped paying out to their customers and now are people are trying to dox them.

I don't think much will happen even if they are doxxed because they apparently are based in China, and the ability to collect on damages is a joke in China
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Mining mogul FriedCat has stolen more than a million in AM hash SCAM on: March 03, 2015, 06:25:08 PM
now they are saying in the official AM thread that FC is missing, last seen in Mongolia, has gone totally "radio silence" and now they are actually worried for his personal safety. Plus he alone holds the private keys to AM's wallet so all funds are stuck.

This does not look good, but I wouldn't say scam. [b/]FC has too much invested, owns too many shares.[/b]

He might have run into some dangerous bandits...

yikes!
It does not matter how many shares that FC owns. If he owns 10% of AMHASH1, but stole 100% of the miners/mining revenue then he will have effectively stolen 90% of the miners/mining revenue. He will have received a net amount above what he otherwise would have gotten.

CanaryInTheMine has heavily involved with FC and ASICminer, and I knew it was only a matter of time before some kind of scam would come out that involved either Canary, FC or ASICminer, or amhash
20  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Pointing your own miner towards your own TX ? on: March 03, 2015, 01:06:23 AM
is it possible to point your own Miners towards a specific adress ? to make the confirmations go faster ?
The answer to your question really depends on what exactly you are asking.

If you are asking if you can solo mine with the goal of getting a transaction confirmed quicker then yes you can do that however this would really be a moot point unless you are trying to broadcast a transaction with either a 'lot' of inputs or a 'lot' of outputs and are not paying a sufficient fee.

If you are asking if you can mine so that the block reward goes to 'your' address, then this is what every pool (except eligius) does as the block reward goes to the pool's address and then the pool will in turn pay the pool's users. (or someone who is solo mining will simply have the block reward go to their own address)
