I think PSG will have too much for the Germans tonight but I am rooting for Dortmund. PSG haven't been dangerous enough so far in the way they have built their attacks. They certainly played attacking from the start, but so far they haven't found the goal they were looking for even though there were several good opportunities in the first half. Dembele, Mbappe and the others still failed to take advantage of this opportunity properly, the rest of the performance of Dortmund's defenders still made it difficult for PSG to score goals. On the other hand, Dortmund almost scored a goal if Gianluigi Donnarumma was not quick to save his goal. Karim Adeyemi had 2 good and dangerous chances, but he still failed to score. PSG had to increase their attacking intensity to find goals in the first half, but I don't think there were any goals in the first half. The first half of the game has ended, both teams were not on their best performance because I see goal scoring opportunities misused especially Dortmund players doing a lot of dribbling forgetting that there could be come back, a one goal aggregate while the final leg of the match is still on cannot take them to the finals, they need to be with two goals ahead before any extra play making even their defence is getting much easy for PSG to penetrate. With the way PSG are playing they definitely have a goal in this match, they might be lucky to draw the game and move the match to an extra time, during those extra time anything can happen, favouring them or not. |

Remember, they lost the first game against Barcelona too, but then they made a great come back, which is why I think it is quite possible for PSG to have another comeback. Of course it's hard to do that twice in a row, but it wouldn't be impossible, plus I believe that on squad quality alone PSG is a better team than Dortmund, to be fair Dortmund is a better "team" overall, because they play better together, but PSG still could win with individual talent.
Based on individual quality I think Barcelona is better than Dortmund. At that time I thought Barcelona would qualify for the semifinals because they had won the first leg. But PSG was able to win the second leg and advance to the semifinals. They will probably try to do the same thing here, but I think it will be difficult. Araujo's red card in the first half changed the game. Dortmund will not repeat the same mistake. I think if it was an 11 vs 11 match then it would be difficult for PSG to win the match. This is Chelsea's biggest win with Pochettino, I don't think anyone would have guessed that Chelsea could win so convincingly like this against West Ham even though West Ham is actually just an average team that can sometimes perform very well but also vice versa. However, Chelsea's victory looks ordinary because West Ham have suffered several heavy defeats this season, from Arsenal 0-6 and the most surprising was losing to Fulham 0-5, so it's not entirely because Chelsea played very well but it also helped because West Ham was very weak. In fact, they are the team in the top ten with the most goals conceded. Is Chelsea experiencing progress? I don't know for sure, but they have the opportunity to play in one of the European competitions next season if they continue to get three points in the remaining games this season. Not actually the biggest win, Chelsea played Everton 6 goals to nail in the Premier League race same Everton the team occupying the 3rd position lost the match by 2 goals. So in a way, I think (still on doubt) that Chelsea are trying on improving but it is a major case if they would remain consistent in their performance. I haven’t, and I never will. A friend knowing that I know a lot about cryptocurrencies once asked me if they should invest and I reiterated the ideology of Bitcoin over again to them and told them the risk if they wanted to invest. I don’t think it’s wise to advise anyone to invest in such a volatile market. You have no clue how much they take your word for it and may even invest their life saving. I see no big deal influencing someone into Bitcoin not forcefully or persuasively but by careful dissociation of the risk and benefits attached to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is associated with risk but takes only a simple knowledge and understanding not to fall victim, so it's a no big deal influencing someone to partake in Bitcoin as long the person would harken to rules and instructions to avoid losing his/her funds during the volatile phase of the market. In a case we're we have to separate Bitcoin as not a Cryptocurrency, it's not a good ethic refering a person to crypto investment because there is no certainty of the Altcoin giving profits or even retain their value after a DIP but as for Bitcoin, there is 100% of not losing funds as long the person is interested for the long run. |

It is quite surprising to see how Chelsea in the first half loaded West Ham with three goals to nothing. This shows that the players are having the zeal of scoring goals recently due to the high amount of goals that they have being scoring recently.

