41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be bigger than Facebook on: August 23, 2014, 05:12:10 PM
To be as big as facebook, Bitcoin needs to go up to $20,000 per coin to reach facebook market cap.

Is it possible to reach such market size? And be the sole survivor in the cryptocurrency world?

If bitcoin truly succeeds, its value will be more than the market cap of any company.
You do not compare the total USD in circulation with the market cap of google, do you?

With a such high market cap bitcoin's value could be more than 100.000$, nowadays this seems fantascience but in the future it could be reality.

I think that the best exchange at the moment is BitStamp, I trust them and their costumer service.

You should sell your mining hardware and buy bitcoins with the gain, in my opinion you will earn much more coins in this way.

Investing bitcoins is too risky, I prefer to have them in a secure cold storage and watch at the price monthly.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: Some good news for you! on: August 08, 2014, 04:14:16 AM
Watched the youtube and still don't get it.

What is this? A retail website?

Think peer to peer eBay. No fees, no middlemen, no BS rules, no central point of failure.

With no rules how will they prevent scamming?
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much of your earning you are converting to BTC? on: August 08, 2014, 04:12:35 AM

48  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: August 08, 2014, 04:10:54 AM
no.
Is "no" is a question in your language?
Can't "no" be used as an end-of-sentence particle in Japanese to make the other person know that your sentence was a question?
Did you mean the question marker "-ka", or the word "ne" that could be translated as "isn't it?"?
What do you need translated?
chinese..maybe?
Do you like Asian food?
Is the food from China?
Isn't better to buy a videogame from China?

It's not a Ponzi but is similar to his scheme, by the way it seems fun I'll try it.

Depends on the future price of bitcoins obviously, but I think that everything bigger than 100 btc should be fine.

58  Other / Off-topic / Re: iOS or Android or Windows? on: July 24, 2014, 09:14:22 PM
Windows XP for the win! Just kidding, although I did enjoy the OS in the early 2000s when it was popular.

I had to switch to Win 7 but XP is still my favorite.
59  Economy / Speculation / Re: Something BIG will happen to Bitcoin this week ... or next on: July 24, 2014, 09:06:38 PM
I never spend my bitcoin. I figure if I hodl on to them in the future they will be worth a lot more and I can buy twice the stuff I could today.

HODL TO THE DEATH! (and take the private keys with you)

The best way to sleep without being anxious: hodl.
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 2014 going to be the WORST EVER year for Bitcoin in terms of valuation? on: July 24, 2014, 08:45:37 PM
We are past mid year and so far, this has been the worst year in Bitcoin in terms of price valuation.

No of course not Year 2015 will be much worser. If that is the word.

The word is worse and yes it might be worse for people that don't own Bitcoin (or worse: short them  Shocked)

This may be a repetition of history, when bitcoin crashed hard the first time all the people said the party was finished but we are still here, only 600 times higher.