Madrid must thanks to Girona after defeating Barcelona last few hour match and not require waiting for upcoming match to celebrate with La Liga winner season 2023/24. First challenge have been completed and Madrid success winning La Liga tittle and left focus for second leg match in Champion League against Bayern Munich for qualifying to final round.
Beside Real Madrid achievement success becoming the La Liga winner in this season, I am surprising with Girona consistent performance in this season and has bit unbelievable how potential will finish on 2d place if can win four matches later. Girona really dealt with Barcelona, all the goals were most likely the same and I see the fault now coming from the Defenders with their wrong positioning and always leaving their defensive line empty. If not for the wonderful saves from the keeper and that of the defender, more goals should have been recorded in this match against Barcelona. In as much, a bit congrats to Madrid for winning the La Liga, they were the favourite and still proved themselves worthy of becoming the Champions. |

Arsenal won their match 3-0 and in the meantime Manchester City is winning 2-nil against Wolves.
So for the moment if there are no shocking results during the second half nothing will change after this evening and therefore another small step forward for Guardiola and the victory of yet another Premier League.
Liverpool is out of the running, City is currently second but with a game to play and therefore potentially at +2 compared to Arsenal.
I was thinking in the game between Manchester city and Wolverhampton, That wolves would have been a tough opponent team for Manchester City in today's match, but that isn't what I'm seeing, Already 3-0 in this game, I doubt if wolves would bounce back in this game as Manchester City's dream of lifting the Premier league title isn't something that they wanna risk with any team that they come across and misss this ample opportunity in their hands and has continuing taking all 3 points home in their recent games since after that they missed their very opportunity in the Champions League competition. The game would have been a tough one if the Referee didn't award that early penalty to Manchester city, for me I think the decision the Referee took was erroneous, because the wolves players didn't see the Manchester city player coming and he wanted to clear the ball out from his left, unfortunately the city player was on the ball too from the right side, mistakenly both of them had a clash and it was pointed on the wolves player that he was the one on the wrong side which for me critically looking at it was a wrong decision from the Ref. Even on how tough we expected Wolves to be, we are not supposed to anticipate a win or draw game in this match. Mancity in this long run are close to losing the title and we should not have expected a result rather than this, a good win with a good goal margin. If Wolves should win or have drawn this match what do we expect from the fixture between Mancity and Tottenham. So you mean they shouldn't have awarded the penalty? It doesn't matter if it was a mistake or not. You should understand as long the ball is in a player's 18 yards box you see how much extra careful they are to be. Looking at this what will you judge as for the penalty awarded to PSG against Barcelona, the referee not only gave a penalty but aswell gave the Barca defender a red card. Once the ball is against a team especially the ball in their 18 yards box, all players are expected to exercise extreme caution while defending. |

Barcelona is most likely going to win the second runner up this season and i don't want to believe otherwise because i believe Barcelona has been able to show in recent times that they are able to maintain the second position on the table without fear of loosing it as their performance towards the w d of the season got improved that if they were in this form before now, they would have been able to pose a threat to Madrid. Looks like that will be the case, there are only 5 remaining matches left. And the difference in points with Girona is actually not that far, only 2. However, it is possible that Barcelona's opponents will also be able to handle them well in the final match. In fact, it's no different from being runner up or number 3. Because they are both in the qualifying round for the Champions League next season. But of course this is also related to prestige. How is that possible, Barcelona, not only behind Real Madrid, but also other clubs. That's why Xavi definitely wants them to be at least runners up. Both teams are quite a good match with encouraging performances. Barcelona are already having their second position on the table, but who knows how long it may continue since Barcelona is to face Girona in their next fixtures. Looking from stats, on their last two matches played, Barcelona doesn't have a good stats against Girona but I believe with the help of Xavi they may record a good win over Girona. If Barcelona can win Girona, which I strongly believe they will, then their is every conviction that Barcelona has secured the second position and a runner up, surpassing Girona with 5pts. Barcelona is still quite far from their best in a league where they should be better off normally. They haven't been above the 90 points mark for a while now. That's the difference this year as Real Madrid hasn't been dropping as many points as they did last season. If they wan to be ready to compete with Real Madrid in the coming years, they will need some more top class players. Guys like Lamine Yamal could make difference very soon. It's once again the case that nobody really understands whether Barcelona will be able to invest larger sums of money into new players, but I guess they can't go crazy at all and instead will have to try to improve their team with maybe one ore two players from the transfer market while recruiting more of their own talents. Barcelona are still building their team, so personally I don't expect much of a standard coming from them but at their very best they have succeeded securing second position in the La liga and near to qualifying for the Champions league semi final. This as well indicates that Xavi is doing a good job on the team and in a few season from now, Barcelona will be going back to what we do know them for. Lamine Yamal is a good start for Barca, same with this young boys and I don't expect them selling any of them. These guys have the qualities of a good player, they only require extra time on the field to gain the same level of experience as other big teams. Barcelona doesn't have enough funds to go for world class players but one thing is that they are good at managing and training players coming from their academy to be fit to play against any opponents. |
